Coffee Cup Carriers

 Hello & Happy Tuesday!

Going to be a warm, sunny day ahead! YAY!
Yesterday was a beautiful day, too!
We took Miss Bailee out for a walk as we soaked up the warmth of the sunshine!

I have a sweet project to share with you today!
I found a bunch of the small coffee cups in my stash recently and decided to take some Floral Delight DSP and create a treat for some customers & friends. Of course, Audrey got one when I delivered her order last week and she loved it, especially the Dove Milk Chocolate & Caramel candies inside the cup!

Project Details:

Stamps: Inkadinkadoo
Ink: Old Olive
Cardstock: Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Basic White, Floral Delight DSP
Accessories: Stylish Shapes Dies, Circle Layering Framelits (retired), Beautiful Butterflies Dies, Low Profile Dots (Online Exclusives), Ribbon, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I enjoyed making these since it's been quite awhile.
I think it's the Floral Delight paper that makes me love these even more but i'm sure the candy sweetens the deal!

3D Challenge w/ Vicki

 Hello & Happy Saturday!

It's Halloween today and time for another 3D Challenge with my friend, Vicki!
Every other Saturday we make something other than a card and share it on our blogs.
We've been doing this now since the beginning of September and I have enjoyed it, alot!

My 3D project this week I made a few weeks ago as a treat holder for Kelsey!
I already sent her a card for Halloween but since she has to work all day today I am going to take it to her apartment and leave at her door so when she comes home from work she will find it waiting on her.
I think she will love it!

I used a Stampin Up Coffee Cup Carrier and decorated it with Halloween Paper using the Magic In This Night DSP. The bats are diecut with the Halloween Magic Dies directly from the one DSP print.
I added black shred paper in the bottom of the box then added a bag of candy & a decorated coffee cup that I placed a Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa K Cup inside for her to make.
I tore apart a coffee cup and created a template with it so I could wrap DSP around them!
Worked like a charm!
I used stamps from the Ghoulish Goodies set as well as the Hallows Night Magic set.
I diecut some bats from the smaller bat dies with the new Black Glimmer Paper!
That paper is awesome! Not thick at all and the glitter does not come off!
Anyways, I decorated everything with some Black Glimmer Paper Bats and attached tags on the cup and bag of candy. I used the Black Glittered Ribbon for this project as well as that amazing Silver Metallic Mesh Ribbon! Lastly, I added some Iridescent Pearls and called it done!

Project Details:

Stamps: Ghoulish Goodies, Hallows Night Magic
Ink: Basic Black Archival
Cardstock: Basic Black, Whisper White, Black Glimmer Paper, Magic In This Night DSP
Accessories: Halloween Magic Dies, Circle Layering Framelits, Coffee Cup Carrier, Coffee Cup, Cello Bag, Black Glittered Ribbon, Sillver Metallic Mesh Ribbon, Iridescent Pearls, Glue Dots, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I have had these Coffee Cup Carriers since July and back during the summer I started decorating them for Christmas! Yesterday I was out shopping and bought all kinds of goodies to put in them this holiday season!
I will share them once Thanksgiving is over so stay tuned!
These carriers are $5 for 8 of them and they are SO much fun to decorate!

Now pop on over to Vicki's blog to see her amazing 3D project!
I've seen it and it's really cool!!!

Flower Shop

Hello & Happy Saturday!

Today they are calling for severe storms here in PA.
I always get really nervous hearing that after living in the midwest for a year!
This morning we are making a trip to Shawn's work quick then hitting the store on the way home. I hope we are home before the storms reach us. Gigi will be a mess!

So before we head to Maryland I want to share a cute little treat I made.
I have been trying to use up things I have laying around my craft room and those small coffee cups got put to good use.

The tall cello bag has peppermint patties under the flowers and the cup is filled with Bite Sized Snickers!

Project Details:

Stamps: Flower Shop, Beautiful Bouquet (sentiment)
Ink: Dapper Denim
Cardstock: Dapper Denim, Whisper White, Dapper Denim In Color DSP (retired)
Accessories: Pansy Punch, Circle Layering Framelits, Dapper Denim Ribbon, Dapper Denim Enamel Heart, Silver Faceted Gems, 2 x 8 Cello Bags, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I will be sharing more of these since I made them in all the retiring In Colors!
So much fun!
Making treats seem to be my passion!

Coffee Cafe Cup Carrier

Hello & Happy Friday!

Today I have a treat to share that I whipped up with the Coffee Cafe bundle.
You know I love making the Coffee Cup Carriers!

This bundle is one of the best that I have seen with several different coffee stamps, the dies that cut them out and the beautiful patterned paper! Since I am a coffee drinker, this set was worth every cent to me!
While at Walmart last weekend I found these Werther's Original Caramel Coffee Candies, perfect to fill my small coffee cup with. I have to say that these candies are addicting, too! YUM!

My tag was created with the Wide Oval Punch that I used to punch the handle out. I diecut a small coffee cup from a sheet of the Coffee Break DSP Pack and added it to my tag. The sentiment came from the Pocketfull of Sunshine stamp set. I added a small clear rhinestone to the heart on the small coffee cup. The tag was added to the holder with a Gold Clip. My bow is Pear Pizzazz Shimmer Ribbon that I added with a glue dot to my clip.

Such a fun set!
I just wanna sit and make lots more of these!!

Coffee Cup Carrier for Easter

Hello & Happy Tuesday!

Another dreary day on tap here in PA. It's been raining off & on since Sunday.
It's hard to get motivated to do housework when the sun isn't shining!

Today I want to share a cool treat idea that I learned how to make from Lisa Curcio. Here is the link to her blog: Lisa's Stamp Studio

I still had a few of those small coffee cups left and decided to give this cup carrier a try!
They are quite fun! I may just order more of these little cups to make these up in the future!

I used up some retired DSP as well as a retired sentiment but that butterfly just makes this carrier!
My coffee cups are filled with Hershey Kisses. I don't remember off hand where I purchased the coffee cups. It was a few years ago. I will have to look into that to get more!

Coffee Cup Carrier:

Stamps: Well Scripted (retired)
Ink: Basic Black Archival
Cardstock: Pool Party, Basic Black, Whisper White, Sweet Sorbet DSP (2014)
Accessories: Circle Punch, Scalloped Circle Punch, Wide Oval Punch, Bold Butterfly Framelits, White Pearls, Whisper White Satin Ribbon, Dimensionals, Tombow Liquid

That's all I have for today!
Thanks for stopping by & have a great day!

Sketch Challenge 518

Hello & Happy Wednesday!

Back at it again today with working on a large candy bar order, a package of Christmas cards, 2 Snowman Soups & addressing Christmas cards! Tis the season! LOL

I used today's Sketch Challenge for the package of Christmas needed today for an order. It was a nice uncomplicated sketch that caught my eye and since i'm still swamped I needed something quick & easy!

Here we go!

I used the same colors as yesterday's Color Challenge 508. Loved those colors!

Isn't this such an easy sketch? Perfect for my package of 5 for a customer!
I'm trying hard to get things completed by Friday. I'm burnt out and my house needs a good cleaning plus I have plans to bake cookies this Sunday with the kids. Yep, tis the season!

Stamps: Many Merry Messages
Ink: Chocolate Chip
Cardstock: Crumb Cake, Pool Party, Recollections DSP

Anyways, I wanted to share yet more of my Halloween Coffee Cups that I did up. These are filled with Hershey's Minature Candy Bars which are the perfect snack!

I used some patterned paper that I picked up at Hobby Lobby and used my Beware stamp from the Halloween Bash Set from last year. I popped that up on the front of my little coffee cup. My ticket on top is a Stampin Up set called That's the Ticket. I added a bow to the top and called these done.

Halloween Cups

Hello & Happy Sunday!

Today i'm sharing some of those adorable little coffee cups that the world was introduced to last year! I still have a bunch in my stash so I thought why not get some decorated for the upcoming Halloween season. So here is what I worked on earlier this week....

I had the patterned paper leftover from last year and it is from Recollections at Michael's. The orange glitter paper is from Michael's as well and it is very messy! I had glitter from head to toe after punching out a few scallop circles. The stamp sets I used are Batty For You and That's The Ticket on the top. Love it and these cups! I filled them with some Hershey's Minatures Candy Bars. The Halloween candy is out in the stores already and that makes me smile! I love Trick or Treat Night!

Valentines Day Treats

Hello & Happy Friday!

Today I promised to share what i've been working on for Valentines Day.
So wait no longer.....here we go!

I seen over the holidays that Becky Roberts from over at Inking Idaho was making these for Christmas. They were so adorable and normally I would have bitten on them but since my Christmas craft show was cancelled I just passed on the idea of purchasing the cups and decorating them to sell. Then my friend Vicki talked me into ordering some. I'm so glad I did! They are a bit tricky when getting the paper wrapped around them but oh SO fun to decorate! These could easily be made up for any occasion or holiday!

Becky also has the directions on her blog for making the cup carrier which is very easy! Her blog is listed on my sidebar if anyone is interested.

I filled my cups with some Hershey Hugs & Reese's Peanut Butter Hearts.
I used a different variety of papers & stamps on these.
I love them and will be making the rest up for Christmas this year!

Valentine Cups:

Stamps: Variety of SU Stamps
Ink: Wisteria Wonder, Regal Rose, Primrose Petals, Bravo Burgundy, Lucky Limeade, Pool Party
Cardstock: Variety of SU & misc DSP
