Merry Monday Challenge Week #123

Hello & Happy Monday!

Hope everyone had a fun weekend!
We spent Saturday night with our dear friends and ex-neighbors from Wrightsville. They came over for supper and watched the NASCAR race while flipping the channel back & forth to the Baltimore Ravens preseason game. We intended to have a firepit that night but since it rained all day Saturday, that plan went out the window. We had really good time hanging out with them again. It's been way tooo long!

Anyways, since it's Monday that means it's time for a new challenge from over at Merry Monday! Bonnie is our fantastic hostess this week and she is asking for wreaths on our cards. So let's get to it!

I just loved Bonnie's inspiration picture! I really wish I had a wreath as beautiful as that one but instead I have one almost as cute. This wreath is from a retired SU set called Welcome Christmas, which I thought was perfect for the challenge! I embossed my wreath in Winter White EP onto Rich Razzleberry cardstock so the image would pop off the page. I added some small rhinestone to the wreath image to give it some sparkle. I also added a Razzleberry bow. My card is very simple but also very mail friendly once it's time to address my envelope and mail it out! :)

Hope you will stop by the Merry Monday blog to see what the other ladies have created this week. Soooo many beautiful wreaths!

Merry Monday Week #123 Card:

Ink: Rich Razzleberry, Versamark
Cardstock: Rich Razzleberry, Neenah White, Rich Razzleberry DSP

We are getting closer & closer to Christmas so I hope you can find some time to play along with us! I'm so excited to see all the beautiful wreaths in our gallery this week!

Well, that's all for me today!
Thanks for stopping by & have a great day!

Halloween Cups

Hello & Happy Sunday!

Today i'm sharing some of those adorable little coffee cups that the world was introduced to last year! I still have a bunch in my stash so I thought why not get some decorated for the upcoming Halloween season. So here is what I worked on earlier this week....

I had the patterned paper leftover from last year and it is from Recollections at Michael's. The orange glitter paper is from Michael's as well and it is very messy! I had glitter from head to toe after punching out a few scallop circles. The stamp sets I used are Batty For You and That's The Ticket on the top. Love it and these cups! I filled them with some Hershey's Minatures Candy Bars. The Halloween candy is out in the stores already and that makes me smile! I love Trick or Treat Night!

Halloween Cups:

Stamps: Batty For You, That's the Ticket
Ink: Stazon Black, Pumpkin Pie
Cardstock: Basic Black, Whisper White, Orange Glitter Paper, Patterned Paper-Michael's
Accessories: Scallop Circle & Circle Punches, Ticket Punch, Black Taffeta Ribbon, Glue Dot, Dimensionals, Multi Mono Liquid Glue

Can you tell i'm excited for Halloween & Fall weather??!!

Well, that's all for today!
Thanks for stopping by & have a great day!

Covered Notepads

Hello & Happy Friday!!!

Lots of fun things are coming to life this week from off my stamp table! Feels great to be back at crafting a bit each day! Today I am sharing a few Covered Notepads that I made up. I did a bunch in the beginning of summer but they have since all sold and I try to keep some in my stash for when occasions arise that someone needs a few.

I am trying really hard to use up ALL the designer paper I have. I have so much! These Covered Notepads use a nice size piece and then some on the notepad at the top. I love them all!! This last one with the striped Tangerine Tango was intended to be a Halloween one but my mind went off in a different direction when I went to decorate it. I have already done a few for Christmas since I am participating in a craft show at the famous John Wright in Wrightsville, PA. the Saturday after Thanksgiving for Small Business Saturday. I'm excited! I have been working hard to get prepared for Halloween & Christmas. I'm sure as the weeks go on and we get closer to the holidays that I will have more things to share with you so try to stop by everynow & then!

Well, more crafting is to be done today! The skies are looking pretty dreary here in PA today so I am going to head to my stamp table and get to it!

Thanks for stopping by & have a great day!

Merry Monday Challenge Week #122

Hello & Happy Monday!

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

So, last week was my turn to hostess the Merry Monday Challenge. If you played along, Thank You! We had sooo many gorgeous cards in the gallery that I had one tough time picking a winner. In my eyes they were all winners but we all know that we have to pick one. I chose a card from Brian King. It was the most beautiful card from the rich colors of the gorgeous greens & pinecones and the plaid ribbon! Stunning!

Anyways, this week we have a new challenge over at Merry Monday! Sue is our hostess, so let's get to it!

I really like these colors for a Christmas card! I kept my card simple this week. My cardbase and first layer are Basic Black and embossed with the Snow Burst Embossing Folder. I added my banner across the top with silver cord. My little banners are silver & gold foil paper and I added punched stars to them. Once I got my Merry diecut attached I threw on some gold sequins and called it done. I'm loving it and hope you do too!

Merry Monday Challenge Week # 120

Hello & Happy Monday!

Hope everyone had a nice restful weekend!

Today we are back on track for the Merry Monday Challenge. Nina is our hostess and has a fabulous challenge for us to help get those Christmas cards made! Let's get to it!

I looked thru my box that I keep stamped images in and found this pretty image already stamped, all I had to do was color it! I loved this set when it was out a few years back but it sure is a lot of coloring!
I kept my card very CAS this week and left the focus directly on the colored image which has the sled and ski's in it. The sentiments on the card, inside & out are from the same set.
