Merry Christmas Card Set

Good Morning & Happy Saturday, Everyone!

Today my new stove gets hooked up and tomorrow it will get broken in!
I'm not planning on cooking today as I think it's going to be a pizza kind of night tonight!

Today I have a pretty set of cards to share that I made a few weeks ago using the Ringed With Nature bundle. I really love the poinsettia in that set! I kept these simple and whipped these up in no time...

Card Details:

Stamps: Ringed With Nature
Ink: Real Red, Shaded Spruce
Cardstock: Shaded Spruce, Basic White, Gold Glimmer Paper, Joyful Specialty Paper
Accessories: Circle Layering Framelits (retired), Gold/Vanilla Ribbon, Gold Swirls (retired), Glue Dots, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

These cards turned out so nice!
Sadly, the Joyful Specialty Paper & the Glimmer Paper both have sold out.
The Glimmer Paper has an adhesive back on it which makes things easier to put together and no liquid glue mess.

Ringed in Nature Christmas

 Hello & Happy Wednesday!

I hope your all doing well!
I took a week off to get a few things accomplished around the house while my mojo seemed to take a vacation without me! LOL I haven't stamped in over a week so getting back to my stamp table I was a little rusty! While I was taking a break I got some of my Christmas decorations out and got the family room all done. Our ceramic Christmas trees always look so beautiful lit at night but wow, what a job to get them situated and plugged in. So for the next 8 weeks or so we will be enjoying them as much as we can! I will share a picture as it gets closer to the holidays!

Anyways, I got to play after a few days of cleaning & pulling out heavy totes from the storage room. My back was screaming so yesterday I took the day and played with stamps, paper & ink! It felt good to get back to it! I made a pretty pack of Christmas cards using the Ringed with Nature stamp set. I love these so I may just keep them for myself! LOL

I will tell you that this set was ALOT of work!
The poinsettia flowers were all fussy cut and that in itself is a chore, atleast for me.
Lots of diecutting but the end results made me smile!

Card Details:

Stamps: Ringed with Nature
Ink: Real Red, Garden Green
Cardstock: Real Red, Garden Green, Basic White, Gold Foil Paper, Painted Christmas DSP (retired)
Accessories: Tree Rings Hybrid EF & Dies, Circle Layering Framelits (retired), Deckled Rectangle Dies, Gold Ribbon (Online Exclusives), Gold Swirls (retired), Glue Dots, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Ringed with Nature Bundle came out in last year's 2022 Holiday Mini Catalog and has carried over into this year's 2023 Annual Catalog which I am thrilled about. It covers all the seasons which makes this set wonderful!

So, today I am finishing up stuff for Saturday's Stamp Day w/ Friends get together.
Audrey just called asking for more cards IF I have the time to make them before Thanksgiving. Fingers crossed!

Speaking of leaves.....we are up to our ears with leaves from the neighbor's tree.
I hope they are soon done dropping!

Playing In The Rain Stamp A Stack Pt 2 **Updated**

 Good Morning & Happy Monday!

Quick post this morning as I have a dentist appointment first thing.
Today I get my new crown on a tooth that had a crown on but it had a big chip on it and wouldn't it figure, it was the side that you see when you smile. It's been a long time coming and I am thrilled to be able to finally smile again without that eye sore.

ETA: All went well at the dentist and my new crown fits perfectly! I love that I can now smile without that broke crown showing! Later today it is Shawn's turn to see the dentist. He has had pain all weekend. Advil took the edge off but did not take the pain away. I am praying the dentist can help him today!

The 2 cards I am sharing today are from the Rain Or Shine bundle in the current mini catalog. I participated in the Stamp A Stack over at Kitchen Table Stamper. I am always inspired by her cards & projects!

Ringed With Nature

 Good Morning & Happy Wednesday!

Yesterday I took the day off from posting as I was not having a good day.
Alot of things on my mind and then Ryan fell transitioning from his wheelchair to his bed. He laid on the floor for hours until I found him. He laughed about it but I wasn't finding much humor in it. Shawn & I did not celebrate Valentines Day this year. He wanted to cook a nice dinner but we ended up going to Wendy's for burgers which was my suggestion.
It was just a bad day all ways around.
So, today is a new day and i'm trying to start it off on the right foot!
I want to share with you a set of cards I made a few weeks ago for on my card rack. This set uses the Ringed With Nature Bundle from the 2022 Holiday Mini Catalog. This bundle has carried over so it is still available. YAY!

I also paired this bundle with the Country Wreaths Dies that is from the Cottage Wreath Bundle which also has carried over. I love the wreaths in this set so I am praying this one will carry over into our new Annual Catalog that will be coming in May!
Do you see that gorgeous deep embossing on the cardbase?
That comes from the Tree Rings Hybrid Embossing Folder that is part of the Ringed With Nature Bundle. I think this set was the first time I have used the embossing folder and I was surprised by the how pretty it is! The sentiment comes from the Ringed With Nature stamp set which has some cute images and sayings included. The Rings of Love DSP was a SaleABRation offering in 2022 which pairs with the bundle nicely! I also used a piece of the Cottage Gingham DSP on this set, too!

Card Details:

Stamps: Ringed With Nature
Ink: Night of Navy
Cardstock: Soft Suede, Night of Navy, Poppy Parade, Mint Macaron, Basic White, Rings of Love DSP (retired), Cottage Gingham DSP (retired)
Accessories: Stylish Shapes Dies, Tree Rings Hybrid EF, Oval Layering Framelits (retired), Country Wreaths Dies, Iridescent Rhinestones, Adhesive Sheets, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I absolutely love how these turned out and wanted something that could be used at any time of the year! Audrey called and asked for some cards so I am sure this pack will most likely be going in with her next order! I do think she will love them as much as me!

Today they were saying we were to have rain but so far nothing.
We are suppose to get into the 60's which I am thrilled about and I noticed our daylight is staying a bit longer in the evenings! Spring is coming!!

Ringed With Nature

 Hello & Happy Monday!
Happy August 1st, too!

I'm happy to say that my Sunday turned out to be a nice relaxing day after I got laundry put away and my checkbook straightened out! It started to rain right about supper time which I was happy to see as well because it cooled things down alittle. Once supper was over I sat to watch one of my favorite Hallmark Christmas movies, My Christmas Family Tree. I absolutely love that movie! While that was on I decided to get my blog ready for today so I did not have to rush home from the dentist to do it.

If your a follower of mine you know I talked about my card lady, Audrey, having her cancer return. I have decided to send her a few cards each week to lift her spirits and let her know that I am thinking & praying for her. The card I am sharing today is one I made for her using the Ringed With Nature bundle from the 2022 July-December Mini Catalog aka Holiday Catalog. The Ringed with Love DSP is a SaleABRation offering this time around.

This bundle has a variety of sayings & images that could be used for different occasions.
So far I have used the poinsettia flower and now the mushrooms!

Card Details:

Stamps: Ringed With Nature
Ink: Crumb Cake, Crushed Curry, Poppy Parade
Cardstock: Crushed Curry, Poppy Parade, Basic White, Rings of Love DSP (SAB 22)
Accessories: Stylish Shapes Dies, Square Layering Framelits (retired), Tailored Made Tags Dies, Crushed Curry Ribbon (retired), Soft Succulent In Color Jewels (retired), Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Audrey loved the card!
There is certainly more cards to come for her in the future as I have been making them for her. She is one who always showers people with cards whether it be family, friends or someone from church....she sends them! I am happy to be showering her with cards & lots of love as she fights her cancer in the coming days.

Ringed with Nature

 Hello & Happy Tuesday!

Shawn got Bailee to the Vet yesterday afternoon.
She has a bacterial infection and that is what is causing the licking, biting and scratching.
They swabbed the pads on her feet and that is how they diagnosed it.
She is on an antibiotic and also has a medicine to help with the itch.
Bailee has a return appointment to be rechecked in 2 weeks.
Let me tell you, she came home a happy dog, ate her supper, took her pills and crashed on the back of the couch the rest of the evening. I knew she was exhausted but did not think she was that tired. She was eating good and going potty but not sleeping well and just seemed a bit off. I'm just so glad he got her checked out! Let's hope now she is on the road to recovery!

My card that I am sharing today uses the Ringed With Nature stamp set from the 2022 July-December Mini Catalog. The Rings of Love DSP is a SaleABration offering this time around. Spend $50 and get the DSP free!

Card Details:

Stamps: Ringed With Nature, Christmas to Remember
Ink: Poppy Parade, Evening Evergreen, Petal Pink
Cardstock: Poppy Parade, Evening Evergreen, Petal Pink, Basic White, Rings of Love DSP
Accessories: Scalloped Contour Dies, Stitched Rectangle Framelits, Seasonal Layers Dies, Stylish Shapes Dies, Circle Layering Framelits, Tasteful Textile 3D EF (retired), Fine Sparkle Gems, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

The Rings Of Love DSP is a fabulous pack of paper that has some nice prints & patterns in it. I used it recently to make a card for my card lady which I will share once my Christmas in July series is over.
