Cancer Cards

Hello & Happy Saturday!

Yesterday was a busy but successful day around the Aungst Pad.
The power washing is done and looks great too! I ran to the store and picked up some flowers and got those planted in pots on my back porch. Today I have a few errands to run then hopefully we can get some tree branches and such burned. We have a huge pile that has been waiting for the right weather to burn them. Our weather has changed drastically in the last 12 hours! It's much more comfortable outside (almost a bit nippy) and cloudy this morning. The AC is now off. It has ran for the last 3 days straight.

Anyways, my cards to share today are by customer request. She knows 2 priests that have been diagnosed with Cancer and are currently receiving treatment....

I kept these very simple but did use a few layers. Nothing fancy! In the center of the ribbons I added a small white pearl.

 Cancer Cards:

Stamps: Hope
Ink: Elegant Eggplant
Cardstock: Thick Whisper White, Elegant Eggplant, Whisper White
Accessories: Small White Pearls, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

My thoughts today......

Thanks for stopping by & have yourself a great day!

These would look nice done in pink too for breast cancer! It sure is much cooler today! I should use that for an open the windows and clean the oven day that I've been putting off! It's self cleaning an not hard to do just very smelly! Have a great weekend!

These cards are serene and just beautiful with the rich purple colors! They're sure to bring comfort! So glad you got everything done yesterday. We waited patiently in that dreadful heat for someone to come out and repair our unit, and he got here to fix it right around 8 PM. The house finally cooled off and we got a good night's sleep only to awaken this morning to turn it off again because of the drastic temperature change! Murphy's law?! LOL TOnight we ran an errand and turned the car heater on to get warm! LOL It's nuts weatherwise!!
