Hello & Happy Sunday!
How many people made a card yesterday for World Card Making Day??
I sat and stamped all day but never got around to doing a blog update. Sad I know!
I made birthday cards and covered a slew of little composition books for Christmas. The house was quiet as no one was home but Gigi, Bailee and I. It has also been dreary & raining which makes for a good craft day!
Here is one of the cards I made yesterday....
I went thru my Fall/Thanksgiving stamps to find this gorgeous stamp called, Magnificent Maple. I decided to ink it up to make a Fall Birthday card. I also used up some retired dsp called Sweater Weather. On my last SU order I needed to get some Metallic Foil Dollies so I cut the large gold ones in half and placed under my leaf panel. After I took my photo of the card I decided to add a Crushed Curry Taffeta bow on the doily. I really liked it! My card is nice & flat for easy mailing!
Magnificent Maple Card:
Stamps: Magnificent Maple, Rose Wonder (sentiment)
Ink: Crushed Curry, Chocolate Chip
Cardstock: Crushed Curry, Chocolate Chip, Very Vanilla, Sweater Weather DSP
Accessories: Metallic Gold Foil Doilies, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue
I will share my little composition books once it gets closer to Christmas which by the way, will be here before we know it!

My thoughts today....
I need a coffee cup that looks like this!
I have a Christmas mug that I used every single day that a stamp friend gifted me a few years ago! I love it because it holds alot of coffee! LOL
That's all I have for today!
Thanks for stopping by & have a wonderful day!

I made a card and never posted either. LOL! Great card, Wendy. Maybe today I can get it together.
I have this stamp sitting on my counter, just waiting to be used! I would not consider your day a flop at all! Now my day....I just cleaned! NO stamping at all! Today either! I think I will remedy that soon! Your card is lovely, the bright fall colors with the gold is just delightful!
I stamped, but have no light box and Mother Nature was hiding the sun in this dreary weather so I have no photos to share! I love that gold foil doily beneath that pretty autumn leaf, and he dsp is a great way to bring in autumn! As for me, I'll take a cuppa that yummy stuff too :)
Oh Wendy, I love this card! Every this time of year I need two masculine birthday cards to send to a special men in my life and this will be perfect! I can't wait to see your Christmas composition books!
