Springtime Joy Bunny Card

 Hello & Happy Sunday!

Today I am sharing card #1 from yesterday's Stamp Day w/ Friends get together!
I have been working on all occasion cards for the girls but wanted to sneak in an Easter card for them to use. I used my much loved & much used Springtime Joy stamp set for this one!

I paired this sweet image with some of last year's SaleABration Coordinations Pleased As Punch DSP.
I love the springtime colors in it!
We started off with a Costal Cabana cardbase then a layer of Whisper White cardstock that I ran thru the Big Shot with the Painted Texture 3D EF. This is another amazing folder that brings lots of texture to your card!
Next I used a layer of Blushing Bride cardstock and layered a piece of Pleased As Punch DSP on top of it.
We stamped our bunny & flowers image on Whisper White cardstock with Memento Black ink.
I diecut that with the Stitched Shapes Framelits. Then used a Daffodil Delight Scalloped Circle Layering Die to lay under our stamped image.
Next we colored the bunny & flower with Granny Apple Green, Daffodil Delight, Pool Party & Crumb Cake Stampin Blends.
Next we stamped our sentiment on Whisper White cardstock with Coastal Cabana ink and diecut that from the Stitched Rectangle Framelits.
Lastly, we added the 2 retired Glittered Daffodil Delight Enamel Dots and a Daffodil Delight Ruched Ribbon bow.

Card Details:

Stamps: Springtime Joy
Ink: Memento Black, Coastal Cabana, Stampin Blends- Granny Apple Green, Daffodil Delight, Pool Party & Crumb Cake
Cardstock: Coastal Cabana, Whisper White, Blushing Bride, Daffodil Delight, Pleased As Punch DSP (retired)
Accessories: Painted Texture 3D EF, Stitched Shapes Framelits, Stitched Rectangle Framelits, Daffodil Delight Glittered Enamel Dots (retired), Daffodil Delight Ruched Ribbon, Glue Dots, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

The girls loved making this one and loved the springy colors!
It was a great day and what a way to welcome the 1st day of Spring!
Hope you like this card, too!

My thoughts today...

Indeed it is!
We are looking at 65 degrees today!
We may even get out for our 1st bike ride of the season as long as it's not too windy out!
Hope you can take advantage of the warm sunshine today, too!

Thanks for stopping by & have a great day!

Bunnies & Butterflies

 Hello & Happy Monday!

I hope you all had a nice weekend!
Our weather yesterday was very windy so we just stayed put at home and cleaned up the garage.
It needed it badly!

Today I have a set of cards that I made for my card lady.
She requested bunnies & butterflies with no saying.
Thankfully, the Springtime Joy stamp set has bunnies & butterflies!

I'm sure by now your tired of seeing these bunny & lamb projects but I promise you that I am just about done sharing them! This stamp set has some adorable spring images in it and to be honest, they just make me smile!

I started these cards with a Petal Pink cardbase that I used a layer of Pleased As Punch DSP on.
Just a reminder that the Pleased As Punch DSP is retired and leftover from last year.
It has such pretty spring colors in it and i'd really like to get this pack of paper used up!
I then took a piece of the rainbow colored paper and added it over the Petal Pink DSP.
That piece measures 1 1/4 x 4 3/4.
It brings a splash of pretty colors to my card!
I stamped my images in Memento Black ink and colored my images with Stampin Blends to match my rainbow colored DSP.
Lastly, I added a bow with the Daffodil Delight Ruched Ribbon.
I kept these cards flat for easy mailing.

Card Details:

Stamps: Springtime Joy
Ink: Memento Black, Stampin Blends
Cardstock: Petal Pink, Daffodil Delight, Whisper White, Pleased As Punch DSP (SAB Coordinates-retired)
Accessories: Circle Layering Framelits, Daffodil Delight Ruched Ribbon, Glue Dots, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

The 1st day of Spring is only a few days away and these cards will be a nice way to make someone's day!

Arrange A Wreath for Easter

 Hello & Happy Wednesday!

Halfway thru the week and it is to be a lovely day here in PA!
If you live on the east coast, I hope you get to enjoy this day!

Today I have a set of Easter cards that I made last week for my card lady.
She has ordered 2 packs of Easter cards so this will be one pack.
I used the Arrange A Wreath bundle from the Stampin Up! Annual Catalog.

I started out with a cardbase of Flirty Flamingo then a layer of Whisper White.
The Granny Apple Green panel at the bottom was a few scraps I had leftover from last year's Pleased As Punch DSP from SaleABration Coordinates.
I stamped my sentiment on that piece of DSP with Highland Heather ink.
The top of the card I stamped my wreath on with Granny Apple Green using my Stamparatus so I would get a good image. It worked like a charm!
My Easter eggs were stamped on scraps of Whisper White in Daffodil Delight, Flirty Flamingo & Highland Heather inks and diecut with the Wreath Builder Dies.
I also diecut a ribbon from the same dies using a scrap piece of Daffodil Delight.
I adhered the eggs to my wreath and added a few rhinestones for sparkle and finished these up!

Card Details:

Stamps: Arrange A Wreath
Ink: Granny Apple Green, Highland Heather, Daffodil Delight, Flirty Flamingo
Cardstock: Flirty Flamingo, Daffodil Delight, Whisper White, Pleased As Punch DSP (retired- SAB Coordinates)
Accessories: Wreath Builder Dies, Stamparatus, Rhinestones, Dimensionals, Stampin Seal+

I'm not sure I am loving this one for some reason but I am do like all the spring colors!
And I do think my card lady will be pleased that these will mail flat!

Rise & Shine Coffee Card

Hello & Happy Thursday!

We are one day closer to the long holiday weekend! YAY!
They are calling for it to be a very nice weekend so I am looking forward to that!
I hope it will be cool enough to leave the AC off!!!

Today I am sharing a card I made a few weeks ago using the SaleABration set, Rise & Shine.
I cased this card from Marisa at Kitchen Table Stamper.
She is just awesome as I love all her amazing creations!

First off, I love the amazing colors in the patterned paper!
The paper is from the 2020 SaleABration Coordinates called Pleased As Punch.
I have maybe half a package left that I want to use up eventually.
The paper coordinates with a variety of stamp sets & punches which will make using it up easier!

Card Details:

Stamps: Rise & Shine (SAB 20)
Ink: Coastal Cabana, Early Espresso, Pumpkin Pie
Cardstock: Pumpkin Pie, Whisper White, Pleased As Punch DSP (SAB Coordinates)
Accessories: Nature's Thoughts Dies, Circle Layering Framelits, Cup of Cheer Dies (retired), Small Heart Punch (retired), Mini Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Sadly, most of these products are no longer available but they are going to stay in my stamp room for a long time to come!
I enjoy making coffee cards but I don't have many friends that are coffee drinkers.
Thankfully, this set could be used for hot cocoa or tea!

Under My Umbrella

Hello & Happy Sunday!

I hope your all doing well!

I'm so sorry for being quiet over here on my blog.
I have not been feeling very creative and i'm still trying to put one foot in front of the other each day.
My hubby's job has been quite demanding as well and when he is home he is drained.
I keep hoping that things will improve there.

I found a set of cards that I made for my card lady on her last order that I never shared.
This set uses the Under My Umbrella bundle.

Fortunately, this set has carried over into the new Stampin Up! Annual Catalog!
I was really happy to see that!

Card Details:

Stamps: Under My Umbrella
Ink: Early Espresso
Cardstock: Thick Whisper White, Pleased As Punch DSP (retired- SAB Coordinates)
Accessories: Umbrella Builder Punch, Rhinestones, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

This is one of the last sets of cards I made for my card lady.
She just loves this umbrella and that saying!
I'm sure she is in major need of cards being that it has been a month since she last ordered.
I received the nicest letter in the mail from her this past week about my Dad's passing.
I will give her a call this week and i'm sure she will be ordering more cards as long as i'm ready to get back to my stamp table.

With Deepest Sympathy

Hello & Happy Friday!

Hope your week has gone well and your staying busy during the stay at home orders.
It was a busy week here and i'm looking forward to having a few days to catch my breath and do some stamping!

The card I have to share today was made with the Positive Thoughts stamp set.
It has become a quick favorite!

Card Details:

Stamps: Positive Thoughts, Peaceful Moments
Ink: Granny Apple Green, Rococo Rose, Memento Black
Cardstock: Thick Whisper White, Whisper White, Rococo Rose DSP
Accessories: Nature's Thoughts Dies (SaleABration Coordinates), Rhinestones, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I made this one for my stash that I keep separately from my card rack cards.
This one literally took 10 minutes to create.
Wish they could all come together that easily!

Under My Umbrella

Hello & Happy Tuesday!

Hope your week is going well and your staying busy!
We all could use a distraction from what is going on in the world.
I have been glued to the tv since this whole Coronavirus thing broke and i'm finding that it is driving my anxiety level thru the roof, which is not at all good for my psoriasis.

I have been stamping & making cards quite a bit (to distract me from the tv) and last week I decided to send one out to my dear friend, Deb.
I used a new set from the Stampin Up! January - June 2020 Catalog called Under My Umbrella.
It also has a coordinating punch.

Over the years Stampin Up! has had several umbrella sets and i've never purchased any.
This one comes with some really cute sentiments and a pair of boots!
And even though I am so tired of all the rain we've had this winter, i'm still thankful it was rain & not snow!
The patterned paper is from the SaleABration Coordination products that were available this year.
So many pretty prints and those raindrops and umbrella's were apart of it!
The sentiment on my card is perfect for what I wanted it to say to my dear friend.
We've been friends since 1994 when we moved in beside her and became neighbors.
Thru the years we've sold that house beside her and moved to Joplin, Missouri then moved back to Pennsylvania again, she has become a very, very dear friend and has always been there for my family & me, No Matter the Weather!

Card Details:

Stamps: Under My Umbrella
Ink: Memento Black
Cardstock: Thick Whisper White, Balmy Blue, Whisper White, Pleased As Punch DSP (SAB Coordination)
Accessories: Stitched Rectangle Framelits, Umbrella Builder Punch, Daffodil Delight Organdy Ribbon (retired), Glue Dots, Rhinestones, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I'm happy to be able to share this card now that I know she has received it!
If you have any cards laying around, send them out to a friend or family member and let them know your thinking of them since we are all under the social distancing thing.
It is sure to brighten someones day!

Timeless Tulip HB Set

Hello & Happy Monday!

Today was suppose to be my cleaning day but I decided to put it off until tomorrow.
Shawn surprised me yesterday with getting the bedroom painted!
We busted butt to get it done and now are totally exhausted!
I swear I am getting too old for this stuff!
Anyways, i'm glad it's done and the furniture is all moved back in.
Pictures and a wood shelf will get hung back up next weekend as I want to give the walls a chance to dry well. That being said...I hurt from top to bottom as I feel like it was a marathon to get it done in a few hours. I think today calls for my heating pad and taking it easy!

I have a set of cards to share with you that I made last Thursday in another kind of marathon! LOL
My card lady calls Thursday morning asking for a pack of spring related Happy Birthday cards.
I rushed to get these done so I could deliver them to her on Friday.
BTW, there was no seeing each other face to face as I dropped them off on her porch and left.
Who knew social distancing could be so hard!

Again I used the Timeless Tulips set for these...

These were really quick to create as the Stitched Rectangle diecuts were already done and the punches just make life easier!

I just love this Timeless Tulip set!

Card Details:

Stamps: Timeless Tulips
Ink: Granny Apple Green, Highland Heather
Cardstock: Highland Heather, Whisper White, Pleased As Punch DSP (SAB Coordinations)
Accessories: Stitched Rectangle Framelits, Classic Label Punch, Tulip Builder Punch, Highland Heather Organdy Ribbon (retired), Glue Dots, Mini Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Positive Thoughts

Hello & Happy Sunday!

Not much happening here today.
The weather is still gray & gloomy outside.
They say we might get some sunshine today but we'll see.

I have a set of cards to share today using the Positive Thoughts stamp set that is in the January-June Mini Catalog. It caught my eye from the first time I seen it but once they brought out coordinating dies for it....it was a done deal!

The color of my cardbase is Seaside Spray which is an In Color for 2019-2021.
I used this color back at Christmastime to make a snowman card for a Stamp Day w Friends.
It turned out so cute and the girls all loved it!
At first I thought about using Rococo Rose which is also a new In Color but in the end Seaside Spray won out! I love the softness it adds to my card...

Card Details:

Stamps: Positive Thoughts
Ink: Granny Apple Green, Seaside Spray
Cardstock: Seaside Spray, Daffodil Delight, Whisper White
Accessories: Brick & Mortar EF, Stitched Nested Dies, Nature's Thoughts Dies (SAB Coordination 2020), Circle Layering Framelits, Rhinestones, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I made these up for my card lady and she will get these in her next order.
I'm know she will love these!

Tulips Side Step Card

Hello & Happy Thursday!

My hubby went back to work today even though he still has not passed that stone.
He's not had any pain the last 2 days and felt good enough to go back.
I honestly think he was getting bored being home!

It's to be a cloudy day with rain coming this evening.
Not sure what is on my agenda.
I may start painting my kitchen or I may go do some craft therapy which I am in major need of!
I stamped yesterday afternoon but it wasn't long enough! LOL

Today I have a pretty cool card to share.
This one is made using a bought package of cardstock that was already cut & scored.
All I had to do was decorate it.
These are called Side Step Cards.
Ever hear of them?

On the last picture you can see the steps which I covered with the SaleABration Coordinate paper called Pleased As Punch.
It is quite pretty in these spring colors that just make you smile!
I also used a new stamp set w coordinating punch called Timeless Tulips.
It makes the nicest tulips, ever!
I love tulips but daffodils are probably my favorite spring flower.

Card Details:

Stamps: Timeless Tulips, Easter's Promise
Ink: Granny Apple Green, Daffodil Delight, Petal Pink, Highland Heather
Cardstock: Side Step Template Cardstock, Whisper White, Highland Heather, Pleased As Punch DSP (SAB Coordinates)
Accessories: Circle Layering Framelits, Tulip Builder Punch, Daffodil Delight Enamel Dot, Purple Gingham Ribbon, Glue Dot, Mini Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I was very pleased with how this turned out!
Did I mention that this stamp set is a Distinktive set?!
I love those stamps!

Painted Season's HB

Good Morning & Happy Monday!

Hope everyone had a nice weekend!
Saturday my stamp get together went beautifully!
Sunday, well, let's just say I was exhausted and glad it was done!
I did not do much other than some laundry and watch football.
I did get my stamp room back to it's normal set up and all stamps cleaned & put away.
I will be sharing more about my Holiday Hoopla event later today once I get pictures of my projects!

Today I have a set of birthday cards that my customer requested.
Something for this time of year and something that could be for a man or woman.
I was scratching my head on that one....
Then I went thru my Painted Season's DSP from SaleABration 2019 and found this pretty paper with the greens & pinecones! Perfect!

The pinecones come from the Painted Season's stamp set that was available during SaleABration last winter. The sentiment is from Perennial Birthday which is one birthday set that I use quite a bit!
But isn't that paper perfect for the month of December?! I think it's festive!

Card Details:

Stamps: Painted Season's (SAB 19), Perennial Birthday
Ink: Call Me Clover, Early Espresso
Cardstock: Thick Whisper White, Call Me Clover, Whisper White, Painted Season's DSP (SAB 19)
Accessories: Four Season's Framelits (SaleABration Coordinates 19), Stitched Shapes Framelits, Oval Layering Framelits, Call Me Clover Enamel Dots, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

The Painted Season's stamp set is also a Distinktive stamp set.
I love those types of stamps because it gives a realistic look to the image.
My card lady loved this set of cards which made me happy!

*************************************************************************
My thoughts today...

It's to be a rainy, dreary day here. It's pretty foggy out as I type this.
I need to go to my stamp table to work on an order.
I will be back later today with pictures from my Holiday Hoopla event so stay tuned for that!

Thanks for stopping by & enjoy your day!
