Season of Blessings

Hello & Happy Tuesday!

A much colder day is on tap!
We had rain over night and most of it has moved east now but it's really windy and the temps are dropping. If you need to head out today make sure you bundle up!
Burrrrrr!

A few weeks ago I picked up 2 neck pumpkins at an amish stand. Can't beat 2 for $1.00!
Today or tomorrow I may cut them up and bake them in the oven to help heat up the house.
Once they are done I cut the skins off and put in an old metal strainer to drain the water off.
That usually takes a day or so. Then I measure it out for either pumpkin pies or pumpkin rolls and freeze until needed. I will soon be baking for Thanksgiving!

Speaking of Thanksgiving, I have one last card to share that we made at my last Stamp Day w Friends event.

Everything on this card is retired except for that pretty shimmery ribbon!
We used alot of it on this card as I was going for a look of a package.
My papers are from last year's Country Lane DSP.
Aren't they pretty?

Card Details:

Stamps: Harvest Home (retired)
Ink: Blackberry Bliss
Cardstock: Blackberry Bliss, Mint Macaron, Whisper White, Country Lane DSP (retired)
Accessories: Stitched Rectangle Framelits, 1/4 Mint Macaron Shimmer Ribbon, Glue Dots, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

This card was another favorite of mine since I love that paper print!
My sentiment is from the old set, Harvest Home.
I think the sentiment says it all!

My thoughts today...

That is all for me today!

I'm headed to my stamp room to work on Christmas treats now that I got my candies!
Gigi & Bailee love being down there!
I might have to throw a log in the fireplace and turn on some Christmas music!
The best way to spend a cold, windy day!

Thanks for stopping by & have a great day!

Yay!!! This is beautiful and I am soooo jealous of your stamping day in the basement with the fireplace and maybe some Hot Chocolate. I am coming to stamp with you again soon!!!! Throw another log on the fire and keep warm!

The colors on this card look sensational together! I love the papers with the perfect design for Thanksgiving, and the sentiment is wonderful too! This is a true beauty, all wrapped up with pretty ribbon too!
