Thoughts & Prayers

Hello & Happy Wednesday!

I am done painting!
I am beat but atleast it's done and it looks great!
I'd really like to do my whole house but not sure I have it in me.
Oh to be 20 again! I could run circles back then...painting, gardening, yard work, house work and taking care of kids.....NOT ANYMORE! I hurt from top to bottom!

Today as I try to take it easy I have a card to share that was made for a friend.
She's been having some medical issues and I wanted her to know she is in my thoughts & prayers.
So, I pulled out a stamp set called Thoughts & Prayers which sadly is another one of those fabulous sets that is retiring soon and created this for her.

Card Details:

Stamps: Thoughts & Prayers
Ink: Sweet Sugarplum
Cardstock: Sweet Sugarplum, Very Vanilla, Falling for You DSP
Accessories: Oval Layering Framelits, So Detailed Thinlits, Ityy Bitty Butterfly Punch, Very Vanilla 1/8 Taffeta Ribbon, Rhinestones, Glue Dots, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I recently snagged this SO Detailed Die off the Clearance Rack and WOW I gotta say that this die is so nice and cuts like butter! It also adds so much to a card, too!

My thoughts today....

So very true!

That's all for now!
Thanks for stopping by & have an amazing day!
Going to be in the mid 80's here! WooHoo!

This card is just stunning and oh so beautiful, and it made my day when I received it. Thanks for thinking of me Wendy - it's moments like this that make life sweet :) Great steal on that clearance rack die - it just made the card all that more special! Thanks :) I hear you on the used-to-be-energy we both had! We need to paint this house so badly, but now I know I'm going to have to pay someone else to do that for us eventually. I can paint halfway up the walls as I'm sitting, but beyond that - I got nuttin'! LOL I'm so glad you were able to finish yours, and now you deserve a nice, long restful day to enjoy this gorgeous weather! Tis beautiful!

This is so soft and lovely. It is nice to see you brightened Carol's day. Such a pretty die find, also! The bottom pic of the Sweet Peas takes me back to my childhood. There was a huge arbor of them on the side of the house I grew up in. When the window was open, all you could hear were bees buzzing. Happy memory.
