Celebrate Sunflowers & A Puzzle

Yesterday I finished up a puzzle I was working on since Sunday afternoon!

I picked this one up at Home Goods and thought it'd be fun to do when Kelsey comes over for a weekend. Well, I got a bit impatient and decided to tackle it while I was still not feeling good. This was the first I have ever seen a Halloween one so of course I had to get it!

I do have a card to share with you too today!

This one uses the Celebrating Sunflowers stamp set with coordinating Sunflower Dies! One of my favorites!

I needed some personal Thank You cards to send out and so I reached for this set because it is a favorite and perfect for this time of year.

Accessories: Sunflower Dies, Hives 3D EF, Tailor Made Tags Dies, Bumble Bee Trinket (retired), Blackberry Bliss Twine (retired),Glue Dots, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I was inspired by the colors in my DSP and made the center of my sunflower using Blackberry Bliss! That was different for me and I do like the finished product!

So did the recipients!

Nature's Harvest

We are starting off the new week with a pretty Sympathy card that the girls & I made on Saturday. We used the Nature's Harvest stamp set and it's coordinating Harvest Dies.

I try to have an assortment of cards ready for the girls to make when they come to Stamp Day w/ Friends. And I always tell them if they have any suggestions for a card idea's to let me know! That would help me to help them if there is something they need.

Nature's Harvest Sympathy Set

 Hello & Happy Sunday!

It's finally football Sunday for us!

I know the season started last week and our Ravens played Monday Night Football but it was on too late and of course us old people are in bed by 9pm!

The Ravens are playing today so i'm thrilled to be able to see the whole game even though i'm 95% sure they are going to lose to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Anyways, I have one last set of cards to share that I made for my card lady.

This set was kind of a case of a beautiful card I got from my friend, Vicki Burdick.

She makes amazing cards and I wanted to try my hand at casing her but obviously her coloring is the best around and mine doesn't even compare! Anyways, thank you, Vicki, for your beautiful card and the inspiration for this set!

Nature's Harvest

 Hello & Happy Friday!

Today I have a quick card to share made using the new Nature's Harvest Bundle from the 2021 Holiday Catalog!

This card is going to my card lady in her order that i've been working on!

She asked for a pack of cards, all different so she could send one every couple of weeks to a young woman she knows that is in Philly awaiting the birth of her baby in November. She had some complications and had surgery to correct something with the baby and has to stay there so doctors can monitor her until she delivers. Audrey wants to send them to her to keep her spirits up since she is away from home.

This bundle was not even on my radar until I see some beautiful cards made with it and since my card lady loves flowers i'm sure she is going to love this one!

I have 1 more pack to create today and then I can call this order done...well atleast I hope! LOL

Then I hope over the weekend to get back to working on Halloween stuff.

I can't wait to start sharing my treats! WooHoo!
