Snickers Christmas Totes

Hello & Happy Saturday!

I'm updating really late today as I spent all day decorating for Christmas!
The tree is up and decorated as is the house.
I have not done the front porch yet. Hopefully one day this week I can get to it.

I have a cute Christmas treat to show that I made.

I had 2 bags of Christmas Snickers and so I made 15 totes.
My customers love these and I will say that these make a nice little sweet treat for the holidays!

Project Details:

Stamps: Bring on the Presents (retired), A Wish for Everything
Ink: Real Red, Versamark
Cardstock: Real Red, Call Me Clover, Whisper White, Call Me Clover DSP ( retired)
Accessories: All the Presents Thinlit Dies (retired), Circle Layering Framelits, Clear Embossing Powder, Heat Gun, Rhinestones, Cello Bags, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

My bow is stamped in Versamark then embossed with Clear Embossing Powder and diecut out.
I had a bunch of them already done up and thought they would look nice on these.
We'll see how they sell...

Be Jolly Gift Card

Hello & Happy Black Friday!

If you are out & about today doing any shopping please be safe!
I have not been out on Black Friday to shop in years and don't plan too today either.
Yesterday before we had dinner I started to work on putting my forest of ceramic Christmas trees out.
Phew, that is a job!

I have one last Christmas gift card holder to share.
This one uses the Christmas Gleaming stamp set.

I love the Copper Foil in the DSP.
I tried to emboss my ornament with Copper embossing powder but it did not turn out right.
My embossing powder is really old and most likely will have to get a new container.

Card Details:

Stamps: Christmas Gleaming, Perfectly Plaid
Ink:  Night of Navy
Cardstock: Night of Navy, Very Vanilla. Brightly Gleaming Specialty DSP
Accessories: Stitched Shapes Framelits, Oval Layering Framelits, Ornament Punch, Brightly Gleaming Stars. Copper Cord (retired), Circle Punch, Glue Dot, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Making these gift cards was so much fun!
I will most likely have to make more.
I have an order for decorated Gift Bags so I will be moving on to those soon!

Wrapped in Plaid Gift Card

Hello & Happy Wednesday!

Thanksgiving Eve has finally arrived!
Lots to do today here at the Aungst Pad!
I will definitely be making my Pumpkin Roll this morning then moving on to get the ingredients cut (celery & onions) and ready for the stuffing.
We usually make stuffing for the turkey and a few stuffing balls.
Shawn will take care of the turkey once he gets in from work later today.
By this time tomorrow my house will be smelling so good!
I am ready for the turkey with all the fixings!

Today I have another Gift Card Holder to share with you.
I was on a roll with making a handful of them on Monday and I will continue to share them.
This one uses the Wrapped in Plaid Specialty DSP and the Tree Punch...

I used a few things from my stash that are retired, the Gold Cord and the Gold Metallic Enamel Dots & Star. Those few embellishments are what make the Gold Foil Paper in the DSP pop!
I had some scraps of the DSP left after cutting what I needed for this Gift Card so I punched it with the Tree Punch from the Perfectly Plaid Bundle. I put all 3 on the Simply Score Board and scored them right down the middle. I gave them all a nice crease with the Bone Folder and glued them together and adhered it to my Stitched Circle.
This one just might be my favorite!

Card Details:

Stamps: Christmas Gleaming (front), Greatest Part of Christmas (inside)
Ink: Cherry Cobbler
Cardstock: Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White, Wrapped in Plaid Specialty DSP
Accessories: Tree Punch, Stitched Shapes Framelits, Circle Layering Framelits, Circle Punch,  Gold Cord (retired), Gold Metallic Enamel Dots & Star (retired), Mini Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

If you've not gotten any of the Wrapped in Plaid Speciatly DSP yet you seriously need too!
It's SO pretty and you can't go wrong with any plaid paper for Christmas!

Painted Season's Birthday

Good Morning & Happy Monday!

A short week ahead as Thanksgiving is on Thursday!
I'm looking forward to having turkey, watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and decorating for Christmas!
In the meantime, I do have a busy couple of days leading up to then!
I still have not made my pumpkin roll. I know I slacked all weekend.

Today I have a pretty birthday card to share that I made for a recent card order.
I pulled out some Painted Season's DSP from this year's SaleABration and a lovely set called Humming Along that I never did ink up except for this saying. This set was from the 2019 Occasion's Mini Catalog and retired in May.

I loved this paper along with the colors in it!
The sentiment was perfect!

Card Details:

Stamps: Humming Along (retired)
Ink: Poppy Parade
Cardstock: Poppy Parade, Whisper White, Painted Season's DSP (retired)
Accessories: Hummingbird Framelits (retired), Rhinestones, Poppy Parade Textured Ribbon, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I have a bunch of this DSP so you will probably be seeing me use this alot this coming winter as I am still working on using up my stash!

Snow Friends Gift Card

Hello & Happy Sunday!

Hope your all enjoying the weekend!
We woke up to snow and no power this morning.
It threw my day off since I wanted to shower, go out for breakfast then grab my groceries.
Couldn't shower, couldn't dry my hair and couldn't run my Keruig to make a cup of coffee.
So we just got dressed and ran out to get our turkey and groceries. It was still snowing when we left but till we got back the sun was shining brightly but it was cold & windy!
I believe now we are ready for Thanksgiving!

Today I have another cute gift card holder to share.
These are usually a good seller at this time of year so i'm working ahead to get them made.
This one uses the retired set called Snow Friends.

Card Details:

Stamps: Snow Place (retired), Itty Bitty Christmas
Ink: Memento Black, Real Red, Coastal Cabana, Early Espresso, Pumpkin Pie & Real Red Stampin Blends
Cardstock: Coastal Cabana, Whisper White, Let It Snow Specialty DSP
Accessories: Snow Friends Framelits, Classic Label Punch, Circle Punch. Glittered Enamel Dots, Real Red Twine (retired), Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I really should be in my stamp room stamping more of these gift cards this afternoon but I decided to sit and watch football and work on some laundry.
Tonight I am gonna catch a movie on the Hallmark Channel then off to bed!
Tomorrow will be a busy day!

Christmastime Is Here

Hello & Happy Saturday!

My girls are off to doggy day spa this morning!
They really need it!
I have lots of laundry to do and also going to make a Pumpkin Roll for Thanksgiving.
I decided to skip the Pumpkin Pie because no one really eats it but Kelsey & I.

Yesterday I got all my Christmas treats done!
I just need to sit and get everything priced now.
I also went thru my card rack and weeded things out and made sure all my Christmas cards had inside sayings in them. It was a busy day but i'm glad that's all done!

I have a small Gable Box to show today that I whipped up with some pretty Christmastime Is Here Specialty DSP. The Christmastime Is Here Suite is available only until the end of November.
I thought it was so pretty, I had to get it!

I wrapped DSP all the way around the box.
The sentiment I embossed with gold embossing powder.
The piece under the sentiment panel is diecut from the coordinating dies.
The shimmery ribbon & gold enamel dots are also part of the suite.

Project Details:

Stamps: Christmastime Is Here
Ink: Versamark
Cardstock: Whisper White, Gold Foil Paper, Christmastime Is Here Specialty DSP
Accessories: Shimmer Gable Box (retired), Heat Gun, Gold Embossing Powder, Roses Dies, Gold Shimmer Ribbon, Gold Glittered Enamel Dots, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Glue

The Shimmer Gable Boxes I picked up a few months ago from the Clearance Rack.
They are a nice size and will be just right for a bag of cookies for Christmas!

Anyways, you will be seeing more of this suite as we move closer to Christmas!
I love everything about these products!

Christmas Gleaming

Good Morning & Happy Friday!

The weekend is here, finally!
My girls go to Doggy Day Spa tomorrow morning then the car goes for inspection.
I will most likely try to get my Pumpkin Pie & Pumpkin Roll made while he is taking care of the car.
Busy, busy, busy!
Sometime I need to get out for groceries or we aren't having a turkey for Thanksgiving!
His work gave him a coupon for a free turkey! How bout that!?

I am still working on Christmas Treats but I am seeing light at the end of the tunnel!
Today I hope to finish up the last of it then get everything priced.

Today I have a Christmas Gift Card Holder to share.
This uses the Brightly Gleaming suite from the Stampin Up mini catalog!

At first this suite was not on my radar then I saw something that changed my mind.
It is a great set and comes with 2 coordinating ornament punches.
The Copper Foil star comes from the Brightly Gleaming Foil Elements and that pack is full of different diecut shapes! Worth every cent in my opinion!

Card Details:

Stamps: Christmas Gleaming
Ink: Pretty Peacock
Cardstock: Pretty Peacock, Very Vanilla, Brightly Gleaming Specialty DSP
Accessories: Stitched Shapes Framelits, Circle Layering Framelits, Brightly Gleaming Foil Elements, Noble Peacock Rhinestones, 1" Circle Punch, Mini Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

This was really easy to crank out so I will most likely use this style this year!
Decorating it was the hardest part! LOL

Greatest Part of Christmas

Hello & Happy Thursday!

I spent most of yesterday working on Christmas treats!
Today I have 2 more things to finish up then I need to move on to some non holiday cards.
I also need to get my Thanksgiving cards addressed and out in the mail.
It just seems some days are very productive and some aren't!

I have a set of Christmas cards to share today that I made a while back.
This set uses Kaisercraft patterned paper and a hostess set from Stampin Up called Greatest Part of Christmas.

I believe I picked this paper up at L&L Rubber Stamps on one of my trips there over the summer and i'm working hard to use up what's in my stash!
Isn't that sentiment pretty?! I love the font!

Card Details:

Stamps: Greatest Part of Christmas (hostess)
Ink: Always Artichoke (retired)
Cardstock: Thick Very Vanilla, Very Vanilla, Kaisercraft Paper
Accessories: Stitched Nested Dies, Rhinestones, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

They don't get any easier than this!

Blended Seasons

Hello & Happy Wednesday!

We are halfway thru the week! WooHoo!

Today I have a Christmas card to share that I made using last year's Stampin Up promotional set called Blended Seasons. I've not inked this set up too much when I first got it.
That is how I seem to roll most of the time! LOL

I inked up this pretty holly image with Black Memento ink and colored it in with Shaded Spruce and Cherry Cobbler Stampin Blends. Quick & easy!
I diecut it out with the Stitched Nested Dies.
My paper is from the Wrapped in Plaid DSP and I layered that with a piece of Gold Foil Paper.
Lastly I added 3 gold rhinestones from my stash.

Card Details:

Stamps: Blended Seasons (retired)
Ink: Memento Black, Stampin Blends
Cardstock: Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White, Gold Foil Paper, Wrapped in Plaid DSP
Accessories: Stitched Nested Dies, Gold Rhinestones, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Another Christmas card to add to my pile!
How you making out with getting your Christmas cards made?
