Cookie Cutter Halloween Card

 Hello & Happy Sunday, Friends!

Hope your having a wonderful weekend!
The weather here has been beautiful with nice sunshine and temps in the 70's!

Today I am going back to sharing a another Halloween card. This one uses lots of retired Stampin Up! products that are in my stash that I am trying to use up. You may remember this set if you've been around in the Stampin Up! world for a few years. This set coordinates with the Cookie Cutter Builder Punch and also has a coordinating Christmas set, too!

Card Details:

Stamps: Cookie Cutter Halloween (retired 2016), Spooky Fun (retired 2026)
Ink: Memento Black, Pumpkin Pie, Stampin Blends- Crumb Cake, Smoky Slate, Pumpkin Pie
Cardstock: Basic Black, Pumpkin Pie, Basic White, Halloween Night Specialty DSP (retired 2016)
Accessories: Cookie Cutter Builder Punch (retired 2016), Stylish Shapes Dies, Halloween Night Twine (retired 2016), Pumpkin Pie Enamel Stars (retired), Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I had the Cookie Cutter Christmas set out recently to create a Baby card for Audrey and remembered how much I loved this suite of products! I left it out on my table to use again. The Gingerbread in that set was my favorite that I used many times!
If you have this set may I suggest that you pull it out and use it again! I promise it will make you smile!

A Halloween Hello

 Hello & Happy Sunday!

Hope your having a wonderful Fall weekend!

What a day yesterday!
I was up from 4:45am till 9:30pm!
We had Doggy Day Spa in the morning then right after was my World Card Making Day with my Stamp Day w Friends!
The weather was gorgeous and it was the perfect day for hanging with my friends for the afternoon! We made 5 Halloween cards!

This one was so fun to put together!
I started with a Pumpkin Pie cardbase then a layer of Basic White that I ran thru the Big Shot with the Cobwebs EF from last year. Next was a layer of Basic Black cardstock which we layered with a piece of Basic White cardstock that we put our scrap pieces of DSP on.
Next we stamped the sentiment from the retired Tags Tags Tags stamp set with Basic Black Archival ink and diecut them out with the retired Trio of Tags Dies. Then we added our Black & White Gingham bow to the tag.
Next we stamped our Mummy from the retired Halloween Cookie stamp set with Basic Black Archival ink (retired, too) on Smoky Slate cardstock. We punched him out using the retired Cookie Builder Punch.
Lastly, of course we had to add some rhinestones for bling!
Emily loves the rhinestones or sparkles as she calls them!
Card #1 is done...

Card Details:

Stamps: Cookie Cutter Halloween (retired), Tags Tags Tags (retired)
Ink: Basic Black Archival (retired)
Cardstock: Pumpkin Pie, Basic White, Basic Black, Smoky Slate, Halloween Night DSP (retired)
Accessories: Cobwebs 3D EF (retired), Trio of Tag Dies (retired), Cookie Cutter Builder Punch (retired), Black & White Gingham Ribbon, Rhinestones, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

We had a good time on World Card Making Day!
After we were finished the girls were on their way home and we picked Kelsey up and did some shopping & grabbed supper on the way home.
It was a fabulous day but man was I ever beat!
I don't even remember my head hitting the pillow last night!

Mummy Kit Kat Holders

 Hello & Happy Wednesday!

A rainy day is on tap for our 1st day of Fall!
The last few days have been so nice!
Temps in the 70's, blue skies & no humidity, definitely my kind of weather!
The best part is not having to run my AC!!!

So, today I have another Halloween Treat to share with you!

I took Basic Gray cardstock measuring 2 1/4 x 5 1/2.
Scoring on the long side at 3 1/2 & 4.
This just creates a little pouch to put the candy in.
Next I cut a piece of retired Halloween Night DSP to create a belly band to wrap around the pouch to keep the candy from falling out of the sides.
This piece measures 1 1/4 x 6.
I wrapped it around my holder with the candy in so I could secure the belly band tightly in the back.
Then I took another piece of the same DSP measuring 2 x 3 1/4 to put on the inside of where the candy is.
Then decorate!

Halloween Project:

Stamps: Cookie Cutter Halloween (retired), Spooky Cat (retired sentiment)
Ink: Basic Black Archival, Basic Gray
Cardstock: Basic Gray, Smoky Slate, Basic White, Halloween Night DSP (retired)
Accessories: Cookie Cutter Builder Punch, Classic Label Punch, Hand Held Hole Punch (for the ribbon/bow), White & Black Glittered Ribbon, Rhinestones, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I made 12 of these, 6 with the White Glittered Ribbon & 6 with the Black Glittered Ribbon. It's always fun to pull out the old stuff and put it to good use!

I'll apologize for these not so great pictures.
I am still using my phone.
Haven't gotten out yet to look for a new camera but I hope to soon!
If you try these and have any questions please shoot me an email, ok?

Trick or Treat Boxes

Hello & Happy Sunday!

Hope your enjoying your weekend.
Last evening the winds kicked up and then the heavy cold rain came!
Today it will feel more like winter than fall. I am SO NOT ready for winter!

I have 2 more Angie Juda boxes to share today!
These are going to my gang with some candy & a few bucks in for Halloween.

Here is the link to Angie's directions if your interested in making them.
They hold a good bit of stuff and are so easy to make!

I am not gonna list everything that was used for making these since most of it is retired.
Give them a try! You won't be disappointed!

Little Halloween Treat Pouches

Hello & Happy Thursday!

This week is zipping right on by!

I have alot on my agenda today as I am preparing for another stamp day with my friends on Saturday!

Before I get started on my project today, I wanted to thank you for the thoughts & good wishes for Shawn. His colonoscopy went well yesterday! He will return to see his gastro doctor next Friday and I will have more info for you then. He was home around 2 pm, ate some lunch then we both headed for a little nap. It wasn't such a little nap as we both woke up around 6pm! Sitting around for that kind of stuff just wears a person out but of course, he had some good sleepy meds in him from his procedure! I am thankful it went off without any issues!

Anyways, my treat today for Halloween is one I seen on several blogs last year.
It is made with the Stampin Up Popcorn Box Thinlits.

These holders will not hold too much. I noticed that some of my sides were coming apart with just this little Hershey Bar inside them. They would be perfect for Pixie Sticks! I would suggest a VERY strong adhesive on these. I used various retired SU DSP's on these and used last years Halloween Cookie Cutter stamp set for my Skeleton & Mummy's. Quick & Easy images that needed no coloring! On each though I added a punched out bowtie using retired Glimmer Papers. I made ALOT of these and already sold some!
They are great for just a little treat for those special Trick or Treater's!

Halloween Treat Pouches:

Stamps: Teeny Tiny Wishes (sentiment), Halloween Cookie Cutter (retired)
Ink: Basic Black Archival
Cardstock: Pumpkin Pie, Basic Black, Whisper White, Motley Monsters DSP, Halloween Night DSP, Pumpkin Pie & Basic Black Glimmer Papers
Accessories: Cookie Cutter Builder Punch, Popcorn Box Thinlits, Classic Label Punch, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Hope you like these!
