True Beauty Cards

 Good Morning & Happy Thursday!

The weekend is almost here!
I have a Stamp Day w/ Friends get together Saturday morning and I can't wait! It's going to be a busy day ahead so i'm going to get right to my card.
Last week one morning while Shawn was out fishing I went to my stamp table and made this set of cards. Audrey loves the cards with floral images on and likes them without sayings so she can use them for whatever occasion she needs. I made these for on my card rack but more than likely these will go in her next order. I used the True Beauty stamp set & it's coordinating Organic Beauty Dies.

Card Details:

Stamps: True Beauty (retired)
Ink: Calypso Coral, Granny Apple Green
Cardstock: Calypso Coral, Basic White, Awash In Beauty DSP (retired)
Accessories: Stitched Rectangle Framelits (retired), Oval Layering Framelits (retired), Organic Beauty Dies (retired), Tasteful Textile 3D EF (retired), Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

These are just so pretty and the only thing popped up on them is the flower...everything else is flat for easy mailing.
I wish this suite of products would not have retired so quickly!
The papers and stamps are just beautiful.

True Beauty HB Cards

 Hello & Happy Wednesday!

I hope where ever you are your staying cool!
It's a scorcher out there today! Days like this I wish I still had a swimming pool.
It's been hard to get posts up with my hubby on vacation.
We did not have any plans to go anywhere but he's been going out fishing almost everyday. Since he's been off he's had a bit of a cold. I made him do a Covid test today just to make sure we weren't dealing with that. Happy to report it is just a cold!
I have been working on a card order for Audrey and got it finished up this morning. Usually over the summer months she doesn't request too much because she says it's her slow season for card sending. LOL She so funny. So I have a set of birthday cards to share that she requested using a pretty floral bundle called True Beauty.

Card Details:

Stamps: True Beauty (retired), Go To Greetings (Million Dollar Achiever Set)
Ink: Merry Merlot (retired), Polished Pink (retired), Mossy Meadow
Cardstock: Thick Whisper White (retired), Basic White, Polished Pink (retired), Awash In Beauty DSP (retired)
Accessories: Organic Beauty Dies (retired), Stitched Rectangle Framelits (retired), Oval Layering Framelits (retired), Pastel Adhesive Backed Sequins (Gold), Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I made a pack of cards for Audrey a few weeks ago and she loved them and wanted more. This time I used a different pattern of DSP.
I hope to get them delivered to her tomorrow if it doesn't storm.
Fingers crossed!

Awash In Beauty

 Hello & Happy Saturday!

Yesterday was plain and simple a washout!
It rained all day and not just a normal rain, it was blowing sideways kind of rain! We did a run to Sam's Club and it was just horrible out.

Shawn is doing pretty good and his pain is starting to slack off. We are eating soft foods atleast until he heals and until I see the dentist on Wednesday to determine the next step for my broken crown. We really do have our dental issues, don't we?!

Since we are in for a rainy weekend I decided I am going to get inky and get started on Audrey's card order.
Today I have a set of birthday cards to share that I made a few weeks ago using the Awash In Beauty Suite from the current Stampin Up! Annual Catalog.

The DSP does all the work so there really isn't much more to do other than add a sentiment.

Card Details:

Stamps: Amazing Year, True Beauty
Ink: Blackberry Bliss, Polished Pink, Granny Apple Green
Cardstock: Balmy Blue, Basic White, Awash In Beauty DSP
Accessories: Stylish Shapes Dies, Organic Beauty Dies, Brushed Brass Butterflies, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Sadly, this whole suite is retiring on Monday, May 1st.
The DSP in this suite is filled with lots of flowers which will make some pretty cards!
I can't wait to use more of it eventually!

Stamp Day Card #2

 Hello & Happy Tuesday!

Today I am sharing the next card that the girls made on Saturday at my Christmas Stamp Day w/ Friends get together. This one looks complicated but I had most of it ready for them so they only had to stamp & adhere it. We also did some heat embossing!

This card uses the Cottage Wreath bundle which is a big favorite of mine!
Plus it was recently announced that this bundle will be carrying over! YAY!

I used the Organic Beauty Dies to diecut that beautiful background with Gold Foil Paper. Then we stamped the wreath and then heat embossed the sentiment with Gold Embossing Powder. The bow on the wreath is diecut from the Country Wreaths Dies and lastly we added a few Gold Festive Pearls.

Card Details:

Stamps: Cottage Wreath, Hope & Peace
Ink: Garden Green, Real Red, Versamark
Cardstock: Real Red, Basic White, Gold Foil Paper
Accessories: Organic Beauty Dies, Country Wreaths Dies, Stitched Rectangle Framelits, Gold Embossing Powder, Heat Gun, Festive Pearls, Dimensionals, Adhesive Sheets

And this was Miss Emily's favorite card!!
