I just got in from my dentist appointment and I got my new crown! 

Still feels a bit odd but she said I would get use to that in a day or so.

I don't go back now until August.

Today I have a set of July 4th cards to share!

I started these cards one day last week and finally got them assembled and addressed yesterday! Talk about cutting it close!

Congratulations!

 Good Morning & Happy Tuesday!

I hope your week is off to a great start!

Yesterday I had to go have my yearly mammogram done and stop at CVS to pick up my prescription on the way home. Glad it's done. The weather got so nice once the rain moved away yesterday! I loved sleeping last night with the windows open and the ac turned off! My favorite kind of weather!!!

Today I have a quick card to share with you!

Recently I made an Engagement card for my card lady's order. 

At the same time I made an extra one using the same pack of DSP but a different print. 

Have you noticed that I am still using my Tasteful Textile 3D EF?

It retired last month but it is my all time favorite embossing folder hands down!

I don't know that I will ever stop using it, plus I have 2!

I love the added texture it gives a card without being overbearing.

And that DSP....isn't it pretty?! And those little heart shaped flowers!? Adorable!

Bottled Happiness

 Hello & Happy Sunday!

I hope your all staying cool this weekend!

It's a hot one here in PA and it's days like this that I miss our pool that we had at our old house. We have plenty of yard space here but decided no more pools for us. They require too much care & upkeep....plus money!

Today I have a set of cards I made last week using the Bottled Happiness stamp set.

I was just playing around with these and did not add a saying.

I'll add one later when one is needed.

I love these fun, bright colors that work so well for a set of summer time cards!

Sweet Sorbet & Parakeet Party are 2 of the 5 new In Colors.

Hippest Hippo's

The muggy weather is back and the chance for severe thunderstorms today!

I will be hanging out in my stamp room as I have a few things I need to get working on.

Engagement Card

 Good Morning & Happy Monday!

It's a cool, crisp morning here especially for June standards!

I won't be complaining because as the approach of the start of summer comes this week, it's going to feel like summer. I'm not a fan of the heat & humidity or running the ac. The weekend weather was so nice and no need to run heat or ac! 

Today I have a quick card to share that I made by request of my card lady.

She needed an Engagement card so this is what I whipped up for her.

Accessories: Circle Layering Framelits, Tasteful Textile 3D EF, Fresh Freesia In Color Jewels (retired), Fresh Freesia Ribbon, Glue Dots, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I used the Butterfly Kisses DSP and when my card was done I realized the flowers are actually hearts! I would say that was perfect for an Engagement card!

My card lady raved over it! We delivered her card order last week and she was walking with a cane. Come to find out that she had surgery the day before to have a biopsy on her leg. At 91 years old her Melanoma cancer has come back. I've become very close with her over the last several years so that news hit me a little hard. She has a return appointment this week so we hope to know more then. Please keep my card lady, Audrey, in your thoughts & prayers.

I have a busy day ahead and really hope to get out for a quick bike ride this evening before the heat & humidity comes. It's been a few weeks!
