Never Ending Joy

Hello & Happy Saturday!

Today, I have one last Easter card to share that I made this year and sent to friends.
Never Ending Joy was out many years ago and I had the set then sold it at a yard sale. If I am not mistaken I think my friend Deb bought it. I borrowed hers a couple of years back and realized how much I like this set so I went in search of Ebay to get another one.  I now have a set of my own!

I used some retired paper again along with this fun fold.
This was my last half sheet of this particular print. It is so springy!

Card Details:

Stamps: Never Ending Joy
Ink: Basic Black Archival, Certainly Celery, Barely Banana
Cardstock: Certainly Celery, Barely Banana, Whisper White, Sarah DSP
Accessories: Stamp A Ma Jig, Clear Wink of Stella Pen, Gold Metallic Enamel Dot, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Now if only our weather would start to feel as springy as my card!

That's all for now!

Hope you will stop by tomorrow to see all the beautiful Easter cards I received!
I'm excited to share them with you!

Till then....
Thanks for stopping by & have a wonderful day!

Chocolate Bunny

Hello & Happy Thursday!

The week is flying by and only 3 more days till Easter!

Today I am sharing a couple of Easter cards that I made this week and mailed out to friends using the Chocolate Bunny from years ago. It's one stamp that will stay in my collection for along time!

These cards used many retired products from moons ago but I was thrilled to use them and breath new life into them again! I had to reink my old ink pads so I could use the same colors that were in my DSP.  Regal Rose was a favorite. My Close to Cocoa ink pad was very dry. Good thing I still had the reinker!

Card Details:

Stamps: Chocolate Bunny, Circle of Spring (sentiment)
Ink: Close to Cocoa
Cardstock: Regal Rose, Sahara Sand, Close to Cocoa, Whisper White, Rebecca DSP
Accessories: Stitched Shapes Framelits, Oval Layering Framelits, Regal Rose 1/8 Taffeta Ribbon, Glue Dots, Rhinestones, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

This last one was done with retired products as well.

Sarah is the name of the DSP and I used retired Ballet Blue & Barely Banana cardstock.
Anyone remember those colors?

Today is definitely a blast from the past!

My thoughts today....

Baseball season opens today and looking out my window right now does not look like spring.
It is cloudy, foggy & calling for more rain showers. Dare I say it but I heard yesterday that there may be a chance of some snow next week! Acck! I sure hope not!

Anyways, thanks for stopping by & have yourself a great day!

Easter Hello

Hello & Happy Wednesday!

Hope your all having a great week so far!

Today I wanted to share with you 2 cards that were made for a customer order.
These are for 2 little girls for Easter.

You may have noticed that I used the new Basket Weave Embossing Folder on each of these cards.
On the pink card I took my Powder Pink ink pad and inked the top of my embossing folder and ran it thru my Big Shot with my white cardstock. I love the look the it gives my basket weave panel. I think that was the first time I ever inked an embossing folder.

Card Details:

Stamps: Easter Hello
Ink: Soft Suede, Powder Pink, Daffodil Delight
Cardstock: Powder Pink, Whisper White, Daffodil Delight
Accessories: Stitched Shapes Framelits, Circle Layering Framelits, Foam Mat, Various Ribbon, Glue Dots, Enamel Dots, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

This little bunny is just adorable and can easily make an Easter card for anyone!
I had fun using him this year!

Petal Palette

Hello & Happy Monday!

Hope everyone had a nice weekend!

Yesterday we woke up to some heavy snow showers that lasted up till lunchtime then the sun came out. It was cold & breezy so no walk on the Rail Trail. Our snow is melting but not fast enough for me. So, we lounged most of the day downstairs with a fire in the fireplace and watched tv. I was going to make some cards while we were downstairs but I left my hands relax instead.

Today I want to share the Petal Palette card that we made on Saturday.
This one was a favorite!

The bold black lined paper is from the Tutti Fruitti Paper pad. We also added some Clear Wink of Stella to our roses once again. It just makes them shimmer!

Card Details:

Stamps: Petal Palette, Colorful Seasons (sentiment)
Ink: Memento Black, Copic Markers
Cardstock: Bermuda Bay, Whisper White, Tutti Fruitti DSP
Accessories: Petals & More Thinlits, Bermuda Bay Ribbon, Clear Wink of Stella, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I've used this rose image so much that I think it's time to start using some of the other stamps in the set. It's filled with lots of images & sentiments but I keep coming back to that beautiful rose stamp!

Picture Perfect Birthday

Good Morning & Happy Sunday!

Yesterday was such a fun day!
After a 3 and a half month hiatus, I finally got together with a few stamp friends and we shared some laughs and made some cards! It was great to see them!

My card that I am sharing today is one we made using the Picture Perfect Birthday set from the Occasions Mini Catalog.

This card was one of the easiest to design because Stampin Up gives us the best products to create with. This paper pad is 6 X 6 and the prints on it are so life like and does all the work for you! All you need is to add your sentiment!

Card Details:

Stamps: Picture Perfect Birthday
Ink: Berry Burst
Cardstock: Berry Burst, Whisper White, Picture Perfect DSP
Accessories: Stitched Shapes Framelits, Oval Layering Framelits, Glittered Enamel Dots, Berry Burst Metallic Trim Ribbon, Glue Dots, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

We made 7 cards together yesterday which I will be sharing in the next several days.
I had a fun time with my friends and can't wait until next time!

Petal Palette

Hello & Happy Friday!

So happy the weekend is here!
Hopefully that sun will continue shining brightly to melt the snow!

Today I have a set of cards to share that was for my customer.
I made her a card a few weeks ago thanking her for a sweet treat she gave us and she loved the card so she ordered a pack but changed out the sentiment to a Thinking of You.

I'm not sure if you can tell in the last picture but I added some clear Wink of Stella to the roses for some shimmer. It really makes them stand out.

Card Set Details:

Stamps: Petal Palette, Friendship's Sweetest Thoughts (sentiment)
Ink: Memento Black, Copic Markers
Cardstock: Daffodil Delight, Whisper White
Accessories: Petal & More Thinlits, Garden Trellis EF, White Pearls, Clear Wink of Stella, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I think I am hooked on those roses! I designed a card to make with my stamp friends using this set.
I will share it with you next week!

Easter Card Set

Hello & Happy Thursday!

Hope your all safe & sound!
We survived this recent Nor'easter here in PA but we are dealing with lots & lots of snow & windy conditions now. Thankfully, the sun is up and shining nicely so maybe the melting process can begin!
My dedicated hubby headed back to work today. Not sure what Baltimore got as far as snow totals but the boss called a 2 hour delay for them. Maryland roads are usually pretty decent so hopefully he has no problems.

So, today I have a set of Easter cards to share that were made for my customer.
She requested 2 packs of Easter cards. I already shared the Tranquil Tulips cards and now this is the 2nd set.

I used a retired sentiment for on this set. I love the font on this beautiful sentiment, too!

Card Set Details:

Stamps: Suite Sayings (retired)
Ink: Wisteria Wonder
Cardstock: Thick Whisper White, Wisteria Wonder, Delightful Daisy DSP
Accessories: Oval Layering Framelits, Whisper White Organza Ribbon, Glue Dots, Wisteria Wonder Enamel Dots, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Once again I tried to let the paper do all the work and added a lovely saying!
Customer was happy with them! Yipppeee!

Easter Hello

Hello & Happy Wednesday!

We are in the mist of Nor'easter #4 and this one did not miss us this time!
It started to snow yesterday here in Red Lion/ York County around 10 am.
It snowed until around 8pm Tuesday evening and started back up around 4 am this morning with part 2 of this Nor'easter. We had around 7 inches yesterday. Today we could possibly get up to 2 foot once it's said and done. It is coming down pretty heavy and by looking at the radar....there is no end in sight!

First day of Spring was yesterday and we are getting hammered with a whopping Nor'easter!
Shawn came home early afternoon yesterday. Accidents were every where but thankfully he got home safely! Today he is working from home!

I have a cute Easter card to share today.
It was made with a leftover bunny from my M&M Sticks.

I finally inked up the one huge Easter Egg stamp that is in the stamp set. I love how clean & crisp the image turned out once I realized I had to put my foam mat under the cardstock to stamp it. Perfect image every time!

Card Details:

Stamps: Easter Hello
Ink: Marina Mist, Soft Suede
Cardstock: Thick Whisper White, Marina Mist, Whisper White
Accessories: Stitched Shapes Framelits, Circle Layering Framelits, Marina Mist Enamel Dot, Ribbon (from stash), Glue Dots, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I am in love with that adorable little bunny!
He's so cute!

Lift Me Up

Hello & Happy Tuesday!

Woke up to cloudy skies this morning.
The weather is calling for rain & snow today then change over to all snow this evening.
Shawn was up early to head in to work before the weather started. He had rain & sleet mixed in his travels to Maryland. I have a feeling it will be a short day for him. If we get the foot of snow they are predicting...he will more than likely be home tomorrow. This is our 4th Nor'easter in about 2-3 weeks! Not sure what's going on with Mother Nature but I hope this is the last of the winter weather. For Heaven's sake....today is the 1st day of Spring!! 🌷🌸🌼🐇

I have a pretty set of cards to share today that I made up for my card rack. I used the Lift Me Up stamp set and the Up & Away Thinlits. So fun to use!

Card Set Details:

Stamps: Lift Me Up
Ink: Soft Sky, Basic Black Archival
Cardstock: Soft Sky, Whisper White, Falling For You DSP (retired)
Accessories: Up & Away Thinlits, Rhinestones, Mini Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I completely love this set!
I may end up using these for myself instead of selling them. Love the springtime feel to them and that big hot air balloon is just so stinkin cute!

*******************************************************
My thoughts today....

I'm glad I had a picture of something with a snowman on since we are to get snow tonight & tomorrow. Spring will get here, eventually!

That's all for now!
I'm off to shower & get my day started!

Thanks for stopping by & have a great day!
