Painted Harvest Wreath

Hello & Happy Thursday!

Can you believe that today is the last day of November?!
Where has the time gone??

Today I am sharing the last Christmas card that the girls made 2 weeks ago.
I used the Painted Harvest set to create a wreath in Wild Wasabi & Garden Green.

I've seen so many versions for this wreath and was so excited to be able to create one too!
The berries are done with the little dots that are in the stamp set,

Merry Christmas Card:

Stamps: Painted Harvest, Snowflake Sentiment
Ink: Wild Wasabi, Garden Green, Real Red
Cardstock: Garden Green, Real Red, Whisper White
Accessories: Real Red Ribbon, Rhinestones, Glue Dots, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

It seems a bit plain but I wanted to keep it simple for the girls and they actually did a great job with making theirs! I have another get together next week with them in which we will be doing lots of embossing! Stay tuned!

Christmas Popcorn Boxes

Hello & Happy Wednesday!

Halfway thru the week!

Today I have a cute treat to share using the Popcorn Box Thinlit.
I made several different ones but will just share this one today.

Christmas Popcorn Boxes:

Stamps: Seasonal Chums, Half Full
Ink: Memento Black, Copic Markers, Cherry Cobbler
Cardstock: Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White, Be Merry DSP
Accessories: Popcorn Box Thinlit, Stitched Shapes Framelits, Circle Layering Framelits, Cherry Cobbler Twine, Hole Punch, Cello Bag, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

My little tag is diecut from a tag that is in the Popcorn Box Thinlits. It was perfect size for my Merry Christmas sentiment. That sentiment comes from the Half Full set.

I like the size of this box!
I used a small cello bag that I filled with Hershey Kisses and then I tied my bag shut with Cherry Cobbler Twine and added my tag. I also added a handful of shred paper to the bottom of my box so the candy treat stuck out the top.

It's a project that is alittle more involved but once it was done it was well worth the effort!

Tidings of Comfort & Joy

Hello & Happy Tuesday!

Hope you are having a good week so far!
I got some shopping done online yesterday so that's a plus for me!

Today I have another Christmas card to share.
This one is made with the Christmas Pines stamp set & the Pretty Pines Thinlits.

Nothing on this card is popped up so it won't be bulky for mailing. It's hard for me NOT to pop things up but I know the flatter it is the easier it is for mailing.

Christmas Pines Card:

Stamps: Christmas Pines
Ink: Cherry Cobbler, Emerald Envy
Cardstock: Thick Whisper White, Whisper White, Emerald Envy, Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, Cherry Cobbler, Presents & Pinecones DSP
Accessories: Pretty Pines Thinlits, Stitched Shapes Framelits, Gold Rhinestone, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Hope you like!

Happy Christmas

Hello & Happy Monday!

Hope everyone had a fabulous weekend!
It was a busy one for us but we got alot done, all except the Christmas lights outside. I'm not sure I could muster up enough energy to go do it myself. I think in the midst of it all I over did it with my back. Spent last evening with Ben Gay on it and the heating pad. I really hate not being 20 again!

So, I have another card to share that is from my stamp day with my friends.
This one was very quick to put together and I left the pretty paper do all the work!

Happy Christmas Card:

Stamps: Oh What Fun
Ink: Cherry Cobbler
Cardstock: Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White, Presents & Pinecones DSP
Accessories: Stitched Framelits, Gold Rhinestones, Cherry Cobbler Ribbon, Glue Dos, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Merriest Christmas Wishes

Hello & Happy Sunday!

Last day of this holiday weekend!
Yesterday Shawn & I spent most of the day outside raking leaves and burning twigs that have accumulated since the summer. I think I can speak for the both of us, we feel like an 18 wheeler ran us over! LOL We've been busy since Thanksgiving with putting a new floor down and decorating the inside for Christmas. We haven't even thought about the front porch yet! Who knows, maybe later today we will feel up to it.

Today I have another Christmas card to share.
Yes, this is another one from my stamp day with my friends last weekend.
I used a set from the Holiday Mini called Watercolor Christmas!

I am loving the font in this set and have used it for a bunch of stuff so far!
I made this one easy for the girls and mostly left the paper do all the work!

Merriest Christmas Wishes Card:

Stamps: Watercolor Christmas
Ink: Garden Green
Cardstock: Cherry Cobbler, Garden Green, Whisper White, Be Merry DSP
Accessories: Stitched Shapes Framelits, Circle Layering Framelits, Cherry Cobbler Enamel Dot, Cherry Cobbler & Garden Green Twine, Glue Dot, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Love the traditional holiday colors on this one!

Today I am sharing another fun card that I made with my friends last Saturday!

Let The Holidays Begin!!

Hello & Happy Friday!

Did any of you venture out for the shopping deals today?
I did not. I haven't gone out for Black Friday shopping in years and don't plan to anytime soon!

Today my hubby worked all day on putting new flooring down while I put up the Christmas Tree. I decided on 1 tree and then putting out my 2 ceramic Christmas Trees and leaving it at that. It's just too much anymore but I do it for the kids. I have gone thru most of my decorations and got rid of the old stuff. I have baskets galore from doing craft shows. Not sure what to do with them.

So I wanted to share a Christmas card today! WooHoo! FINALLY!

This was created for my stamp day with the girls last weekend.
My friend told me this was her favorite!

We decided last minute to add the little Silver Metallic Enamel Star to the tree on the inside of our cards. These lay pretty flat so it did not make it bulky. There was alot of die cutting to this card but with the use of wax paper (Thanks Carol for that tip!) all the little pieces released from the die very easy!

Ho Ho Ho Card:

Stamps: Greeting From Santa
Ink: Night of Navy
Cardstock: Thick Whisper White, Night of Navy, Whisper White, Silver Glimmer Paper
Accessories: Detailed Santa Thinlits, Circle Layering Framelits, Silver Metallic Enamel Star, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

So much fun!

My thoughts today....

We had to pop out earlier and WOW, the town is all lit up!
My street looks so nice with the holiday decorations out!
My stuff will be out before the weekend is over....I hope!

That is all for me today!
Thanks for stopping by & have a great rest of the day!

A Fall Happy Birthday Card

Hello & Happy Tuesday!

Hope your week is going well so far.
Yesterday I spent all day at my stamp table working on Christmas goodies!
I even cranked on the holiday music to be in the mood! LOL

Today I have a pretty Fall Birthday card to share.
This was made for my customer's daughter that is having a birthday on Thanksgiving day!
She asked for a Fall/Thanksgiving scene so I looked thru what I had and grabbed my Harvest Home stamp set and got to work.....

I sat one afternoon and colored this with my Copic Markers then added some Clear Wink of Stella to my pumpkin! It's very shimmery in real life! I cut my image out with the largest Stitched Shapes Framelits Circle and layered it with a Pumpkin Pie Scalloped Circle. Lastly I added a Gold Circle Clip with a piece of Pumpkin Pie Grosgrain Ribbon! Love it!

Fall HB Card:

Stamps: Harvest Home, HB Gorgeous
Ink: Memento Black, Copic Markers
Cardstock: Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Chip, Neenah White, Sweater Weather DSP
Accessories: Stitched Shapes Framelits, Circle Layering Framelits, Pumpkin Pie Enamel Heart, Classic Label Punch, Gold Circle Clip, Pumpkin Pie Grosgrain Ribbon, Clear Wink of Stella, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

My thoughts today....

Are you ready?
I took the easy way out this year and bought an already made Cherry Crumb Pie since no one really eats it but Shawn & I.
No homemade Pumpkin Pies or Pumpkin Rolls this year. Maybe for Christmas!

That's all for today!
Thanks for stopping by & have a wonderful day!

Thinking of You Card Set

Hello & Happy Monday!

Hope you all had a nice weekend!
It was cold & rainy Saturday and Sunday it was windy & cold.
I do believe that winter is here!

Yesterday I took a break from the everyday blogging to have a down day.
I stayed in my pj's all day and watched football with my hubby and enjoyed some chicken noodle soup. It warmed the soul on such a cold day!

Today, it's a new day and I have a set of cards to share!
You may remember about a month ago I made a card for the Tuesday Morning Sketches. My customer requested a pack of Thinking of You cards so I made 4 more cards to make a set.

That sketch was easy but diecutting all those squares was very time consuming but I loved the outcome and so did she!

Thinking of You Card Set:

Stamps: Count My Blessings
Ink: Cajun Craze
Cardstock:  Thick Very Vanilla, Crushed Curry, Cajun Craze, Very Vanilla, Painted Autumn DSP
Accessories: Stitched Shapes Framelits, Square Layering Framelits, Gold Metallic Enamel Heart, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

My customer just recently placed her Christmas card order for 7 packs.
I am excited to get started but will wait until after the Thanksgiving holiday!

Tom Turkey

Hello & Happy Saturday!

It's looking to be a rather rainy, dreary day here in PA with showers all day.
I have stamp friends coming over this morning to start making Christmas cards!
Maybe i'd better light some candles, throw a log in the fireplace and turn on some Christmas music to get us all in the mood! LOL I am excited to share those cards with you in the coming weeks!

So, today I have my last treat to share that I made for Thanksgiving.
Take a look....

I picked these adorable felt turkeys up in August at a craft shop in Lancaster County with the intent of making something cool for Thanksgiving. I just made a quick tag with the Stitched Shapes Framelits (the biggest circle) and pulled the adhesive off the back of the turkey and attached him. I stamped my sentiment and punched it out with the Classic Label Punch and added with Mini Dimensionals. Lastly, I tied my tag on the cello bag with Crushed Curry Twine. Very quick & easy! And my bag is filled with a variety of Hershey's candies! Yumm!

Tom Turkey Bags:

Stamps: Teeny Tiny Wishes
Ink: Chocolate Chip
Cardstock: Chocolate Chip, Whisper White
Accessories: Stitched Shapes Framelits, Crushed Curry Twine, Hole Punch, Cello Bags

I purchased 2 packages of these felt turkeys and used them all on 14 bags of yummy goodies!
My customer loves them and said she was buying all 14 for her Thanksgiving table!
She's such a sweetheart!

*******************************************
My thoughts today....

Today will be busy once my stamp friends leave.
Going to head out to do some shopping and pick up some new flooring for the bedroom which will be a project for next weekends extended holiday. Then I have to get crackin on decorating & getting my holiday crafts underway! SO much to do in so little of time.....
I'm frustrated just thinking about it!

That is all for me today!
Thanks for stopping by & have a super fun day!

Let Us Give Thanks

Hello & Happy Friday!

The weekend is upon us once again!
Do you have any plans?

I have a stamp get together tomorrow with my friends and we will be starting some Christmas cards!

Today I have another treat to share that I made for my one customer who always requests M&M Sticks for most holidays! She loves them for her Sunday School kids and then she gives the rest to her family. I don't know what I will do when I run out of these cello bags.

My tags are made with a stamp/die set from WPlus9. It's called Pretty Patches Pumpkin.
The sentiment comes from the same set.

Thanksgiving M&M Sticks:

Stamps: Pretty Patches Pumpkin- WPlus9
Ink: Tangerine Tango, Early Espresso
Cardstock: Tangerine Tango, Whisper White
Accessories: Stitched Shapes Framelits, Circle Layering Framelits, Classic Label Punch, Hole Punch, Crushed Curry Twine, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I made up 26 of these sticks from 2 bags of Fall M&M's.
Always fun to make and who doesn't like M&M's?

***********************************************************
A funny for today....

Sorry, I just had to share this!
So many people have Christmas decorations up already and here I am decorated for Thanksgiving!  My holiday stuff will go up on Thanksgiving Eve/Black Friday and not a day before.
We have Thanksgiving for a reason! Just sayin...

That is all for me today!
Thanks for stopping by & have a great day!
