Book Binding Anniversary

 Hello & Happy Tuesday!

Hope your week is off to a good start! So far so good here!

Today I am hoping to get to my stamp table to work on a few things I have started but never finished. I also have an Anniversary card to share with you, too, today! This is a fun fold called a Book Binding Card. I used some Dainty Flowers DSP from SaleABRation for this one.

Ink: Starry Sky

Cardstock: Starry Sky, Basic White, Dainty Flowers DSP (SAB 23)

Accessories: Nested Essential Dies, Radiating Stitches Dies, Ombre Matte In Color Dots, Starry Sky Metallic Ribbon, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I love everything about this card from the colors to the paper and those diecuts!

Starry Sky I think is my favorite In Color, too!

Anniversary Wishes

Hope your enjoying your Memorial Day weekend!

We got the porches all done and ready for summer time use. Today I have some flowers to plant and Shawn is gonna work in his garden. I am hoping to get to my stamp table, too!

Anniversary Wishes

Hello & Happy Friday!

It was a beautiful day yesterday! 

My friend came to visit and right before she got here our power went off. It was out about 3 hours so I couldn't do much of anything, stamping included! My stamp room is in the basement and since there was no power...I had no lights.

Once it came back on I did make my way downstairs for a bit and made this card.

I absolutely LOVE this sheet of butterfly paper!

Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend!

Today I have another quick card to share then i'm off to get my housework started.

My card today uses the set Falling for You and I found this to be one of the nicest sets in the Occasions Mini. I love the sayings!

I let the dsp do most of the work on this card. It's called Falling in Love DSP and there are some gorgeous prints in the pack! Then there are the new lace doilies from the same collection. They are Whisper White on one side and Very Vanilla on the other which is nice depending on which neutral you use.

Falling For You

Hello & Happy Sunday!

Hope everyone's been well.

My hubby got out of the hospital this past week. He spent 6 days in there the first time and 9 days the second time. 15 days total in the last 30 days. He had surgery to have a drain put in to drain the abscess and is doing pretty good. He will be happy when the drain comes out tomorrow! In the meantime he is healing and taking things one day at a time.

One day while Shawn was in the hospital and I was home, I ran down to my craft room and made a card to lift his spirits. Most of the time that he was in the hospital the weather was rainy, foggy & very dreary and it was certainly dragging his mood down too. This is the card I made him.

The inside says...You're my person!

The sentiments were perfect for what I wanted and it definitely perked up his spirits!
