Easter Cards

Good Morning & Happy Tuesday, Friends!

Hope your week is off to a great start! Today Kelsey & Shady are coming over to spend the day. Ryan is doing some computer work for her so I am going to make this a quick post!
The 3 cards I am sharing today were made on Audrey's last card order. She requested something with bunnies for 3 little girls. I know 2 of them are for the great granddaughters and I'm not sure on the 3rd one. I recently visited L&L Stamps and found this adorable paper from Photoplay. The line is called Easter Sunday and this particular sheet is called Cottontail. This was just the perfect paper for 3 little girls...

Card Details:

Stamps: Indescribable Gifts (retired sentiment)
Ink: Pecan Pie
Cardstock: Basic White, Lemon Lime Twist, Pretty in Pink, Daffodil Delight, Photoplay Paper
Accessories: Pierced Blooms Dies (retired), Adhesive Backed Shiny Sequins, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

These turned out so cute and Audrey loved them!
They were quick & easy to create because the paper does all the work!
Now I wish I would have grabbed another sheet of this paper.

Tuesday Morning Sketches

Hello & Happy Tuesday!

It was a week ago today that we had the "big" snow storm that shut down most of the northern east coast. A week later our snow is almost melted and my spring bulbs are once again poking their heads out of the ground. I know spring can still give us some unsettled weather but my hope is that the nice weather will soon be on our doorsteps!

Today I am playing along with the new sketch this week for Tuesday Morning Sketches!

Here is the design...

And here is my take on it!

I always love a card with a tilted panel on it because it just gives it some interest!
I started out by coloring my Cherry Blossoms with Copics but I wasn't keen on the bold colors so I went with embossing the image in white embossing powder for a softer look and I love it!

Tuesday Morning Sketches Card:

Stamps: Indescribable Gift
Ink: Versamark
Cardstock: Calypso Coral, Crisp Cantaloupe, Whisper White, Best Year Ever DSP (SAB 2015)
Accessories: White Embossing Powder, Heat Gun, Crisp Cantaloupe Twine, White Pearls, Glue Dots, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

The inside says "Wishing you all the beautiful blessings of Easter".

Hope you enjoyed my card today!

Enjoy the day, everyone & thanks for stopping by!

Indescribable Gifts

Hello & Happy Saturday!

Yesterday I had a chance to spend some time in my stamp room working on a few cards for the Spring Show. I recently picked up this stamp set from a seller on Facebook. Indescribable Gifts was in last years Occasions Mini Catalog. It's a pretty set that I missed out on.

Indescribable Gifts Card:

Stamps: Indescribable Gifts
Ink: Memento Black, Copic Markers
Cardstock: Lost Lagoon, Soft Sky, Whisper White
Accessories: Spring Flowers EF, Circle Punch, Soft Sky Taffeta Ribbon, White Pearls, Glue Dots, Tombow Liqiud

I love these 2 colors together and think this set makes for a pretty spring card!

That's all for me today!
