Beautiful Day

Hello & Happy Sunday!

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend!

Today I am sharing a card set that I made for an order.
By now you know my customer sends ALOT of cards! She is 86 years young!
I say "young" because she has more of a social life than I do!
She does so much for her church & her family.....she is just a beam of sunshine all the time!
That is why I am always happy to make her whatever she needs!

These cards were SO much fun to make and actually came together pretty quickly!
My Bermuda Bay cardstock looks a bit washed out. My camera tends to get wonky sometimes with the colors. My pretty butterfly is embossed on Bermuda Bay cardstock with Clear Embossing Powder. The spots on each side of it are just stamped with Versamark. I wanted more of a waterprint look with the spots because I wanted that butterfly to really stand out. I hope I succeeded!

Card Set Details:

Stamps: Beautiful Day
Ink: Versamark, Calypso Coral
Cardstock: Bermuda Bay, Calypso Coral, Whisper White, Bubbles & Fizz DSP (SAB)
Accessories: Clear EP., Heat Gun, Oval Layering Framelits, Rhinestones, Mini Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I think the colors in this DSP just make me smile!
Good thing I got more than 1 package of it!

**********************************************
My thoughts today....

That's all for now!
Thanks for stopping by & have a wonderful day!
~Wendy

These are beautiful Wendy, and the Bermuda Bay is one of the prettiest blue/green colors ever! Love the versamark stamping and butterfly image with just a 2 strips of pretty paper to make it all work together! Great job on another set :) Have a great Sunday :)

Bermuda Bay was the color of choice for everything I made for my son and DIL's wedding. They had a beach theme. Great use of that Versamark technique. Love the little touches of designer paper that you used.

You succeeded! That butterfly pops and looks amazing in this color! So pretty! Been ages since I used my Versamark pad. Need to remember to dig it out might even have to freshin it up a bit with some reinker!
