Peace, Joy & Love Card Set

Hello & Happy Tuesday!

Yep, my back is still in shambles today.
I keep hoping by the end of the week to feel better but I just don't know. Last time I hurt my back it took me 2-3 weeks to feel normal again. I'm walking with baby steps and one wrong move the pain grabs me and takes your breath away. I slept much better last night but getting out of bed it still a struggle. Going to try some Tylenol Arthritis and ice packs today. Obviously the heating pad feels good on it but not doing too much to heal it. Sigh...

So today I am sharing a pack of cards made for my customer. She ordered 7 packs of Christmas cards this year. I have 4 done so far. With this design I made 2 packs since I have a ton of this DSP in my stash.

I really like this simple card and thought about keeping them for myself this year but I already have enough Christmas cards made to send out. Besides my customer requested this paper since she seen it on the December calendar I made her last year! She usually likes just a plain "Merry Christmas" saying on her cards so I hope she likes that I used something different this year! I love how the Stitched Shapes Framelits dress up the sentiment panel! I use those things for almost everything anymore. They are always out on my table!

Peace, Joy & Love Card Set:

Stamps: Peace This Christmas
Ink: Cherry Cobbler, Garden Green
Cardstock: Thick Very Vanilla, Cherry Cobbler, Garden Green, Very Vanilla, This Christmas DSP
Accessories: Stitched Shapes Framelits, Oval Layering Framelits, Gold Metallic Enamel Dots, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Very pretty and i'm sure she will like them too!
Now off to finish off the last couple of packs for her.
Delivery day is this weekend and I just hope I can get this all wrapped up by then!

My thoughts today....

Only thing that is going to bring me any joy today is doing a bit of stamping!
No sledding for me although it looks like fun!

Coffee Cup Carrier

Hello & Happy Monday!

The start of another week! Hope you all had a nice weekend!

Today I am sharing one of the Coffee Cup Carriers I made for Christmas. I made quite a few of these and sent to the craft show. They were a huge hit for Easter & Halloween and i'm finding out now that they were a huge hit for Christmas too! I am working on more as they all sold for the first weekend on the show! This weekend is the last weekend of the craft show. My friend, Pam, who runs the craft show is closing her doors and going into retirement. I have been participating in her craft shows for 14 years and for the most part I have always done well there! While I am sad to see it end...I too am looking forward to having more time to enjoy the holidays! I'm always so rushed and I feel like I can never really enjoy it. Next year will be a whole new ballgame for me but like I told Pam....i'm ready!

So here is one of my Coffee Cup Carriers. I will share more as the month goes on....

Like I have said before, these carriers & cups are fun to make and quite easy too!

Peace, Love & Joy

Hello & Happy Tuesday!

I have been taking time to clear out all the leftover craft show stuff that I had boxed up in my storage room. Some things I kept but most of it went to the trash. It's time to let go of it. In between doing that I have had a few Christmas projects laying on my stamp table that just needed to be finished up so yesterday I got them done. This is one of those projects.

I used Peace This Christmas for the sentiment and an Impression Obsession Pine Bough die for my Pines. I have been looking into buying that die and on my last trip to L&L Stamps, I happily found it! This is the first card I made using it and i'm thrilled to say that it cuts so nice! It also goes great with this paper from Stampin Up's This Christmas Specialty Paper.

I am so happy with this card! Hope you like too!

My thoughts for today.....

Thankfully we are not having Taco Tuesday's at the Aungst Pad tonight!
Baked spaghetti is what is on the menu!

Well, that's all I have for today!
I'm hoping now that all my chores are done that today will be a crafty day! I have a bunch of new goodies waiting on my stamp table to get inked up and made into yummy goodness!
Let the fun begin!

Thanks for stopping by & have a terrific Tuesday, my friends!
