Thanksgiving Treat boxes

Good Morning & Happy Wednesday!

The week is flying by and Thanksgiving will be here before we know it! Monday was my cleaning day which took me most of the day. Yesterday I had an appointment to see the dermatologist for a recheck of my rosacea & psoriasis. I am having good results with the doxycycline everyday for my rosacea and my psoriasis has been really mild. I have a really great dermatologist who was pleased with what he saw. I was in & out within 15 mins! I will return to see him in 1 year!

So today I am headed to my stamp table to work on some cards for my Christmas get together with the girls. Going to try to get 3 kits made today! LOL Wish me luck! I only have a few more little Christmas treats to wrap up and then I hope to get Audrey's December Cards started. Shawn has work tomorrow yet then he's off until Dec 2nd and we have lots to do while he's off.

The project I am sharing today was a treat box that I made for Thanksgiving that I will sit at everyone's table setting for dinner. Our dinner will most likely be around 5pm as Kelsey is working the restaurant that day and last seating is at 3pm. I also made an extra to give one to Audrey in her last card order. She has a sweet tooth so I know she will enjoy the treats!

Project Details:

Stamps: Autumn Leaves (Million Dollar Sales Achiever Set), Labeled With Love, Pleasant Pheasants (retired sentiment)
Ink: Crushed Curry, Pecan Pie, Old Olive, Cajun Craze
Cardstock: Cajun Craze, Basic White, Sweet Days of Autumn DSP, Oxidized Copper Specialty Paper
Accessories: Labeled With Love Dies, Autumn Leaves Dies, Cello Bags, Pecan Pie Ribbon (retired), Copper Metallic Dots (retired), Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I made 6 of these for Thanksgiving and may use the same box for Christmas treats, too! I filled each bag with a Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Caramel Apple & a Milk Chocolate Salted Caramel Squares with Caramel Apple Werther's Candy & 2 Dove Milk Chocolate & Caramel Candies. Alot of Fall yumminess in that bag!

Today I plan to get a few more things done at my stamp table this afternoon and then out to do some shopping later this evening!
I have one last Halloween treat to share with you today. I did not make much this year and so far most of it has sold. This treat is a small box that Angie Juda made that was the perfect size for a Reese's Peanut Butter Pumpkin.

Russell Stover Christmas Boxes

 Hello & Happy Tuesday!

I hope your week is off to a great start!
Yesterday I was working on Ryan's Gift Card Holders and then I got a message from my friend, Vicki. She asked if I wanted to video chat with her....ummm heck YES!!!!! It's been since before Halloween the last time we text back & forth! We video chatted for almost 2 hours! We talked & talked & talked and it was so good to see her. If you remember a few months ago Vicki under went some major surgery and has had some challenges in her life but I thought she looked wonderful and was just so thrilled to be able to talk to her! Anyways, she made my day and well, Ryan's gift cards will just have to wait until today for me to finish them up!

The last few days I started to share some of my Christmas treats here.
Today I have my Russell Stover boxes to share that Marisa from Kitchen Table Stamper shared on one of her Facebook Lives. I used this same box to make some Halloween boxes as well. It's a nice roomy box that I put a Russell Stover Milk Chocolate Marshmallow Ornament in. I love those chocolate covered marshmallows!

Here is a link to Marisa's video if your interested in making this box.

Project Details:

Stamps: Decorated With Happiness (retired)
Ink: Pacific Point (retired)
Cardstock: Pacific Point, Basic White, Celebrate Everything DSP (retired)
Accessories: Circle Layering Framelits (retired), Sizzix Rosette Die (retired), Decorated Pines Dies (retired), Gold Vanilla Ribbon, Waves Rhinestones (retired), Adhesive Foam Sheets, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Again most of my supplies are retired and I am digging thru stuff from last year to use it up. I love the DSP! It was also fun to pull out my Rosette Die and give it a crank thru the Stampin Cut & Emboss Machine!

Holiday Treat Boxes

 Hello & Happy Monday!

1 Week till Christmas....Are you ready?
I am just about ready!
Today I am working on Gift Card Holders that Ryan requested and I need a few too so that is on my agenda.
I wanted to share with you a quick & easy treat box that I made. I'm not really sure what to call it but inside is a pack of Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate, a Little Debbie Frosted Brownie and a handful of Hershey Kisses.

Project Details:

Stamps: Warm Hugs (retired)
Ink: Garden Green
Cardstock: Basic White, Garden Green, A Walk in the Forest DSP
Accessories: Kraft Gift Boxes (retired), Circle Layering Framelits (retired), Merriest Trees Dies, Silver & White Sheer Ribbon, Rhinestones, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Project Details:

Stamps: Warm Hugs (retired)
Ink: Night of Navy
Cardstock: Basic White, Night of Navy, Beary Cute DSP
Accessories: Kraft Gift Boxes (retired), Circle Layering Framelits, Silver & White Sheer Ribbon, Wonderful Snowflakes, Rhinestones, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

This idea came from the Little Debbie Frosted Brownies. They had the Christmas tree brownies & the snowflake brownies. I made 8 of these.

The box is retired from the 2022-2023 Stampin Up! Annual Catalog.
Recently they were on the Clearance Rack and I snagged another pack of them. 'They are nice for holding cards and all different kinds of treats!

Hot Chocolate Boxes

 Hello & Happy Thursday!

Today I have a cute little box to share that is used to hold a packet of hot chocolate for the holidays! Marisa from over at Kitchen Table Stamper showed us how to make this box back around Halloween but I thought it would be perfect for Christmas!

Here is the link if your interested in making any!

She has a video tutorial on there as well as a PDF to print if your interested.
I love her tutorials and have learned alot from her! She is so sweet in sharing her idea's and loves to help people stay crafty!

Project Details:

Stamps: Merriest Trees, Framed & Festive (retired)
Ink: Pretty Peacock, Balmy Blue
Cardstock: Pretty Peacock, Balmy Blue, Basic White, Beary Cute DSP
Accessories: Merriest Trees Dies, Circle Layering Framelits (retired), Classic Label Punch (retired), Corner Rounder Punch (retired), Wintry 3D EF (retired), Iridescent Ribbon, Iridescent Pearls, Simply Score Board, Dimensionals, Glue Dots, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I whipped 4 up in no time and plan to make more once I get more hot chocolate. I used Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate packets. As you can see in the picture I displayed a packet of the Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate but I will be using the regular Swiss Miss in these. I wasn't crazy about the Salted Caramel but that's just me. Guess I am just a plain jane when it comes to my hot chocolate or my coffee. I gifted Kelsey with this box of Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate because she likes that kind of stuff!

That's all for today!
I am off to get my day started and get my downstairs cleaned for Saturday's Stamp Day!

Beautiful Balloons Birthday Box

 Good Morning & Happy Thursday!

Today will not be a fun day around the Aungst Pad. Shawn is off and we are pulling out the stove & fridge to clean behind & under them. My oven is also gonna get cleaned! I use my oven hard and it's been a year since the last clean out. I'm sure Shawn is gonna try to run away every chance he gets! LOL So, before the fun begins I want to share a cool project with you!
You may remember a few weeks ago I made 2 birthday boxes that have Duncan Hines Mug Cakes inside. I made another just to keep on hand for when birthdays pop up!

Project Details:

Stamps: Beautiful Balloons
Ink: Lemon Lime Twist, Azure Afternoon, Berry Burst
Cardstock: Lemon Lime Twist, Basic White, Azure Afternoon, Basic White, Bright & Beautiful DSP
Accessories: Confetti EF (retired), Beautiful Balloons Dies, Stylish Shapes Dies, Azure Afternoon Ribbon, Tinsel Gems 4 Pack, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Here is the video tutorial/directions to make your own Mug Cake Box.
I love making these...so fun and what a great little surprise for someone!
You could always add more to the box, too! It's a nice size!

I still have one Mug Cake left so you will most likely see another box soon!

Gone Fishing HB Box

 Good Morning & Happy Saturday!

Today I have another cool project to share with you.
I made a box like this a few weeks ago and shared it on my blog earlier this week.
I made this one for Shawn since his birthday is next week...

I put a Duncan Hines Cake Mug & the icing packet in it and I will put some extra cash in it for a fishing trip he is going on in a few weeks with the guys from work.

Card Details:

Stamps: Gone Fishing, unknown saying
Ink: Boho Blue, Misty Moonlight
Cardstock: Boho Blue, Misty Moonlight, Very Vanilla, Let's Go Fishing DSP
Accessories: Oval Layering Framelits (retired), Gone Fishing Dies, Boho Blue In Color Dots, Boho Blue In Color Jute, Glue Dots, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I used the NEW Let's Go Fishing Suite on this box. I could not wait to get this so I could make this box for him. He loves to fish and I wanted to make something for him that I know he would love. Everything on this box is from Stampin Up! except for the sentiment. I have had that stamp for ages and have no idea who the maker is but it was perfect for my box.

I wanted to share the link to the video tutorial so you can make your own if your interested.  Fun Birthday Cake Box

That's all for today!
Miss Bailee is off to Doggy Day Spa today and really needs a good bath!

Best Day Box

 Good Morning & Happy Monday!
Happy May 1st, too!

Today I have a sweet little pull out box to share with you that I saw on the FB Demonstrator Planning Place recently. I wrote down all the measurements and got to work to make it. This one will go to Kelsey for her birthday at the end of May.

The drawer slides out to reveal a Cake In A Mug packet with also a packet of icing.
I've only recently seen these at the grocery store and grabbed a box to try this. Each box has 4 Mug Cakes and 4 Icing Packets. This one is Birthday Confetti Cake with Vanilla Icing and I believe Duncan Hines make them. I will also add candles and a gift card to this for her upcoming birthday.

Project Details:

Stamps: Best Day
Ink: Memento Black, Stampin Blends-Petal Pink, Fresh Freesia
Cardstock: Fresh Freesia, Petal Pink, Basic White, Dandy Designs DSP (SAB 23)
Accessories: Scalloped Contour Dies, Stitched Rectangle Framelits, Fresh Freesia Ribbon, Fresh Freesia In Color Opal Rounds, Glue Dots, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

These are really fun to make and I love that the drawer has lots of space inside. I am going to make one for Shawn since his birthday is next week. I will probably change his up with some fishing stuff....we'll see.
These make a super cute little gift and they could be used for any occasion not just birthdays!

Easter Bunny Box

 Hello & Happy Thursday!

I hope your day is off to a great start!
I'm alittle late with my post today since I slept in this morning.
It's not often that I do that anymore and since I don't have much on the agenda today I took advantage of it!

Easter is only a few weeks away now so I need to shift gears and start getting some things made. In the 2023 Stampin Up! Spring Catalog they had an adorable Easter set called Easter Bunny that is loaded with bunnies, sayings and cute accessories to go with the bunnies. I made a cute box that holds 2 small Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs!

Project Details:

Stamps: Easter Bunny
Ink: Memento Black, Stampin Blends-Crumb Cake, Petal Pink
Cardstock: Fresh Freesia, Basic White, Dandy Designs DSP (SAB 23)
Accessories: Easter Bunny Punch, Tailor Made Tags Dies, Stylish Shapes Dies, 1 inch Circle Punch, Iridescent Rhinestones, Fresh Freesia Ribbon, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

This box is just the sweetest and a great size for a small treat!
I can't wait to play more with this Easter Bunny Bundle and create some cards, hopefully over the weekend!
