Hello & Happy Monday!

Hope you all had a nice weekend!
Today my hubby & I are taking a trip to Baltimore to his work to meet up with one of his vendors really quick then we are going out on a lunch date! What a nice way to end out the year!

Today I am also finishing up my Year in Review series.
I have been doing this for many years as I love looking back on some of the cards or projects I have made. I hope you enjoy them, too!

My thoughts today....

I have learned not to make resolutions anymore.
I take things one day at a time and be grateful for all I have!
A healthier me is one thing I would like to work on this coming year!
Getting back on my bike is a must!!

Do you have anything you are working on in the new year?

As I close out this last blog post of 2018....
I would like to say "Thank You" to each & everyone of my followers for your love & support you show me every single day!
You inspire me with your kind comments and that means more to me than you will ever know!

Wishing you a happy & safe New Years Eve and all the very best in 2019!
Happy Stamping, my friends!

Joyful Christmas

Hello & Happy Saturday!

Quick post this morning then out to run some errands!
I worked all week on taking down my Christmas decorations and then the adventure of packing up all the ceramic Christmas trees. That is no easy task as each one has to be wrapped in bubble wrap and carefully packed away in very large storage totes. My house seems bare now.
I left my usual 4 out for the year so I can continue to admire them!

Today I have one last set of Christmas cards to share that were a part of my customers 10 packs this year. These are pretty straight forward and quite easy except for the embossing.

I used an embossing powder that I got at a local stamp store (Stampede in York, PA.) years ago and sadly the store closed up maybe 7-8 years ago. I think it is made by Stampendous. It is a sparkly gold glittery embossing powder and it's even prettier than this last upclose picture.
I tried to let the embossing do all the work on this one and also keep if flat for easy mailing!

Card Details:

Stamps: Joyful Christmas
Ink: Cherry Cobbler, Versamark
Cardstock: Thick Very Vanilla, Cherry Cobbler
Accessories: Heat Gun, Stampendous Embossing Powder, Gold Rhinestones, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Thankfully, with all the cards my customer orders, I never have to put an inside sentiment in them as she likes to write her own messages!

My thoughts today....

Every single one! LOL

Tomorrow I will start the first 6 months of my Year in Review.
That's tough going thru and picking out my favorites!
Hope you will stop back and check them out Sunday & Monday!

That's all for now!
Thanks for stopping by & enjoy your weekend!

Christmas Thank You's

Good Morning & Happy Friday!

It's another rainy, dreary Friday here in PA.
I seen on the news that we had 27 Fridays for the entire 2018 year that it rained!
Crazy!

Today I have 2 different Christmas Thank You Card Sets to share.
These were apart of that huge order I did back before Christmas.
These use the Whisper White Notecards & Envelopes.

The first set uses a sentiment from the Daisy Delight stamp set.
Paper is from the Dashing Along DSP.

This 2nd set uses a sentiment from the Dashing Deer stamp set.
Paper is All is Calm DSP that is retired.
The cardstock is a retired In Color from several years ago, Lost Lagoon.

I put alot of work into the 2nd set since I cut the DSP with the smallest Stitched Square Shaped Framelit. It helped to use up more DSP that I seem to hoard! LOL

I still have 1 more pack to make for my customer but it is going to wait until after the beginning of the new year. I am still giving my hands a break....
