Season's Greetings

 Hello & Happy Friday!!!

Today I am sharing another treat box that I made using the Ornate Layers Dies and a retired bundle called Tags Tags Tags!

I seen these made by Marisa Alvarez and had to try them!
ETA: Here is the You Tube link for the video tutorial.
I filled them with 2 Milk Chocolate/Caramel Ghiradelli Snowmen.

Project Details:

Stamps: Tags Tags Tags (retired)
Ink: Misty Moonlight
Cardstock: Misty Moonlight, Basic White, Silver Foil Paper, Trimming the Town DSP (retired)
Accessories: Ornate Layers Dies, Pierced Blooms Dies, Trio of Tags Dies (retired) White Glittered Ribbon, Rhinestones, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I forgot to take pictures with the candy in before they were delivered to my card lady. If any come back I will do that and post it here.
These were pretty fun to create and the Ghiradelli Snowmen were the perfect fit for them! I loved them! And they make for a nice stocking stuffer, too!

A Halloween Hello

 Hello & Happy Sunday!

Hope your having a wonderful Fall weekend!

What a day yesterday!
I was up from 4:45am till 9:30pm!
We had Doggy Day Spa in the morning then right after was my World Card Making Day with my Stamp Day w Friends!
The weather was gorgeous and it was the perfect day for hanging with my friends for the afternoon! We made 5 Halloween cards!

This one was so fun to put together!
I started with a Pumpkin Pie cardbase then a layer of Basic White that I ran thru the Big Shot with the Cobwebs EF from last year. Next was a layer of Basic Black cardstock which we layered with a piece of Basic White cardstock that we put our scrap pieces of DSP on.
Next we stamped the sentiment from the retired Tags Tags Tags stamp set with Basic Black Archival ink and diecut them out with the retired Trio of Tags Dies. Then we added our Black & White Gingham bow to the tag.
Next we stamped our Mummy from the retired Halloween Cookie stamp set with Basic Black Archival ink (retired, too) on Smoky Slate cardstock. We punched him out using the retired Cookie Builder Punch.
Lastly, of course we had to add some rhinestones for bling!
Emily loves the rhinestones or sparkles as she calls them!
Card #1 is done...

Card Details:

Stamps: Cookie Cutter Halloween (retired), Tags Tags Tags (retired)
Ink: Basic Black Archival (retired)
Cardstock: Pumpkin Pie, Basic White, Basic Black, Smoky Slate, Halloween Night DSP (retired)
Accessories: Cobwebs 3D EF (retired), Trio of Tag Dies (retired), Cookie Cutter Builder Punch (retired), Black & White Gingham Ribbon, Rhinestones, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

We had a good time on World Card Making Day!
After we were finished the girls were on their way home and we picked Kelsey up and did some shopping & grabbed supper on the way home.
It was a fabulous day but man was I ever beat!
I don't even remember my head hitting the pillow last night!

A Halloween Hello!

 Good Morning & Happy Wednesday!

I've got a cute set of Halloween cards to share today!
I made these for my card lady whom first said she did not want any Halloween cards this year!
When she called me last week and I asked if she wanted any she said no.
Then proceeded to say she did not want any for Thanksgiving or Valentines Day either.
I was dumbfounded and just wondered why? I still really do not know why!
Then a day or 2 later she called and asked for some.
I am pretty confused but happy that she decided to order some to send out!
I know 2020 has been a pretty odd, crazy and werid year but there are somethings that we can keep on doing to make things a bit more normal and sending cards out to friends & family is one thing I highly suggest! Thru this upside down year I have sat and made lots of cards to send out to my friends just to try and keep things on the normal side!

So this pack is for my card lady!
I told her I would keep them bright & happy which I think I successfully accomplished!

I love everything about this set of cards!
The colors, the paper, the stamped images & the embossed panel!
I surely hope my card lady will love them just as much as I do!
The pumpkin comes from the Everyday Essential stamp set from the 2020 August-December Mini Catalog! His bright smiling face just makes me smile!
The sentiment comes from a carried over set called Tags Tags Tags!
It debuted last year in the 2019 Holiday Mini Catalog.
The paper is from the Plaid Tidings DSP that is new this year and I have to say that it is the BEST paper pack they ever had! Full of many different plaid papers for any occasion! I have ordered 3 packs of it so far and plan to use it for many holiday cards then for Valentines Day! It's so pretty!

Card Details:

Stamps: Everything Essential, Tags Tags Tags
Ink: Memento Black, Pumpkin Pie, Pumpkin Pie Stampin Blends
Cardstock: Thick Whisper White, Pumpkin Pie, Basic Black, Whisper White, Plaid Tidings DSP
Accessories: Cobwebs 3D EF, Trio of Tags Die, Stitched Shapes Framelits, Square Layering Framelits, Black Glittered Organdy Ribbon, Rhinestones, Glue Dots, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Halloween cards do not have to be dark & dreary!
I'm a huge fan of Halloween and sometimes I love the cutesy side, too!

A Halloween Hello!

Hello & Happy Thursday!

Today is the last 90 degree day we are to have for the next 7 days!
It'd be nice if it was the last one of the season! LOL
Hopefully I can give my ac a bit of a break.

Today I have a cute Halloween card to share!
This is a sneak peek of a cute set from the August - December Mini Catalog called Everything Essential. Everything Essential is a bundle with a matching punch but here I did not use the punch.

I also paired it with a set that is a returning favorite in the Annual Catalog called Tags Tags Tags!
The fun design was created with the piece of Plaid Tidings DSP that was left over from another Halloween project I made.
The Pumpkin Pie panel was run thru the Big Shot with the Tasteful Textile EF.
I love this embossing folder and have used it so much!
The Black Glittered Organdy Ribbon is also carried over from last year.
I think it's perfect for any Halloween project!

Card Details:

Stamps: Everything Essential, Tags Tags Tags
Ink: Memento Black, Pumpkin Pie, Pumpkin Pie Stampin Blends
Cardstock: Thick Whisper White, Pumpkin Pie, Basic Black, Whisper White, Plaid Tidings DSP
Accessories: Stitched Shapes Framelits, Square Layering Framelits, Trio of Tags Dies, Tasteful Textile 3D EF, Black Glittered Organdy Ribbon, Rhinestones, Glue Dots, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

The Everything Essential Bundle has Halloween, Christmas & Valentines Day covered!
It's worth every cent!
