These were fun to make but kinda hard to make the scraps of patterned paper work for 5 cards! Always feels good to use stuff up though! Hope you like!

Flowering Meadow & the Tesla Event

 Hello & Happy Monday, Friends!

Hope you all had a nice weekend!

Here in Pennsylvania we had some gorgeous weather!

Saturday, we attended a Tesla event that we were invited to. It was very nice and I will say that the people that had this event have a beautiful farm out in the country in Gettysburg. They also have blueberries for picking but sadly they said the frost earlier this spring did them in. We walked thru the blueberry bushes and the berries were pretty sparce. I was disappointed but nonetheless we had a great time! Here are a few pictures...

The views from the pool area were amazing, too!

Yesterday was a beautiful day even though it was a tad breezy!

Today I have a card to share with you that uses the Layering Leaves stamp set which is now retired. I paired it with some Mediterranean Blooms DSP which is also retired.

Hello Spring Card Set

 Hello & Happy Sunday, Friends!

Our plans yesterday took a turn when we woke up early in the morning because Miss Bailee was sick. Shawn did not go fishing and I didn't really do much. As the day went on she started to feel better and started eating again. A neighbor gave her a treat on her walk Friday evening and I suspect that is what gave her the upset tummy. Her body does not handle high fat foods & treats like it once did thanks to the pancreatitis. So now we have to be very careful of what she gets to eat. Let's hope today is a better day!

Yesterday as I was sitting around I found a set of cards on my computer that I haven't shared here. Yes, it's all things retired but since we pay top dollar for our stamps, dies, paper & inks I am going to use what is in my stash.

I am using up this package of DSP. Not much left but a few scraps and maybe 4 whole 6x6 sheets.  I really wanted to send these out for the start of spring this year but I missed the bus on that! There's always next year!

Cheery Chat Get Well

I have a pretty card to share with you that I made with a really old wood mounted set called Cheery Chat. I paired the stamps with a beautiful floral paper from Floral Delight DSP. 

It's so pretty!

It's really sad that I have to type out all the stuff that is retired.

I feel like Stampin Up! retires products at lightening speed anymore. 

Not sure how anyone actually uses anything up!

I have SO much product that I left my customers know that sometime in this coming year I will be stepping down as a demonstrator. My hands aren't what they use to be. I will still be sharing here on my blog just won't be a SU Demo anymore. I feel it's time...

Just a quick post today to share the card I made for Shawn for Valentine's Day.

Accessories: Stylish Shapes Dies, Square Layering Framelits, Bouquet Of Love Dies (retired), Hearts of Love 3D EF, Boho Blue In Color Enamel Dots (retired), Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

The Timeless Plaid DSP is on the Last Chance List if anyone is interested. I have almost a full package of it that I will work on using up. It was the perfect addition for my Valentine's Day card for Shawn with these masculine colors. As a little girl, my mom use to dress me in plaid pants and I hated every minute of it but now as I am much older I love all the plaid papers that we have! They can be used for so many occasions!

That is all for today!

We will be cooking for our Valentine's dinner this evening instead of going out. 

I like to do this so we can be at home with Ryan.

Heart Shaped Valentine's Day Set

We woke up to some very gusty winds this morning which blew a section of our fence down in the backyard. Our weather this winter seems to be extreme which is something I have not seen in all my years. We are to have temps today dip to 20 below. Burrr!

I have one last set of Valentine's Day cards to share today. I used last year's SaleABRation set called Heart Shaped. This set also has coordinating dies!

Stamp Day w/ Friends Card #3

Another very cold morning! Burrr! I hope your doing your best to stay warm. These cold temps have been brutal, even Miss Bailee isn't happy about it. Her yard has turned into a ice rink with all the snow freezing. She takes baby steps so she doesn't slide. I know she is hoping warmer weather soon comes back and she's not alone in that thinking!

Today I am sharing card # 3 from last week's Stamp Day w/ Friends get together.

Lots of retired products on this card which turned out to be a pretty card and the girls loved it! I really love pulling out the old stuff and using it up. It just makes me smile!

Yesterday I finished up my 1000 piece puzzle that I have been working on since Tuesday!

This puzzle was pretty easy up until I started to put the train together then it got tough!
