Leftover Christmas Things 2014

Hello again!

Just showing the last of my Christmas things!
I told you I had alot! LOL

These are 3 X 3 Thank you notes I made for the craft show. 4 in a pack for $3.00

These boxes are the Petite Treat Boxes that were in the SU Holiday Mini Catty. I got the idea for these from my Merry Monday design team member, Debbie Henderson. Take 2 boxes and glue them together back to back. Wrap DSP around it and decorate! I filled my Small Cello Bags with Hershey Kisses. Fun, fun, fun!

Wreath card

So, my stamp girls got together a few weeks ago for a project day. I however was not feeling up to it with my back but my girls stamped my projects and delivered them to me the next day. This pretty little box is a remake of the one I received from my SU Demo, Nan. My hubby just loved it as much as I did and requested that I get the stuff to make them for our dinner guests on Christmas day. These below are the ones I made with the Curvy Keepsake Box Thinlit Die. They make the cutest little box!

I promise you that this is it for the Christmas items this year!

Happy New Year, my friends!!!

Ghiradelli Pouches 2014

Hello & Happy Monday!

Hope everyone had a nice relaxing weekend after all the hussle & bussle of the holidays!

Yesterday, we took down all the Christmas decorations and got the living room rearranged back to normal. I hated to take them down so early because I love all the lights & pretty decorations but I had to do it while I had help. Hubby has to work all this week and only has Thursday off. We lugged up & down the basement steps about 12 heavy totes for the decorations so now it's all done and everything is tucked away for next year! :)
While tearing everything down and carefully packing away the glass & fragile items, we had the Ravens/Browns football game on and the Ravens made the playoffs! The game wasn't all that great but in the end they won and I guess that's all that matters! WooHoo!

So, on these last few days of the holiday season, I am still sharing items I made for craft shows & outside orders. Today is a cute little treat that was a big seller!

Ghiradelli Pouches

I used SU retired Petal Card Die that my dear friend, Vicki Burdick has lent to me. It makes such a cute little pouch to place a Ghiradelli Square Candy treat in as well as a gift card of even a couple dollars! I love making these things! I made well over 100 of these this year! :)

Ghiradelli Pouches:

Stamps: Christmas Punch, Joyous Celebrations
Ink: Real Red, Marina Mist, Early Espresso, Taken with Teal
Cardstock: Real Red, Naturals Ivory, Holly paper from The Paper Studio, Early Espresso, Marina Mist, Whisper White, Trim the Tree DSP, Taken with Teal, Holiday Lounge DSP
Accessories: Petal Card Die (retired), Scallop Oval Punch, Decorative Label Punch, Wide Oval Punch, Rhinestones, Pearls, Glue Dots, Various Ribbons, Tombow Liquid Multi Mono Adhesive

Well, that's all for me today!
Have to get the rest of my house spruced up then try to get a Sympathy card made for my brother & sister in law. Busy, busy, busy!

Hope you have a great day & Thanks for stopping by!

Candy Purses of 2014

Hello & Happy Sunday!

Today is game day between the Browns & the Ravens! We will be watching and rooting for our Ravens in hopes they make the playoffs!

Before we head off to get ready for football day, I wanted to share a few of my Candy Purses I made this year. I don't have pictures of half of them I made for some reason. I could have sworen I took pictures but cannot find them. Here we go!

The candy purses are from Becky Roberts a few years back. They have become a popular item with my customers so I have been making these for many different holidays!

I used the Top Note Die from Stampin Up!. I scored it at 1 1/2 and then cut my DSP to fit the Top Note at 1 1/2. Wrapped my nuggets in matching DSP and placed in a small Cello Bag. Attached them to the inside of the Top Note with double sided tape. Then added a strip of ribbon about 10" long. I attached that with 2 sided tape and then decorate. These are so adorable!

Candy Purses:

Stamps: Very Merry Tags, Best of Snow
Ink: Early Espresso, Bermuda Bay
Cardstock: Old Olive, Garden Green, Bermuda Bay, Whisper White, Trim the Tree DSP, Winter Frost DSP, Season of Styles DSP
Accessories: Top Note Die, Circle & Scallop Punches, Bracket Label Punch, Rhinestones, Early Espresso & Bermuda Bay 1/8 Taffeta Ribbon, Glue Dots, Dimensionals, Liquid Multi Mono Adhesive

Well, that is all for me today!
Have a great Sunday & thanks for stopping by!

Christmas Gift Card/Money Holders

Hello & Happy Saturday!

Hope everyone is having a great day!

We are still celebrating the holidays here! Today we are heading out to visit with our good friends Deb & Ed! I really miss these people as being our neighbors and i'm so thankful that we have continued to be good friends after we moved away. I'm looking forward to our visit this afternoon and especially seeing their son, Tim! He moved away to Florida last year for his job and we don't get to see him that often.

Today, i'm still sharing Christmas crafts that I made for craft shows. I will probably be sharing Christmas stuff atleast until the New Year. Personally, Christmas is my favorite holiday of the year but i'm burnt out from it now...

Here are a few Christmas Gift Card/Money Holders I made. I sold quite a few of these at my shows!

My cardstock is  5 1/4  X  8 1/2.  Scored at 2" on one end and 2 1/2 on the other. The 2" side I applied Liquid Multi Mono adhesive (any heavy duty adhesive will work) to the edges to create a pocket. This is where I place a gift card or money for the recipient. The 2 1/2 flap I decorate. I also decorate the inside of that flap as well. Hope my pictures help!

Christmas Gift Card Holders:

Stamps: Very Merry Tags (Deer), Festive Flurries
Ink: Early Espresso, Island Indigo, Smokey Slate, Coastal Cabana
Cardstock: Island Indigo, Coastal Cabana, Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive, Early Espresso, Smoky Slate, Whisper White, Season of Style DSP, Winter Frost DSP
Accessories: Snowflake Embellishment, Festive Flurry Framelits, Finishing Touches Framelits, Circle & Scallop Circle Punches, Early Espresso 1/8 Taffeta Ribbon, Red Rhinestone, Dimensionals, Liquid Multi Mono

Well, that is all for me today!
Thanks for stopping by & have a great day!
