Thank You Cards

Hello & Happy Fri-YAY!!

Hope your day is off to a great start!

Today I have a set of Thank You cards to share that I made for my card lady.
She wanted a pack of Thank You and this is what I made for her...

Card Details:

Stamps: Something Fancy
Ink: Fresh Freesia
Cardstock: Fresh Freesia, Petal Pink, Basic White, Dandy Designs DSP (SAB 23)
Accessories: Stylish Shapes Dies, Circle Layering Framelits, Timeworn Type 3D EF, Rhinestones, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I love how these turned out and those pretty colors are great for spring or summer!
My strips of DSP measure 1 X 4 1/4 and this layout displays off each of those pretty papers beautifully!
I added a bit of texture by using the Timeworn Type 3D EF under them on the Basic White panel.
Lastly, I added some sparkle with using some clear Rhinestones.
When it comes to making cards for her I am always looking for a great sketch and one that allows me to showcase our pretty papers. This one works great for just that!

Country Bouquet Card Set

Good Morning & Happy Thursday, Everyone!

1 more day till the weekend!
It's a rainy day here which it seems like we've been getting alot of lately but it's better than snow & ice! I wanted to head to my stamp table but since my hands are bothering me I think I will find something else to do. There's always laundry, right?!

Today I am sharing another set of cards that were made for Audrey.
She requested something Valentine related but without a sentiment.
I pulled out the Country Bouquet Suite and got to work.

I apologize for the horrible pictures. It was a cloudy day that I took these which that does not matter since I am in the basement but my camera does not like the white cardbased cards. I tried my best to lighten them up without washing them out.

Card Details:

Stamps: Country Bouquet
Ink: Mint Macaron, Balmy Blue
Cardstock: Mint Macaron, Basic White, Country Floral Lane DSP
Accessories: Seasonal Labels Dies, Stylish Shapes Dies, Mint Macaron Ribbon (retired), Glue Dots, Waves Rhinestones (retired), Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Audrey sends hand written notes out to many people each month so I wanted to give her something with hearts on for Valentines Day and I do love the floral heart stamp in the set which was perfect for this kind of card.

Anniversary Set

 Hello & Happy Tuesday!

A rainy day is on tap and my back is aching from doing my house work yesterday so I am gonna take it easy! What do you like to do on a rainy day?

I have a set of Anniversary Cards to share today that was part of Audrey's card order.
Speaking of Audrey, she called me yesterday to tell me she loved all the cards especially the baby cards! I figured eventually she would call me. Anyways, she requested a pack of Anniversary and this is what I made for her...

Card Details:

Stamps: All Year Cheer 3 (retired)
Ink: Calypso Coral
Cardstock: Petal Pink, Favored Flowers DSP (SAB 23)
Accessories: Tailor Made Tags Dies, Petal Pink Satin Ribbon (retired), Rhinestones (non SU), Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Audrey loves all things flowers so I try to stick to them when making cards for her.
I wasn't too sure on this new pack of Favored Flowers DSP that is a SaleABRation offering this time around. I like this particular print and thought they would make pretty cards for her. I wanted to use the lightest colored cardstock to keep them from being dark looking. She loved them!

Forever Fern HB Set

Hello & Happy Sunday!

Hope your having a nice weekend and staying warm!
We had a nice day yesterday! Went to the stamp store for some supplies, dropped off Audrey's card order on her front porch, visited with our friends, Deb & Ed (since we were sick at Christmas and weren't able to get together to exchange gifts) then we stopped at the restaurant for a quick lunch. After that we were both pooped and thought about grabbing a nap but instead I went to my stamp room and had some me time! I was there for about 4 1/2 hours just playing and having fun! I will share that project with you later this week!

Today I have that 2nd pack of birthday cards to share that I made using the Forever Greenery Suite. This set is on my card rack for now...

Card Details:

Stamps: Forever Fern, Go To Greetings
Ink: Garden Green
Cardstock: Garden Green, Basic White, Forever Greenery DSP
Accessories: Stitched Rectangle Framelits, Noble Peacock Rhinestones (retired), Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I think this set would work well for a man or a woman and i'm sure down the road Audrey will request another pack like that. I'm ready for it!

Forever Greenery HB Set

 Hello & Happy Saturday, Everyone!

Do you have any fun plans for today?
We are headed out early this morning to deliver Audrey's card order and then go to L&L Stamps! I am in major need for envelopes & Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue! I have maybe 20 envelopes left after I finished up this recent card order. Not sure what we will do after that but it's to be a cold & windy day with temps in the mid 30's! Burrr! No matter what you do, bundle up if your heading out!

As I said I have been working on a card order for Audrey the last few days.
I am sharing one set of birthday cards that she requested that could be used for a man or a woman. I pulled out my Forever Fern stamp set and it's retired Forevery Greenery DSP and got to work. She likes when I use leaves or greenery for this type of card.

I love how these turned out and think Audrey will too!

Card Details:

Stamps: Forever Fern, Big on Birthdays (retired)
Ink: Pretty Peacock (retired), Pear Pizzazz, Old Olive
Cardstock: Pretty Peacock (retired), Pear Pizzazz, Basic White, Gold Laser Cut Specialty Paper (retired), Forever Greenery DSP (retired)
Accessories: Forever Flourishing Dies, Stitched Rectangle Framelits, Gold Swirls (retired), Greenery EF (retired), Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I kept these flat so postage would not cost her more especially since mailing stuff these days is costing more.
I have loved this suite of products since it came out in 2020. I'm happy that I only have 2 full sheets of this DSP left and some scraps! Tomorrow I will share another pack of cards that I made with this same pack of Forever Greenery DSP. Hope you will come back to see!

November & December

 Good Morning & Happy Fri-YAY!

Today I am sharing the last 2 calendars that I made for my clear picture frames.
I have been making these for about 12 years and as much as I like making them, they are alot of work. Here are my November & December pages....

November

Stamps: Hello Harvest (retired)
Ink: Cajun Craze, Mossy Meadow
Cardstock: Cajun Craze, Mossy Meadow, Basic White, Rustic Harvest DSP (retired)
Accessories: Rustic Pumpkin Dies, Stylish Shapes Dies, Champagne Rhinestones, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

December

Stamps: Hope & Peace (retired)
Ink: Pacific Point
Cardstock: Pacific Point, Basic White, Celebrate Everything DSP (retired Hostess)
Accessories: Oval Layering Framelits, Waves Rhinestones (retired), Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Hope you enjoyed seeing my 2023 calendars!
I used a 4 x 6 clear acrylic picture frame and get my calendars from Taylored Expressions.
I usually print out my calendars on Basic White cardstock but this year I found the tear off calendars at L&L Stamps in Ephrata, PA. so I just used them instead.
It makes things go a bit faster!
