Hello & Happy Friday!
So glad the weekend is upon us!
We have a busy schedule the next few days but most of all this is my very last weekend to get things finalized for my show! Kelsey is coming over today and staying for the next week or so. I'm excited to spend some time with her as we have many things on our "to do list" before Thanksgiving. One day we will be making Clear Toy Pops for the shows and another day we will be in the kitchen baking Pumpkin Rolls & Pumpkin Pies for our Thanksgiving Day! And sometime in the mix we are heading out to do some shopping as long as she feels up to it. Recently she has gone thru a battery of testing for Lupus, Lymes Disease & Thyroid to rule all those problems out and has been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. She has started on meds and seems to be doing pretty good. She is scheduled to go back to work this week after being off 2 months. It's been tough but i'm glad to see her pushing thru and getting back to some sort of normal.
Today I am sharing another yummy treat I whipped up. I recently found the York Peppermint Patties at the grocery store and purchased 3 bags. Since they are not in the rounded wrappers anymore I wasn't sure what to do with them but I am a huge Peppermint Patty person. Love them! This is what I did with them and I did not want to cover the pretty wrappers on them.
I'm sorry for the really bright pictures. I probably should not have took the pictures in the lightbox. The lights are very bright!
I put 3 peppermint patties in a cello bag and made a topper for them with some patterned paper that I picked up at JoAnn's. The sentiments is from Hero Arts and I added a Jolee's stickers to them for a bit of sparkle. I think these will sell pretty fast!
What do you think?
That's all for me today!
My craft table is waiting!
Thanks for stopping by & have a terrific weekend!

Hi Wendy,
I have a question? I do craft shows in Tennessee and wonder how much you charge for your York Peppermint Patty's and other candy items?
Love all the items you make!
Happy Thanksgiving!
