Special Anniversary

 Hello & Happy Fri-YAY!

A very rainy day is on tap for here in south central PA.

I don't plan to do too much today so maybe I will get to my stamp table a bit.

I'm sharing a card that I made for my card lady's recent order.

She requested an anniversary card for her daughter and son in law that have an anniversary at the end of this month.

Card Details:

Stamps: Love & Happiness, Sweet As A Peach (retired)

Ink; Pear Pizzazz, Balmy Blue

Cardstock: Balmy Blue, Basic White, Pear Pizzazz, You're A Peach DSP (retired)

Accessories: Circle Layering Framelits, Stylish Shapes Dies, Stitched Rectangle Framelits, Tailor Made Tags Dies, Tasteful Textile 3D EF (retired), White Glittered Ribbon, Glue Dots, Iridescent Rhinestones, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

My card lady said she loved every single card I made for her and that makes me happy!

Retiring Day #15

 Hello & Happy Wednesday!

Yesterday turned out to be a beautiful day!

I got my work done first thing in the morning and then Bailee and I sat outside on the glider all afternoon. She loves laying on the glider watching the birds.

Can't imaging what she'd do if a squirrel would jump in her yard! LOL

I'm looking forward to another nice day today with temps in the 70's and lots of sunshine!

I've got card #15 to share that I made with a retiring Stampin Up! stamp set.

This is from Sweet As A Peach suite on page 61 of the annual catalog.

This suite was only available since May of 2021 and i'm sad that it's leaving us.

Love the Sweet As A Peach stamp set and it's coordinating Peach Dies.

I've made lots of cards with this set especially for my card lady!

The You're A Peach DSP will be retiring too!

Thankfully, I have a full unopened pack to use!

Card Details:

Stamps: Sweet As A Peach

Ink: Pale Papaya, Calypso Coral, Pear Pizzazz

Cardstock: Calypso Coral, Pale Papaya, Basic White, You're A Peach DSP

Accessories: Circle Layering Framelits, Peach Dies, Stitched Rectangle Framelits, White Glittered Ribbon, Iridescent Rhinestones, Glue Dots, Sponge Daubers, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

With making all these cards to showcase the retiring stamps, I am building up my stash since I haven't had any stamp classes this year. Guess that's a good thing!

Hand Sanitizer Holder

 Hello & Happy Monday!

Hope you had a nice weekend!

The muggy weather is back today!

I guess that means another week of running my air conditioning...

Today I have one last hand sanitizer holder to share with you!

These would make a nice little gift for a kid going back to school.

Can't believe schools will be back in session soon and one sign of that is that football is back! This past Saturday we watched our Baltimore Ravens play their 1st preseason game. It was great to watch them play again! And they won!

I remember when Kelsey gave me these hand sanitizers that she picked up at Bath & Bodyworks back in the beginning of summer. I hoped she picked me up some peach scented ones but they did not have any. So, I pulled out the flowers from the You're A Peach stamp set and got to work on decorating these!

Project Details:

Stamps: Sweet As A Peach, Sweet Strawberry (sentiment)

Ink: Pale Papaya, Calypso Coral, Pear Pizzazz

Cardstock: Pale Papaya, Calypso Coral, You're A Peach DSP

Accessories: Peach Dies, Circle Layering Framelits, Pale Papaya Ribbon, In Color Jewels, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Always fun making something other than cards!

You're A Peach

Hello & Happy Tuesday!

I hope your having a great day so far!

Here in Pennsylvania we are having a cool down and it's been so nice not having to run the ac! I love having the windows opens to let the fresh cool air blow thru.

It really is a breath of fresh air when you don't have that stagnant, humid air to breath in! Days like today I wish we could bottle up. They say the hot & muggy air is coming back this weekend so I will be taking advantage of it while I can!

Today I have another set of pretty cards to share using the You're A Peach Suite from the Annual Stampin Up! catalog. My set of cards was made for my card lady and she wanted the peaches with no sayings, so again, she could use them for different occasions. I'm telling you....this lady sends lots & lots of cards out each month and she writes in each individual card!

My pictures do not do this set any justice!

They are so pretty and wouldn't it be nice if they smelled as sweet as peaches do at this time of year?!

I bought some at my local farm stand over the weekend and they smell so sweet and taste equally as sweet! I love this time of year for any fresh produce!

Anyway, lane swerve again! Haha!

I kept these simple and added a touch of bling to them because my card lady loves the sparkle of the rhinestones.

My peaches are inked in Pale Papaya and then I sponged on some Calypso Coral ink with a sponge dauber to give it that realistic look of a peach.

She loved them and I would not be surprised if she asks for more peach cards on her next order!

Card Details:

Stamps: Sweet As A Peach

Ink: Pale Papaya, Calypso Coral, Pear Pizzazz

Cardstock: Balmy Blue, Basic White, You're A Peach DSP

Accessories: Stitched So Sweetly Dies, Sponge Dauber, Rhinestones, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

So, today kicks off the 2021 Holiday Mini Catalog at Stampin Up! and also the start of the 2nd SaleABration of 2021.

There are so many cool things between those 2 catalogs that I can't wait to share those items in the coming weeks!

Stay tuned!!
