Christmas Season & Christmas to Remember

 Good Morning & Happy Wednesday!

I hope your week is going well!

Phew, so glad that is done because my back isn't happy!

Today I plan to get back to my stamp table and get some cards made since I have a card order waiting on me.

Tuesday Morning Sketches

Hello & Happy Sunday!

I hope your all enjoying your weekend!
The weather here in PA is absolutely gorgeous!
I sure wish my hubby was feeling better because it's the perfect weather for bike riding!
He has been plagued this past week with tooth pain.
Friday they figured out it was the tooth he had a root canal done on in February of 2018.
He's had issues with it since and x-rays are not showing anything.
A specialist that he seen Friday afternoon said the tooth has a hairline crack in it and it needs to come out! Also gave him antibiotics & pain medicine but getting it filled at the pharmacy was another story! If all goes smoothly he will have the tooth removed on Tuesday.
Poor guy, I hated seeing him in so much pain! Toothache pain is the absolute worst!

Anyways, since my hubby slept the afternoon away yesterday I decided to go check out the Tuesday Morning Sketches blog and play along!

Here is the sketch and my card...

I have not made a single Christmas card since last year and felt this sketch would work well for one!
I dug thru paper and stamps until I found what I wanted to use!
Dashing Deer and the Detailed Deer Thinlits have carried over into the new catalog so that's what I went with. I love this deer stamped in Tranquil Tide!

Card Details:

Stamps: Dashing Deer
Ink: Tranquil Tide
Cardstock: Thick Whisper White, Tranquil Tide, Copper Foil, Whisper White, Joyous Noel DSP (retired)
Accessories: Stitched Rectangle Framelits, Stitched Shapes Framelits, Circle Layering Framelits, Sprig Punch, White Pearl, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

A fun & easy sketch!

Thinking of You Set

Hello & Happy Sunday!

A sunny beautiful day is on tap!
Not much happening here at the Aungst Pad except the big football game this afternoon.
Our Baltimore Ravens are in the playoffs and we are hoping for a BIG WIN!

I have another pack of cards to share that are part of that customer order I worked on before Christmas. This is a set of Thinking of You cards that uses the Joyous Noel DSP.
I also used the Sprig Punch.

I had some really old Copper Cord from many years ago that I tied in a bow and added to my sentiment panel with a glue dot.
My sprigs were punched out from the Sprig Punch (which was carried over) in Copper Foil Paper and Vellum Paper.
I thought the Vellum Paper gave it a frosty look.

Card Details:

Stamps: Warmest Regards (retired)
Ink: Tranquil Tide
Cardstock: Tranquil Tide, Whisper White, Copper Foil, Vellum Paper, Joyous Noel DSP (retired)
Accessories: Oval Layering Framelits, Sprig Punch, Copper Cord, Glue Dots, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I don't know about you but I really liked that Joyous Noel DSP.
Such a shame is sold out so early.
This time I did not hoard it!

Let's do this Baltimore!!!

That is all for now!
