Oreo Pumpkin Boxes

 Hello & Happy Thursday!

Today the sun is to shine!!! YAY!!
We haven't seen the sun for a week and a half so that will be nice!

Today I have a Halloween treat to share with you using the Halloween Oreo Cookie packs that I usually get at Sam's but did not see them this year. I found a box at Target. I know Audrey loves giving them to the kiddo's in her neighborhood that she knows so I do try to get them. Ryan usually eats what's left over.

To create the boxes I used a die from last year's Halloween offerings called Tricks & Treats Dies. It is retired but I decided to use it anyways because it was a good size to hold the cookie packs. I just trimmed some of the height off before I glued it together. I added the Halloween Spells DSP and then my adorable happy pumpkin!

Card Details:

Stamps: Harvest Hello's (retired), Playful Ghosts (Sentiment-Online Exclusives)
Ink: Pumpkin Pie, Basic Black Archival (retired), Granny Apple Green, Soft Suede
Cardstock: Pumpkin Pie, Soft Suede, Granny Apple Green, Basic White
Accessories: Tricks & Treats Dies (retired), Apple Builder Punch, Stylish Shapes Dies, Black Twine, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Audrey loves that happy pumpkin and when she saw these boxes it made her smile!
I only made 6 and told her if she needed more to let me know. I have plenty of cookies!

Happy Halloween!

 Hello & Happy Tuesday!

Happy Halloween, my friends!

Today I have a cute treat box to share with you that I made using the Tricks & Treats Dies. I like that the set of dies has this particular die in it to make a box! Once I had my boxes diecut, I glued them together and then decorated it with some Them Bones DSP. Take a look...

I found the individually wrapped Halloween Oreo cookies at Sam's Club back at the end of August. I know that Audrey loves giving these cookie out to the kids she knows! I also kept my packaging in the same colors to match the cookie wrapper.

Project Details:

Stamps: Tricks & Treats, Sentiment from Spooky Fun (retired)
Ink: Orchid Oasis, Basic Black Archival (retired)
Cardstock: Orchid Oasis, Basic White, Them Bones DSP
Accessories: Tricks & Treats Dies, Classic Label Punch (retired), Nested Essentials Dies, Glow in the Dark Bats & Ghosts, Hand Held Hole Punch, Black & White Gingham Ribbon, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I have sold 9 of these cookie totes! The last one I gave to Kelsey's manager at work for Halloween. She's been very helpful to Kelsey recently and she just loved the cookies!

And I was recently at Sam's Club and they now have the Christmas Oreo Cookies in the individual wrappers! Of course, I had to grab a box to decorate for Christmas!

Last evening we did not go to the parade as it was raining & got very windy but hopefully tonight we will be able to sit out to hand candy out to the trick or treaters!

Tate's Cookie Totes

Hello & Happy Tuesday!

Yesterday I worked on Audrey's card order most of the day and today I hope to get it finished up. Saturday is my Christmas Stamp Day w/ Friends get together so I have some last minute things to finish up for that. I am looking forward to seeing them!

Today I am sharing a cookie tote I decorated for Christmas.
I picked up 10 Tate's Cookie Bags at my local Giant grocery store (10 for $10) and made a tote for them.
I then decorated them for Christmas thinking these would be a nice little treat with a glass of milk or a mug of hot cocoa. I made one of these totes a few months ago for Audrey as a thank you that I put in with her card order. You can see it here...

I really love how they turned out!
The DSP really gives them a Christmas-y feel.

Project Details:

Stamps: Nothing's Better Than, Handmade Wishes
Ink: Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, Real Red, Garden Green
Cardstock: Real Red, Garden Green, Basic White, Sweetest Christmas DSP
Accessories: Love You More Than Dies, Stylish Shapes Dies, Circle Layering Framelits, Iridescent Rhinestones, Iridescent Trim, Handheld Hole Punch (retired), Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I made up 10 totes for my cookies which were fun to decorate!
And the cookies are really good, too!

Cookie Tote for Audrey

 Hello & Happy Wednesday!!

A busy week here at the Aungst Pad this week!
Tonight Miss Bailee has a Vet appointment for a re-check of her itchies and time for her shots.
She usually isn't bothered with getting her shots because they give her treats afterwards.
I'll give an update on her tomorrow!

Last evening we delivered Audrey's card order.
She was tickled pink with everything!
She is doing very well and asks that you still keep her in your prayers.
She is healing nicely from her surgery and looked wonderful!
She said she is allowed to drive now, too!

My project that I am sharing today was made for Audrey.
I was in the check out line at Giant a few weeks ago and found these Tate's Mini Chocolate Chip Cookie bags for a $1 each. I grabbed 2, one to try to make sure they tasted good and the other to give to her. They are really good so I went ahead and made her a tote for the cookie bag. When she pulled the treat out of her card bag she was surprised and raved over it!
I'm so glad that it made her smile!

Project Details:

Stamps: Nothing's Better Than (Million Dollar Achiever Set)
Ink: Garden Green, Crumb Cake, Early Espresso
Cardstock: Garden Green, Basic White, Tea Boutique DSP
Accessories: Stylish Shapes Dies, Circle Layering Framelits, Garden Green Ribbon, Opal Dots, Hand Held Hole Punch, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

So cute & so fun to make!

Today I am off to make some Lemon Glazed Zucchini bread!
It's been quite a few years since I made it.
We have SO many zucchini's popping up in the garden that I am running out of idea's to use it for. I am gonna bake until I run out of supplies! LOL
I already have some on order and some will head to the freezer for a yummy winter treat!

Cookie Totes

Hello & Happy Tuesday!

I have another treat to share today that I made for the Christmas holiday!
I found this on You Tube made by Kitchen Table Stamper and cased the idea because I thought it was brilliant! She took a package of Pepperidge Farm Milano Cookies and made a tote to hold them. I thought these were definitely something different and who doesn't love Milano Cookies?!

And not only that it gave me a chance to use that beautiful wreath from the Painted Harvest stamp set! Definitely is my favorite stamp set! I used a plaid paper from the Christmas Around the World DSP from the Holiday Mini Catalog on these. I am crazy about plaids!

I also found the tub of Pepperidge Farm Milano Cookies at Sam's Club for a great price!
20 packs for around $6.

Cookie Totes:

Stamps: Painted Harvest, Merry Patterns (sentiment)
Ink: Garden Green, Wild Wasabi, Basic Black
Cardstock: Real Red, Whisper White, Christmas Around the World DSP
Accessories: Mini Treat Bag Framelits (diecut bow), Stitched Shapes Framelits, Circle Layering Framelits,  Large Oval Punch (for the handles), Classic Label Punch, Garden Green 3/8 Satin Ribbon, Glue Dots, Rhinestones, Dimenionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Thank you, Kitchen Table Stamper for sharing this fun idea!
I got another order for 6 of these to work on this week.
After that I plan on getting some cookies baked and enjoying the holiday!
It's the most wonderful time of the year!
