Masculine HB Card #4

Hello & Happy Wednesday!

I have been sharing all this week a set of masculine birthday cards that are made for my card lady. She wanted 5 different styled cards for members of her family that all have birthdays the last 2 weeks of June. Today I have another one to share...

This one uses paper from the retired pack of Magnolia Lane DSP.

I basically used scraps that were left in my pack. I did purchase another pack when it was marked down on the retired list but I have not opened it yet.

I paired it up with that amazing sentiment from the Happiest of Birthdays stamp set that is new!

I love that font! I diecut it with a Stitched Nested Die and added a diecut leaf from the Magnolia Memory Dies.

I hope by using the leaf printed paper and adding a leaf diecut I kept this on the masculine side.

Card Details:

Stamps: Happiest of Birthdays

Ink: Mossy Meadow

Cardstock: Mossy Meadow, Whisper White, Magnolia Lane DSP (retired)

Accessories: Magnolia Memory Dies, Stitched Nested Dies, Champagne Rhinestones, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I'm headed to my stamp table today to finish working on that same card order.

Yesterday she added to my order so I need to get crack a lackin!

Good Morning Magnolia Pocket Card

Good Morning & Happy Friday!

Happy May 1st, too!

Yesterday sure was a total washout!

It rained darn near all day with heavy downpours and gusty winds!

It's crazy how our weather is anymore!

I went downstairs to stamp then ended up cleaning the bathroom and getting my basement back together. I don't think it's been cleaned since Ryan was staying down there during the bathroom renovation. Believe me, it needed it...BADLY!

Today I plan to go do some stamping.

I have really been unmotivated in the last few weeks.

Yesterday the Dermatologist office called to cancel my appointment which was rescheduled twice already thanks to COVID 19. It's now been pushed to the first week of August!

My Psoriasis has been pretty good but as of late I am getting some new spots on my leg.

It may be time to get a few sessions in the tanning bed to keep it at bay.

Today I have another cool card to share that was part of Debbie's Facebook Live a few weeks ago.

I have not participated in any of her FB Lives in the last 2 weeks with working on a huge card order.

This was so much fun! We made a different type of Pocket Card.

This card reminds me of a postcard with a pocket in the front!

So cute!

I'm telling you, that Debbie has all kinds of creativity!

I made mine with the same measurements & products that she listed but decorated mine different.

The Good Morning Magnolia Suite is amazing and one of my favorites!

The DSP is equally as pretty and very well loved in my stamp room!

The Magnolia Lane DSP is now on the retiring list!

I had to order another pack before it's gone!

Card Details:

Stamps: Good Morning Magnolia

Ink: Mossy Meadow, Petal Pink

Cardstock: Petal Pink, Mossy Meadow, Whisper White, Magnolia Lane DSP

Accessories: Magnolia Memory Dies, Circle Layering Framelits, Stitched So Sweetly Dies, Layered Leaves EF, Petal Pink/Champagne Ribbon, Champagne Rhinestones, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

The backside of my pocket card I placed a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 piece of Whisper White cardstock and fancied it up but totally forgot to take a picture of it!

If I remember I will take a picture of it and post for you to see!

This is definitely a fun fold that is easy peasy to create!

Thanks for stopping by & enjoy your Friday!

Good Morning, Magnolia

Hello & Happy Monday!

What a weekend it was!

I seriously think my poor hubby needs a week vacation after what he's gone thru!

Saturday was just a cluster with what he had to deal with from work.

I've never heard him yell at anyone like I did Saturday evening when he was on the phone.

I'm pretty sure he's on the verge of walking!

Sunday came and he said he was going to have a "Me Day".

Turned the phone on mute and ignored all work stuff.

We got out on the bikes and rode 15 miles to Glen Rock and back.

Gosh, it was so good to see him smile and take in the scenery around us!

Once we got home he turned the phone back on and he then had to go back into work where he was until 3 this morning. He told them he will be off today & tomorrow!

Tomorrow we have doctor appointments so that day was already planned!

Today I have a really pretty fun fold to share using the Good Morning Magnolia set.

This fun fold design came from Angie Juda.

The Good Morning Magnolia is a beautiful stamp set with coordinating dies and DSP.

That beautiful Magnolia on the front of my card was diecut from the paper.

Card Details:

Stamps: Good Morning Magnolia

Ink: Memento Black

Cardstock: Basic Black, Whisper White, Magnolia Lane DSP

Accessories: Circle Layering Framelits, Magnolia Memory Dies, Rhinestones, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Simple & very easy to make!

And I love the different styles of fun fold cards!

After yesterday's 15 mile bike ride....it stole all my umph!

Thanks for stopping by & have a great day!

Beautiful Magnolia

Hello & Happy Sunday!

My hubby had to go to work this morning for some kind of training for all the employees.

The sun is shining brightly but I think eventually showers are to move in.

It's also a bit brisk out. I shut all my windows as do I dare to say that I was cold!?

Yep, one day i'm a heat box, then next i'm cold....

Anyways, I have another Magnolia card for you!

All I will say is that this set is amazing!

My friend Vicki wanted me to use this set last week when it arrived so this is the second one I cranked out that afternoon!

Lots of coloring but the Stampin Blends make it so easy!

My sentiment also had more words on it that I masked off because I wasn't really keen with the last sentence. Do you ever cut your stamps apart to make the words fit for the occasion?

Card Details:

Stamps: Good Morning Magnolia

Ink: Memento Black, Stampin Blends

Cardstock: Petal Pink, Mossy Meadow, Whisper White, Magnolia Lane DSP

Accessories: Magnolia Memory Dies, Stitched Rectangle Framelits, Be Mine Stitched Framelits, So Saffron Enamel Dots (retired), Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

So pleased with how both of my Magnolia cards have turned out!

I see many more pretty cards in my future with this bundle!

It's a must have!

Good Morning, Magnolia

Hello & Happy Saturday!

The weekend is here but not much going on!

My hubby's first week at his new job has gone well.

Lots of long days learning the routine & people.

I managed to get my house cleaned this week and stamp almost everyday!

As I said yesterday my order arrived Thursday and the one set I wanted the most was the first one to see ink....Good Morning, Magnolia!

Aren't those flowers beautiful?!

This Z Fold style card was a tutorial I seen done by Angie Juda recently and I loved it!

I have used it quite a bit on some of my cards. This design allows more of the DSP to show on the front!

The little magnolia on the sentiment panel is diecut straight from the Magnolia Lane DSP!

I am so happy Stampin Up is making more & more of their papers coordinate with matching dies!

This set is also loaded with wonderful sentiments that I know will get used bunches!

Card Details:

Stamps: Good Morning Magnolia

Ink: Mossy Meadow

Cardstock: Mossy Meadow, Whisper White, Petal Pink, Magnolia Lane DSP

Accessories: Magnolia Memory Dies, Circle Layering Framelits, Rhinestones, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

This is one fabulous bundle of gorgeous-ness!

And the DSP is to die for!
