Free 4 All Challenge #74

Hello & Happy Friday!

Yipppeeee, it's once again Friday but boy is it a sorcher outside with no end in sight for the mid west. I know the east coast is baking too but atleast they have a cold front on the way to give them a few days of relief. Sure wish we'd get a week's worth of rain and some cooler temps but not happenin!
Anyways, today is the Free 4 All Challenge over at SCS. Our hostess, Wendy, challenged us to do things by Two's! Something on our card/project has to be in two!
I dug out another old, dusty stamp set today called Bud Basics. It's set #90 in my quest to see that all my sets see ink and this one use to be one of my favorite sets!
I need a birthday card for my oldest daughter for next week and since it takes about 4-5 days to mail something back to PA I thought i'd better get on this! My daughter will be 27 next Thursday so this is the card I made her....

So what do you think?? I like it!! :)

Free4All Challenge #74:

Stamps: Bud Basics (set #90), Sentiment from SU (new hostess set)
Ink: Cherry Cobbler, Wild Wasabi, Memento Black
Cardstock: Kraft/Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler, PTI White
Accessories: Kaiser White Pearls, Pearl Brads, Ribbon from stash, Stamp A Ma Jig, Scor Tape

Lookie at what else came today.....

Kelsey's Diploma finally arrived from the University of Missouri!!!
Now it's time for a job atleast till we can get back home for her to go to school there!

Well, that's all for me today!
Thanks for stopping by & have a great Friday, friends!
~Wendy

WTG Kelsey! You made it, so congrats for hanging in there!!
Your card just rocks Wendy! I love kraft and need to get some more....I'm down to my very last sheet again :)
It is so hot outside, I could feel the afternoon sun burning my skin right through the window today, so I had to close the blinds and keep it dark in here. I'm so thankful I don't have to go outside in this dreadful heat! We could use some rain, but so could a lot of other folks, so I'll try not to complain :)
Have a great weekend!
