Stamp Day w/ Friends Card #4

 Hello & Happy Saturday, Friends!

Today I have the last card from my recent Stamp Day w/ Friends get together. This card I had prepared for quite awhile and we just haven't gotten together around Valentine's Day to make cards for a few years. With the cold & snow this winter I needed some socialization with my friends so I asked if anyone would like to get together and make cards. They answered "YES"!! Apparently they need the adult socialization, too! So, I pulled out this kit that I prepared years ago and put it to good use. Do you remember the Valentine's bundle called...Lots of Heart & it's coordinating dies, Many Hearts Dies? It's so pretty...I must remember to pull this one out and use more often!

Stamps: Lots of Heart (2021)
Ink: Bermuda Bay (retired)
Cardstock: Bermuda Bay (retired), Pool Party, Basic White, Ice Cream Corner DSP (retired 2021)
Accessories: Many Hearts Dies (retired 2021), White Sheer Ribbon (retired), Rhinestones, Glue Dots, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I'm glad we were finally able to get this kit put to good use!
I have a big bin full of card kits to pull from when we are gonna have a Stamp Day which is always a big help when I am too busy to prepare something and the girls don't care if the stuff is retired or not. They just love the time we get to spend together while creating something pretty! It's crazy the friends we make all because of stamping & creating!

My thoughts today...

This morning so far has been our coldest morning yet! It was 0 degrees and add the wind chills and it was -9. But on a good note....our days are slowly staying light a bit longer each day! Bring on the sunshine & some warmth, please!
Thanks for stopping by & stay warm, my friends!

Stamp Day w/ Friends Card #3

 Hello & Happy Fri-YAY, Friends!

Another very cold morning! Burrr! I hope your doing your best to stay warm. These cold temps have been brutal, even Miss Bailee isn't happy about it. Her yard has turned into a ice rink with all the snow freezing. She takes baby steps so she doesn't slide. I know she is hoping warmer weather soon comes back and she's not alone in that thinking!

Today I am sharing card # 3 from last week's Stamp Day w/ Friends get together.
This one is a Valentine's card...

Card Details:

Stamps: Festive Corners (retired)
Ink: Real Red
Cardstock: Flirty Flamingo, Real Red, Basic White, Most Adorned DSP (retired)
Accessories: Square Layering Framelits (retired), Heart Dollies (retired), Resin Heart Embellishments (retired), Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Lots of retired products on this card which turned out to be a pretty card and the girls loved it! I really love pulling out the old stuff and using it up. It just makes me smile!

Yesterday I finished up my 1000 piece puzzle that I have been working on since Tuesday!

This puzzle was pretty easy up until I started to put the train together then it got tough!

I will share it here when I get it finished.

Today I am sharing card # 2 from my Stamp Day w/ Friends get together that I had one week ago today. I try to make a variety when the girls come over.

Merry Monday

 Hello & Happy Monday, Friends!

Today things are back to normal since the snow is over and hubby is back to work.
We got maybe 9 inches of snow that was mixed with sleet. It's to stay very cold atleast for the next week so I do not see much melting taking place. I spent yesterday at my stamp table for a few hours. I made a variety of cards.

I have a pretty Christmas card to share today! I know Christmas was just 4 weeks ago but it's time to start preparing for Christmas 2026. This is my 1st holiday card of the year!

Card Details:

Stamps: To You & Yours (retired 2008), Poinsettia Petals (retired 2020)
Ink: Real Red
Cardstock: Real Red, Basic Beige, Patterned Paper from Michael's
Accessories: Greetings of the Season Dies (retired Online Exclusives 2024), Red Sparkly Ribbon (stash), Red Rhinestones, Glue Dots, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I could not resist this pretty paper at Michael's for making some holiday cards!
I love the pops of red foil in it!

Valentine Sweet Treat

 Hello & Happy Sunday, Friends!

Waking up to some snow this morning. Nothing too heavy but it is downright cold out!
They are saying snow all day which may mix with sleet & freezing rain. Power outages are possible. I've declared today a pajama day! I'm having my coffee as I type this then headed to my stamp table for a bit.

The other day I whipped up a few sweet treats with the Endless Love bundle. These were so fun to make and the stamp girls loved them! I found some Ghiradelli candy at the store and the rest is history!

Project Details:

Stamps: Endless Love
Ink: Strawberry Slush
Cardstock: Strawberry Slush
Accessories: Darice Self Sealing Cello Bags, Endless Love Dies, White Ribbon (retired Online Exclusives), Pretty In Pink Shimmer Dots (retired), Hand Held Hole Punch (retired)

2 little treats fit in each bag and I made 5. My heart is attached to the bag with the ribbon. No adhesives were needed.
I was a bit skeptical on the Creme Brulee candy but they were very tasty & sweet! Yum!

Feel Better Soon

 Hello & Happy Wednesday, Friends!

This is gonna be a short update today as I have a busy day ahead with preparing for a Stamp Day w/ Friends get together tomorrow morning! I am so excited to see my friends and make some cards with them!

My card today was made with all retired Stampin Up! products because I am trying to focus more on using up the retired stuff. I do have some new products like the Valentine's & Easter suites that are in the new 2026 Mini Catalog but that is about it. We all have lots & lots of retired products so let's use it up!

Card Details:

Stamps: none
Ink: none
Cardstock: Misty Moonlight, Petal Pink, Vellum, Basic White, Abstract Beauty DSP (retired)
Accessories: Hippo & Friends Dies (retired), Wanted to Say Dies (retired), Gold Metallic Ribbon (Online Exclusives), Low Profile Gold Dots (retired Online Exclusives), Glue Dots, Mini Dimensionals, Vellum Tape, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

So many people have been or are sick with lots of things going around since Christmas. Knock on wood, so far we have steered clear of any of it and I hope we can get thru winter without picking it up! I made this card to have on hand just incase I need it for someone who is under the weather.

January Birthday Cards

 Hello & Happy Monday, Friends!

Hope you all had a nice weekend!
Today I have a set of cards to share that I made for Audrey's order last week. She said she needed 19 birthday cards for January! 19!!! I have no idea who she sends all these cards too but WOW! This is what I made for her...

Card Details:

Stamps: unknown sentiment
Ink: Evening Evergreen (retired)
Cardstock: Mint Macaron (retired), Basic White, The Paper Studio (Hobby Lobby)
Accessories: Nested Essentials Dies, Evening Evergreen Ribbon (retired), Evening Evergreen In Color Gems (retired), Glue Dots, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I love these!
I had a whole unopened roll of this ribbon and wasn't quite sure I liked it with the leaves in the paper but Audrey loved it! These will mail nicely as well since that ribbon is not bulky and nothing is popped up. The rest of the cards I made for her were her usual square cards so that she can use them for whatever occasion she needs. I made her 4 packs of those which I will share soon!

That is all I have for today!
I need to do some housework today which will help to keep me moving & warm! It is bitterly cold out. I don't think we are to get out of the 20's today and that does not include the wind chill. Burrr!

How many days till spring? LOL
