Kickstand Stocking Cards

 Hello & Happy Wednesday, Friends!

It's a cold, rainy morning here in south central Pennsylvania. Some places are getting snow and well, truthfully, they can have it! I am not ready for winter weather!
Yesterday, I got so much of my Christmas goodies packaged and almost ready for the holiday season. I still have a few candy treats to make and then I need to get started on Audrey's card order for December. And in the mix I am having the girls over on Saturday morning to make our Thanksgiving cards! The card kits are already prepped & ready to go so that is one less thing to do but I am excited to see them!

Today I said I was moving on to Christmas since I have SO much to share with you!
My cards are a set that I made a few months ago. I am calling these my "kickstand style" of cards. I used the Sentimental Christmas DSP from last year on these.

Card Details:

Stamps: Christmas Scottie (retired sentiment 2022)
Ink: Real Red
Cardstock: Real Red, Basic White, Sentimental Christmas DSP (retired)
Accessories: Sentimental Wishes Dies (retired), Square Layering Framelits (retired), Traditional Sparkle Sequins, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

These turned out so nice and have been packaged in a cello bag with 5 envelopes. I left the inside blank and if anyone is interested in purchasing them I can always add an inside sentiment of their liking.

One Last Christmas Treat

 Good Morning & Happy Sunday!

I hope you all had a nice holiday! We had a nice Christmas day! We had lots to eat, got out to take a walk and ended the day watching football. Our football team won the game that evening so that sweeten the day!
I took a break from blogging the last several days as we packed up all the ceramic trees, outside decorations and got the house back to normal. It sure is dark now without all the pretty lights but I was ready to get back to some normalcy!
That being said I do have 1 more Christmas treat to share then that will be all of the Christmas for now. This treat was a last minute call from Audrey on her last order. She wanted 3 little treats for some of her special friends...

I took out some gusseted cello bags that I had in my stash and put a piece of the Sentimental Christmas DSP in them. I filled each bag with lots of different peppermint candies and closed each bag with a gold clip. I then diecut the stocking from the DSP and used a dimensional to adhere it to the bag. I stamped the sentiment from the Sentimental Wishes stamp set in Shaded Spruce ink and diecut it with the Greetings of the Season Dies and attached that to the stocking. Once the bags were decorated I tied some Gold Trim Ribbon onto the tag. Easy peasy and she was pleased with them!

I have always loved these gusseted cello bags and sure wish Stampin Up still carried them. They do not carry any cello bags anymore.

So, there is the last of my Christmas offerings this year. It was a great year for my cards & treats! I have not done any crafting since then. I have not even touched my 2025 calendars yet either. Since Christmas is now packed away I may try to get to them this coming week. Shawn has been on vacation since Christmas so we will see if I make it back to my stamp table any time soon.
I hope you are doing well! We are having rain this morning & more to come this evening but we really need it so no complaining from me.

Happy Holidays!

I do pack my tree up like this except all the decorations come off first!

Thanks for stopping by & have a wonderful day!
