Merry Monday

 Hello & Happy Monday, Friends!

Today things are back to normal since the snow is over and hubby is back to work.
We got maybe 9 inches of snow that was mixed with sleet. It's to stay very cold atleast for the next week so I do not see much melting taking place. I spent yesterday at my stamp table for a few hours. I made a variety of cards.

I have a pretty Christmas card to share today! I know Christmas was just 4 weeks ago but it's time to start preparing for Christmas 2026. This is my 1st holiday card of the year!

Card Details:

Stamps: To You & Yours (retired 2008), Poinsettia Petals (retired 2020)
Ink: Real Red
Cardstock: Real Red, Basic Beige, Patterned Paper from Michael's
Accessories: Greetings of the Season Dies (retired Online Exclusives 2024), Red Sparkly Ribbon (stash), Red Rhinestones, Glue Dots, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I could not resist this pretty paper at Michael's for making some holiday cards!
I love the pops of red foil in it!

Fun Fold Friday!

 Hello & Happy Fri-YAY, Friends!

I'm headed to my table today to get some crafting done. I started Audrey's card order and would like to continue to work on it so I can get it delivered to her soon.
Shawn is on vacation today. Contractors are coming this morning to do some roof work before the solar panels get installed so he will be supervising that project instead of supervising plastic bottles at work.

Today I want to share with you a card I made for a friend a few months ago for her birthday!
It's one of those awesome fun fold cards that Robin Armbrecht created months ago.

Card Details:

Stamps: Thankful Garden (Online Exclusives), Unknown Saying Stamp
Ink: Memento Black, Garden Green, Melon Mambo, Blueberry Bushel
Cardstock: Melon Mambo, Basic White, Blueberry Bushel, Lovely Garden DSP (Online Exclusives)
Accessories: Thankful Garden Dies (Online Exclusives), Thankful Garden Decorative Masks (Online Exclusives), Greetings of the Season Dies (Online Exclusives), White Ribbon (Online Exclusives), Starburst Sequins (Online Exclusives), Blending Brushes, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

This card turned out so pretty and how perfect for a springtime birthday!
I know, I am way late posting it! Better late than never, though!

2025 Halloween M&M Sticks

 Hello & Happy Fri-YAY, Friends!

We had a beautiful day here yesterday and today is also looking to be just as nice!
I spent most of yesterday in my stamp room finishing up the Halloween treats. I just need to make a price list yet. The last treats I made was the famous M&M Sticks. Stampin Up! use to carry the 1 x 8 Cello bags but retired them a few years back so now I get them off of Ebay. I have a customer who loves getting these and handing them out, so I do make sure to have them for almost every holiday! This years Halloween M&M's were not the pretty bright colors they have been the last several years (purple, green & orange) but are orange & black. At first I was not gonna get them but I figured Jane would be sad if I did not have them. I grabbed 2 bags and started filling my cello bags. I got 24 sticks from those 2 bags and I decorated them with lots of retired product! Take a look...

Just look at all those happy little ghosts! Super sweet & not at all scary!

Project Details:

Stamps: Spooky Cat (retired 2017)
Ink: Memento Black
Cardstock: Basic Black, Basic White, Pumpkin Pie
Accessories: Greetings of the Season Dies (retired 2024), Frightful Tags Dies (retired 2021), Tricks & Treats Dies (2023), Halloween Twine (retired), Dimensionals

It's a good thing I enjoy making these because I fill tons of these cello bags every year! And besides....we doesn't love M&M's?!

Stay tuned for more Halloween treats in the coming days, ok?

Butterfly HB

Good Morning & Happy Thursday, Friends!

Our weather here has been pretty much in the pits with a misty type of rain and dreary clouds. I am in need of some sunshine! Miss Bailee had her breakfast this morning & headed back to bed. I guess she is over the dreary weather, too!
Anyways, today I have a quick card to share with you made using lots of retired stuff from my stash. I have just decided to create with what I have on hand without any rhyme or rhythm. I know one day my hands are going to stop working so there will be plenty of cards on hand for all occasions when that happens. And I am sure I will sell alot of them, too!

Card Details:

Stamps: So Sincere (retired Million Dollar Achiever Set)
Ink: Rich Razzleberry (retired)
Cardstock: Basic White, Rich Razzleberry (retired), Dainty Flowers DSP ( retired SaleABRation 2023)
Accessories: Greetings of the Season Dies (retired Online Exclusives), Brilliant Wings Dies (retired), Blackberry Bliss Ribbon (retired), Purple Shimmer Gems, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

This pack of paper is gorgeous with it's dainty, pretty floral images!
I have used quite a bit of it over the years and unfortunately I still have a good bit left. I am currently using some of it to create a card for a Stamp Day w/ Friends get together but I doubt we will be making this card anytime this year as we are heading into the Fall & the holidays. I really am trying to use things from my stash so that one day all my belongings do not end up at Goodwill for sale. LOL Card creating is one of those hobbies that is falling to the way side. People love handmade cards but in today's hectic & very busy lives no one has the time to create them. Sad but true. For now I am happy to create and sell them to the ones who love them!

Masculine Birthday Set

Good Morning & Happy Tuesday, Friends!

Today I have a quick set of cards to share that I made for Audrey's card order using the Spotlight on Nature set and a few other goodies, too! She requested a set of masculine birthday cards with no specific theme. I know she doesn't ask for fishing or hunting cards so I usually go with leaves, feathers or some masculine style paper. Today I pulled out the Country Woods DSP and paired it with the Spotlight on Nature (leaf) set. Sometimes I have no rhyme or rhythm when creating a card so I just went on about my way trying to keep these masculine.

Card Details:

Stamps: Spotlight on Nature, Pattern of Friendship (Online Exclusives)
Ink: Gray Granite, Misty Moonlight
Cardstock: Misty Moonlight, Basic White, Country Woods DSP
Accessories: Greetings of the Season Dies (Online Exclusives), Misty Moonlight In Color Enamel Dots (retired), Misty Moonlight/White Twine (retired), Dimensionals, Stampin Seal

I know Audrey sends lots of cards out each week especially to her church family so this is why these are a bit plain. If you know me you know I always like to add ribbon and lots of bling but I know she doesn't care for all that. I leave the insides blank as she writes her own messages inside each & every card she mails out. What a feat for a 94 year old woman battling cancer but I do believe this gives her great joy! She is such an inspiration to us all!

With Love Fun Fold Birthday

 Happy Fri-YAY, Friends!

Just wanted to share a pretty fun fold card that I made for a special birthday.
This was a new to me fun fold that was very easy to make using 12x12 cardstock. Luckily, I have a few sheets of 12x12 in my stash that I was able to use. I used the beautiful Floral Delight DSP from the 2025 Spring Mini Catalog that is retiring on May 5th. I even bought a second pack of it because I love the prints & colors of this paper.

Card Details:

Stamps: Delightful Wishes, DRS Designs (inside sentiment)
Ink: Old Olive
Cardstock: Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Basic White, Floral Delight DSP
Accessories: Delightful Wishes Dies, Greetings of the Season Dies (Online Exclusives), Tiny Butterflies, Daffodil Delight Ribbon, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

ETA:
Here is a link to the video tutorial on how to create this card.
She shares all the dimensions and many card samples to inspire!

Before I mailed this card out the Tiny Butterfly trinket fell off the front of my card and I ended up replacing it with some gold sequins that were in my stash. They were easier to mail than the butterfly trinket would be. I do love those tiny butterfly trinkets, just wish they were a bit flatter.

I hope this card arrived in time for a special birthday this past week. I have been trying to get better about mailing cards out. Sometimes I do ok and other times it just goes out the window! *sigh*

Playing in the Rain

Good Morning & Happy Fri-YAY, Friends!

Today is Good Friday and most people have the day off but Shawn has to work. Boo!
I have a few things on my agenda today to do but then I hope to spend the afternoon crafting. Ryan asked for deviled eggs to go along with our Easter dinner Sunday so I am always happy to make them for him. It's one thing he does like! We are in for a delightful day with sunshine and some warm temps which I am sure will put a spring in my step! LOL I have one set of Easter cards to share that I made for on the card rack. These were a last minute creation so they will not be going anywhere this year since Easter is only 2 days away. I pulled out my very loved Playing in the Rain bundle and used that adorable bunny on my cards. Sadly. this set will be retiring on May 5th.

Card Details:

Stamps: Playing in the Rain, Excellent Eggs (retired sentiment)
Ink: Balmy Blue, Mint Macaron (retired), Memento Black, Stampin Blends- Balmy Blue, Petal Pink, Mint Macaron (retired)
Cardstock: Petal Pink, Basic White, Country Gingham DSP (retired)
Accessories: Greetings of the Season Dies, Playing in the Rain Dies, White Ribbon (Online Exclusives), Waves Rhinestones (retired), Glue Dots, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I used the Stack & Shuffle technique with the Country Gingham DSP which has been long retired but the perfect choice of springtime colors! I have a full pack unopened and about 2/3 of a pack that I am slowly picking at. The Stack & Shuffle technique is a fun one and really showcases your DSP. It is one of my "go to's" for using up paper and so fun!
The inside of the cards say Happy Easter.

Happy Anniversary

 Hello & Happy Fri-YAY, Friends!

We are in for a few days of rainy weather here in Pennsylvania, so my plan is to get some crafting time in! Today I need to get some laundry done then i'm going to get started on Audrey's cards. They say we are in for some heavy downpours later today which hopefully helps with our drought.
Yesterday I did get some crafty time in while I was on a phone call with my good friend Miss Emily. I just recently got the Everyday You & Me Bundle from the 2025 Spring Stampin Up! Scrapbook Catalog. I do love that we have more options with stamps, paper & scrapbook kits! I already had the Everyday Happiness DSP and wanted to get some cards made with this pretty suite of products!

Card Details:

Stamps: Everyday Greetings & Greetings of the Season (both from the Online Exclusives), Everyday You & Me (2025 Spring Scrapbook Catalog)
Ink: Pretty Peacock, Gray Granite
Cardstock: Pretty Peacock, Lost Lagoon, Wild Wheat, Basic White, Everyday Happiness DSP (2025 Spring Scrapbook Catalog)
Accessories: Greetings of the Season Dies (Online Exclusives), Hearts of Elegance Dies (Online Exclusives), Pretty Peacock/Gold Metallic Ribbon, Pretty Peacock Foiled Gems, Glue Dots, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Another card that is for sale on the card rack! Slowly but surely I am filling the card rack up with new goodies!

More Gnome Shamrocks

 Hello & Happy Saturday, Friends!

It's a dreary morning here in Pennsylvania! It's quite foggy out with a chance of showers off & on today. Shawn is out for the day at a fishing tournament. He has been itching to go fishing the last several weeks but it's just been to cold & windy. He was up very early and drove almost 2 hours to a place called Limestone Springs. It's worth the trip as I have been there. It's a nice setup and the scenery is so peaceful. I'm hoping he has a fun day & the weather is decent for him.

Today I am sharing a set of St. Patrick's Day cards I made for the card rack using that adorable gnome paper from Hobby Lobby! I kept these simple by letting the paper do all the work!

That paper is so fun!

Card Details:

Stamps: A Wish For Everything (retired)
Ink: Garden Green
Cardstock: Basic White, Garden Green, The Paper Studio (Hobby Lobby)
Accessories: Greetings of the Season Dies, Garden Green Twine (retired), Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Today I am back to my stamp table to start a new shelf of organizing. My lists for each holiday/occasion is growing but it will definitely help when it comes to adding sentiments to a card. I haven't gotten to my Christmas sets yet which I think will be the worst since I have SO many! LOL I'll be glad when it's all finished.

Just a quick post this morning then I have a very busy day ahead!
I started yesterday with writing down and keep track of different stamp sets for different holidays. I feel like I am always using the same stamps on cards so this will better help me to use a variety. I got the top 2 shelves done but have many more to go thru!
Today I am sharing the St Patrick's Day cards that I made for the card rack and also some for Audrey's last card order. She loved the St Patrick's Day Gnome paper that came from Hobby Lobby and wanted that used for the great granddaughter's cards.

Ink: Garden Green
Cardstock: Garden Green, Basic White, The Paper Studio (Hobby Lobby)

Here is a single card I made for Audrey's friend who is Irish...
