Stamp Day w/ Friends Card # 1

 Hello & Happy Sunday, Everyone!

I hope your enjoying a relaxing Fall weekend!

Today I am sharing card #1 from yesterday's Stamp Day w/ Friends get together.

This year Stampin Up! gave us this beautiful Autumn Leaves stamp set with coordinating dies and a very pretty pack of 6x6 All About Autumn DSP. This paper has been a hot commodity and hard to keep in stock. After several backorder issues they have finally retired it so I hope you were able to snag a pack of it! It is the most pretty paper with Fall scenes & a copper foil print on the opposite side. At my Stamp Day we used a few different pieces of this paper and here is the first card we made...

We first started out with our Pretty Peacock cardbase and we used the Abundant Beauty Decorative Masks on. I used the leaf mask and we used a Blending Brush to swirl on Pretty Peacock ink. I was never a fan of using masks but over the years I have come to love using them simply because they add some much texture to a card. Once we did that first step we started to put our cards together. Then we stamped our leaves with Mossy Meadow & Pretty Peacock on our Deckled Rectangle Very Vanilla cardstock. We stamped our sentiment which is from the So Sincere stamp set with Pretty Peacock ink. I must say that I am thrilled beyond words that Stampin Up! brought back Pretty Peacock this past year as it was always a favorite color! Next we adhered our foil leaves that I diecut from the Autumn Leaves Dies using the Oxidized Copper Foil Paper and then added our sentiment over top with 2 Dimensionals. We glued the Deckled Rectangle panel down to our cardbase and lastly added our Brushed Metallic Dots to compliment out foil papers. The inside which I did not take a photo of says, Happy Thanksgiving with a Pretty Peacock leaf stamped beside it. This one turned out so pretty and the girls loved it!

For A Special Friend

Yesterday I got Audrey's card order all finished and ready to deliver to her. I straightened up my stamp table and i'm now ready to move on to working on some Thanksgiving cards. I loved this years Abundant Beauty Decorative Masks! The variety of different masks to create different types of cards in minutes! When thinking of sunflowers most people think to do them in a yellow color but I knew my recipient loved purple & green so that is the route I went in making this special card. I loved the outcome of using these 2 lighter colors than a bolder purple & green. I have seen these sunflowers done in blues & pinks as well and all of which were beautiful. I used a retired Corner Rounder Punch on 2 of the corners to give it a different look. So fun!

Abundant Beauty Sunflower Cards

Happy September, too!

The start of September is off to a wonderful start with some gorgeous weather!

I wish it could stay like this the entire year!

Today I am sharing a set of cards made with the Abundant Beauty Decorative Masks.

They are so fun as I have given the sunflowers quite a workout recently! These masks are in the 2023 Holiday Catalog that goes live on September 6th. These are worth every cent! I just need to get a few more Blending Brushes eventually!

You could give this card a whole different look with different colors of ink.

I seen a bright pink one the other day and it was gorgeous!

Abundant Beauty Decorative Masks

Good Morning & Happy Tuesday, Everyone!

I had a productive day at my stamp table yesterday afternoon! 

I pulled out the new Abundant Beauty Decorative Masks that will be available September 6th to customers. These are in the 2023 Holiday Mini Catalog and they are on page 47. If you blink you will miss them at least that's what I did. I put in 2 preorders because I missed these on the first order. This set of masks has these beautiful sunflowers, leaves, snowflakes and a houndstooth mask. Perfect for Fall!

Today I am using the sunflowers. 

Audrey requested a pack of cards with a cat on them. One Birthday, one Thank You and the rest plain. This is what a made for her...

The cat is from the Cheerful Basket Bundle that retired in May. 

The Thank You card looks the same so I did not take a picture of it.
