Let It Snow

 Hello & Happy Thursday, Everyone!

This week seems to be flying by!
Today I have a really cute card to share with you for my Christmas in July series.
I had to literally open the vault for this set....it's really old!
It's a Stampin Up set that was out in 1997!
I have always loved that snowman!

Card Details:

Stamps: Let It Snow (retired), Itty Bitty Christmas (retired)
Ink: Memento Black, Mossy Meadow, Stampin Blends- Real Red, Mossy Meadow, Pumpkin Pie, Pool Party
Cardstock: Mossy Meadow, Real Red, Basic White, Heartwarming Hugs DSP (retired)
Accessories: Tasteful Textile 3D EF (retired), Stitched With Whimsy Dies, Stitched Rectangle Framelits, Real Red Sheer Ribbon (retired), Red Rhinestones, Glue Dots, Mini Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I wish I would have decorated the inside a bit more but I was running out of time at my stamp table that day. I think today I might do that before I get started on something else.
It's going to be a very hot & humid day here so I plan to hibernate in my stamp room!

Update on my card lady....

I had a brief message from Audrey earlier this week.
She is healing nicely and will start her cancer treatments today.
She is anxious to get this overwith and the oncologist told her she will be undergoing treatments for the next year. I'm not sure how often as I have not spoke to her personally yet. She was diagnosed with stage 3 melanoma cancer so, if you would, please say alittle prayer for her today in hopes all goes well. Thank You.

My thoughts today...

Thanks for stopping by today & have a terrific day!

Merry Monday Challenge Week #20

Hello & Happy Monday!

Hope you all had a wonderful day!
My kids have spoiled me for Mother's Day this year! That's such a wonderful feeling! They took me out to supper along with my Mom & Dad so that was nice that we could all celebrate together!
Ryan had a basket of flowers sent to me which was just the cutest! I will get a picture and share on Tuesday. Kirsten & Kelsey pitched in and gave me money to get mulch for my flower beds which will be delivered on Tuesday! I'm excited to finish off my flower beds! :)

So, today is Monday and that means it is time for another sketch from Lesley over at Always Playing With Paper. The purpose of these sketches is to get out all your Christmas supplies and get those Christmas cards made before the craziness of the holidays gets here!

Below is Lesley's sketch and my sample! Hope you can pop on over to her blog to check out Lesley's sample and the rest of the Merry Makers! They are so adorable!
