Gorgeously Made Thank You's

 Good Thursday Morning, Everyone!

Hope your day is off to a great start!
I am up way too early this morning because I couldn't sleep. By noon I will be ready for a nap! *sigh*  I have a full day of things to do then a grocery store run this evening so I doubt a nap will be included. It's going to be a bit of a warm one today here in PA. Thankfully, Shawn got all the air conditioners in last evening so we are now ready for the warmer weather! LOL
Today I have a set of cards to show you that I made yesterday with the Masterfully Made Suite that retired. It was out on my table since I wanted to try and put a dent into using up the DSP and create some more Thank You cards. This set is going to Audrey with her next order.

Card Details:

Stamps: Gorgeously Made (retired)
Ink: Berry Burst
Cardstock: Berry Burst, Bubble Bath, Vellum, Masterfully Made DSP (retired)
Accessories: Gorgeously Made Dies, Deckled Rectangle Dies, Adhesive Backed Sequins Trio, Mini Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I personally love the combination of colors especially the Berry Burst!
I don't think I really ever cared for it when it was an In Color several years ago but since Stampin Up! brought it back I really do like it!

So, I still do have lots of this DSP left so you may see more of it down the road.
This particular print is one of the prettiest in the pack. It pulls the Berry Burst, Bubble Bath, Pretty Peacock & White all together.

Thank You

 Hello & Happy Wednesday!

I survived my afternoon at the dentist yesterday!
Went in to get another tooth prepared for yet another crown. The office was running a bit behind but I know things happen. It just so happened to be my dentist birthday so I did not give him any grief about waiting and wished him a Happy Birthday. He said his kids baked him a cake. His kids are little and i'm sure it was the highlight of the day! So, my tooth is now fitted with a temporary crown and I will go back in a few weeks for the permanent crown. I had some discomfort once leaving the office but nothing that some Advil didn't take care of. We got home, ate and then took Bailee out for a walk before we got any rain.
This morning I was up early and got some orders placed for Stampin Up from customers then went back to bed once Shawn left for work. I must have been really tired because I did not get up until 10am! I think it's going to be a slow mode day! LOL
I do have a Thank You card to share that I made the other day using the Masterfully Made Suite that just retired yesterday. It's not one I have used much over the last year but I felt the need to pull it out and use it. I left it out on my stamp table to maybe do some more playing with it. Since I am always in need of Thank You cards and Audrey requests them quite a bit too, I thought i'd go in that direction and possibly build up my stash of Thank You cards.

Card Details:

Stamps:  Gorgeously Made
Ink: Lost Lagoon
Cardstock: Lemon Lime Twist, Lost Lagoon, Fresh Freesia, Masterfully Made DSP
Accessories: Gorgeously Made Dies, Lemon Lime Twist Ribbon, Irridescent Adhesive Backed Discs, Glue Dot, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

The Masterfully Made DSP is pretty flashy & colorful. I find it sometimes a bit hard to work with but none the less, it sure has some pretty colors in it! I will continue to play around with it while waiting on my Stampin Up order to arrive. I picked out a few things that I think would make some great cards and I always keep Audrey in mind and what she might like for cards. Right now she is hooked on the Zinnia suite of products and those bright, bold colors! She called me yesterday to order some stuff and specifically asked for more Zinnia's! LOL
I have a few more things on my table that I want to work on but will get to her card order next week.

Can you believe today is May 1st?!
Time is just flying by!

Gorgeously Made Tall Notepad

 Good Morning & Happy Fri-YAY!

The weekend is here and it's going to get hot & humid again.
With the smoke being so thick in the air my ac has been running and will continue to do so.

Today I have a fun project to share with you again using the Gorgeously Made Bundle.
Back when I use to do craft shows I made lots & lots of notepads whether they were composition books, notepads or spiral bound notebooks...I made many! They were my favorites! I was going thru a drawer in my stamp room the other day and found a bunch of notepads that were cut in half at either Staples or Office Max. I decided to get them out and make some fun projects with them. Today I took more of the Masterfully Made DSP and covered a Tall Notepad.

My pictures aren't the best.
I need to check my camera to see if I accidentally changed a setting because I have been known to do that!
I started with a piece of Berry Burst cardstock measuring 5 1/2 x 8 1/4.
Scored on the 5 1/2 side at 2 5/8 & 2 7/8.
Crease the score lines really well.
Next I used Pretty Peacock cardstock measuring 2 1/4 x 8.
My piece of DSP measured 2 x 7 3/4.
I decorated it with the Gorgeously Made Dies in Bubble Bath cardstock.
My sentiment panel was made with the Nested Essential Dies in Berry Burst & Basic White.
The Hello came from the same stamp set. I finished up this notepad with a Bubble Bath bow and some Flat Adhesive Backed Pearls. My pen is a RSVP pen which I enclosed a piece of Masterfully Made DSP into the barrel. It measures 3/4 x 3 1/4.

Project Details:

Stamps: Gorgeously Made
Ink: Berry Burst
Cardstock: Berry Burst, Pretty Peacock, Bubble Bath, Basic White, Masterfully Made DSP
Accessories: Gorgeously Made Dies, Nested Essentials Dies, Bubble Bath Ribbon, Flat Adhesive Backed Pearls, Glue Dots, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

That is all for me today!
Stay cool and i'll be back again tomorrow!

Freshly Made Sketches 591

 Hello & Happy Tuesday!

Saturday I came across my friend's blog that shared a card made using the Freshly Made Sketches layout and I had to give it a whirl! Thanks, Carol!

Here is the sketch...

Card Details:

Stamps: Gorgeously Made
Ink: Berry Burst
Cardstock: Berry Burst, Pretty Peacock, Bubble Bath, Masterfully Made DSP
Accessories: Gorgeously Made Dies, Adhesive Backed Sequins Trio, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

This is a new bundle of stamps, dies & paper which was on my Wish List since the new catty came out. The DSP is pretty busy but I love the colors in it.

I'm pretty sure I missed the deadline on getting my card uploaded to the FMS page.
It was still fun and pretty easy to create since I have a template in my stash for this design.

I also wanted to share that picture of Miss Bailee from her day at Doggy Day Spa.
She will be turning 12 in a few months and is just the sweetest little dog, ever!
