Hello & Happy Monday!
It's Monday again and that means it's time for another Merry Monday sketch from Lesley from over at
Always Playing With Paper! This month she is doing something a little different. She is taking some time off from blogging to get some much needed R&R but highly encourages everyone to still participate and get those Christmas cards made! The challenge is to go back thru the past Merry Monday sketches and pick one a week and make another card. At the end of July she will pick 4 winners which will become Guest Designers in the future. So, for my card this week I chose a sketch from a few weeks ago, sketch #25. It was the tent topper card but I did not make mine that way originally. This time I made it into a tent topper card.
I seen this ribbon wreath done in the last few years and I was always intimidated by making one thinking they would be hard! I was determined to finally make my own ribbon wreath and at first it was a little tricky but I did it!!! I thought about this sketch for a few days and knew that I wanted to make the ribbon wreath. I could picture it in the white with some gold beads & a gold bow. It was not hard at all and I love the outcome! I will be making more of these in the future! :)
