You're the Best!!

Hello & Happy Saturday!

It's a sunny morning here in PA but I don't think it will last as they are calling for some rain to come thru later today bringing with it a cold front. Lots of things on the agenda today and hopefully one thing will be a bike ride.

I wanted to share a card I made for my hubby the other day.
He is my biggest fan and truthfully, I hardly ever make him cards, except for his birthday.
He does so much for me and I wanted him to know how much he is loved and VERY much appreciated.

Since I had the Watercolor Words set already out on my desk I decided to ink it up again. Sadly, this set is retiring and i've barely used it in the few months i've had it. It's one of those sets that will remain in my collection for along time (along with 1000 other stamp sets!).

Card Details:

Stamps: Watercolor Words, Work of Art (inside saying "you")
Ink: Real Red, Basic Black
Cardstock: Real Red, Basic Black, Whisper White
Acccessories: Basic Black Taffeta Ribbon, Glue Dot, Real Red Enamel Heart, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

The bow was in my stash and for some reason I felt I needed to use it. In all honesty though, I think I could have done with out it! Oh well, still was a cute card and I think he liked it!

My thoughts today...

That is all for now!
Thanks for stopping by & have yourself a wonderful Saturday!

Shawn will think you are the sweetest! I have a hard time parting with any sets. This one is definitely a keeper. We have dense fog this morning, so we are working on indoor chores. Hope to see sun soon. Have a great ride, my friend!

I'm sure the hubs loved this card, and because it was unexpected, I'm sure it meant that much more to him! Love that tiny little red heart on the front along with the big one :) Hope you have a great bike ride - the sun is shining away here today! Have a great weekend too!
