Tuesday Morning Sketches

Hello & Happy Saturday!

A fun day is ahead.....it's the Ghost Train this evening!
I'm looking forward to something different!

Before the day gets away from me I wanted to share my card made for the Tuesday Morning Sketches Challenge. Halloween is only 3 days away but I am ready to start with some Christmas cards and I used this weeks sketch for it.

I pulled out old stuff for my card.
The stamp set, Reason For The Season, will stay in my collection for a very long time! Love the images & sentiments.

A Very Merry Christmas Card:

Stamps: Reason For The Season
Ink: Real Red, Old Olive, Basic Black Archival
Cardstock: Real Red, Old Olive, Whisper White, Merry Moments
Accessories: Festive Flower Builder Punch, Gold Metallic Enamel Dots, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Stop by the Tuesday Morning Sketches and check them out!
They have some fantastic sketches to play along with each week!

My thoughts today....

A firepit with friends looks like fun but not this weekend!
We have some pretty gusty winds out there now and they are to get worse as we are going to get slammed with a cold front tonight and a nor'easter with lots of rain this weekend.
Summer has officially ended here this past week with a couple mornings of frost on the grass.
Next weekend is time to change the clocks already. Sigh!

Well, that is all from me for today!
Thanks for stopping by & have yourself a fabulous weekend!
I'll let you know tomorrow how our Ghost Train Ride goes tonight!

My jaw drops every single time you use this poinsettia on a card and today is no exception! It's a stunning creation and I absolutely love the way you put this together! Thanks for using our Tuesday Morning Sketch to create your card, and I do hope that ghost train ride is fun and not too scary!
I got the storm windows in the front door today, brought the last of the porch chairs and furniture in and set the central air to "OFF." I'm ready for the weather change now :)

I am ready for Halloween to be over, and for the land of Poinsettias to bloom! This is truly exquisite, Wendy! The flower just pops right off the card! Groceries are done this morning, so let the rain do it's thing. Sounds like you had a fun train ride.
