Hope everyone had a nice weekend!
Our weather was wonderful for a change with temps in the 50's but it was short lived. Today we are to be back in the 30's and it's to be cold & snowy this week. Not what I want to hear but it is what it is! Spring will arrive soon, I hope!
So, in the meantime we have another challenge this week from over at Merry Mondays! It's a color challenge so I hope you can grab some supplies and play along with us this week!
Here we go....
I really like this color combo for this week's challenge! I pulled out a retired SU stamp set called Silent Night. I got this set off of Ebay about a year ago for a cheap price. Sad part is, this is the first i've used it. I embossed my snowy image with Silver Embossing Powder and then cut it out with Oval Nesties. My next layer was embossed with the SU Snow Burst Embossing Folder. I attached my oval panel on it and added some Silver Pearls and the Metallic Silver 1/8 Ribbon & bow. All that was layered on to a piece of Coastal Cabana cardstock and then attached to my Neenah White cardbase. It's quite pretty in person and I love it!

SO pretty....and I love that sweet, perfect little bow! Do you use a bowmaker? I can never get mine to look like that! Love the silver beads in the corner, too!

What a lovely elegant card. This color combo really threw me for a loop but I'm seeing some great things come out of it.
The scenery looks so nice & serene with all the white space and like the small sliver of color for one of the layers!
