Forever Greenery HB Set

 Hello & Happy Saturday, Everyone!

Do you have any fun plans for today?
We are headed out early this morning to deliver Audrey's card order and then go to L&L Stamps! I am in major need for envelopes & Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue! I have maybe 20 envelopes left after I finished up this recent card order. Not sure what we will do after that but it's to be a cold & windy day with temps in the mid 30's! Burrr! No matter what you do, bundle up if your heading out!

As I said I have been working on a card order for Audrey the last few days.
I am sharing one set of birthday cards that she requested that could be used for a man or a woman. I pulled out my Forever Fern stamp set and it's retired Forevery Greenery DSP and got to work. She likes when I use leaves or greenery for this type of card.

I love how these turned out and think Audrey will too!

Card Details:

Stamps: Forever Fern, Big on Birthdays (retired)
Ink: Pretty Peacock (retired), Pear Pizzazz, Old Olive
Cardstock: Pretty Peacock (retired), Pear Pizzazz, Basic White, Gold Laser Cut Specialty Paper (retired), Forever Greenery DSP (retired)
Accessories: Forever Flourishing Dies, Stitched Rectangle Framelits, Gold Swirls (retired), Greenery EF (retired), Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I kept these flat so postage would not cost her more especially since mailing stuff these days is costing more.
I have loved this suite of products since it came out in 2020. I'm happy that I only have 2 full sheets of this DSP left and some scraps! Tomorrow I will share another pack of cards that I made with this same pack of Forever Greenery DSP. Hope you will come back to see!

Forever Greenery Notepad

 Hello & Happy Monday!

I hope you all had a nice weekend!
It sure was hot & downright humid here but I stayed in and soaked up the ac most of the time! Saturday, we got out for a quick bike ride and afterwards I did not feel good. I think it was just the heat that got to me.

Today I have a busy day so I am going to make this post short & sweet.

A few weeks ago I had a bunch of time on my hands and was going thru drawers in my stamp room and found a bunch of old tall skinny notepads left over from craft shows. They were all done up in sports papers and such. I tore them apart and redid most of them. The ones that are left I am waiting on holiday items to finish redoing them. Anyways, I pulled out this retired Forever Greenery DSP and made this notepad. This one I really like!

Project Details:

Stamps: Ribbon of Courage (retired)
Ink: Pretty Peacock (retired)
Cardstock: Pretty Peacock (retired), Basic White, Forever Greenery DSP (retired), Gold Laser Cut Specialty Paper (retired)
Accessories: Circle Layering Framelits, Greenery EF, Gold Gilded Gems, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Another notepad for in my "For Sale" basket!

Forever Greenry Anniversary Card

 Hello & Happy Wednesday!

Halfway thru the week already!
It sure has been a hot one here in PA!

Yesterday I spent the afternoon at my stamp table.
I needed to work on a card for my card lady!.
She requested an anniversary card for someone in her family so I tried to make it special and this is what I made...

I love everything about this except for the way the liquid glue gets on the foil paper!
It's a bugger to get off! I use Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue for all my cardmaking anymore because it is strong and gives me time to get my pieces in the right place before it dries. Some of it leaked out on the holes on the Forever Gold Laser Cut Specialty Paper! I needed to take a soft cloth over it to get it off. Kinda frustrating but next time I will use either Stampin Seal or 2 Sided Tape.

I also used the Gold Hoops Embellishments on this which I love!
It is sandwiched on there with 2 Mini Dimensionals and my sentiment panel sits right over top of them to hide them.  I love how this turned out!!

Card Details:

Stamps: Forever Fern, Many Mates
Ink: Pretty Peacock
Cardstock: Pretty Peacock, Soft Seafoam, Gold Laser Cut Specialty Paper, Forever Greenry DSP
Accessories: Tailored Tag Punch, Gold Hoops Embellishments, Pretty Peacock & Old Olive Ribbon, Noble Peacock Rhinestones (retired), Glue Dots, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I know the photo isn't all that great but Foil Paper is so hard to photograph.
I really do like this one! Hope my card lady does too!

Not anymore!
I definitely will forget so I write myself notes all the time!
You too?!?

Thanks for stopping by & have a wonderful day!

Positive Thoughts Swap Card

Hello & Happy Monday!

I hope you all had a nice weekend and were able to find ways to stay cool!
It's definitely been a scorcher here in PA and last evening we finally got some good rain!
We were sitting out on the the front porch enjoying the nice breeze when the dark clouds started rolling in. I love sitting out there when we get a nice rain but the thunder & lightening chased us inside really quick! I'm just happy we got some rain...

So today I am going to share my swap card that I made for Debbie's recent card swap.
She had 10 groups that had 6 people in each.
We made 6 cards, keeping one for ourselves and mailing the other 5 to people who were in the groups we signed up in. All of the swap cards arrived by last Friday and they were posted in our Card Swap FB page so i'm safe to finally share my card with you!

I'm not sure what the name of this card is called but I have made them before.
My card uses paper from the Forever Greenry Suite which is just so pretty!
I also used the Forever Flourishing Dies and the Gold Laser Diecut Specialty Paper.
My sentiment is from the Positive Thoughts stamp set.

Card Details:

Stamps: Positive Thoughts
Ink: Shaded Spruce, Pretty Peacock
Cardstock: Shaded Spruce, Pear Pizzazz, Whisper White, Forever Greenry DSP, Gold Laser Diecut Specialty DSP
Accessories: Stitched Rectangle Dies, Forever Flourishing Dies, Gold Metallic Pearls, Gold Twine, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I loved all the cards that I received in the swap and will most likely sign up to do another again!

Forever Fern Gift Bag

Hello & Happy Saturday!

It's to be a hazy, hot & humid day here so once I grab some groceries I will be staying put inside.
Thankfully, Shawn already mowed last evening.
We talked about grilling tonight for supper but that depends if we get any severe storms!
I may need a back up plan!

So, today I have a gift bag to share with you that I made for a customer order.
Usually she will ask if I have any made up that she can buy.
It just so happened that she bought my last 4 bags last month and I was out of small gift bags.
A trip to my local Dollar Tree and I got stocked back up!

I used the new Forever Fern Suite which is a wonderful product line.
I love all the different greens in the paper.
The ribbon I used is retired from the 2019 Holiday Catalog.
All of the diecut greens and gold foil diecuts are from the same suite.

Project Details:

Stamps: Ridiculously Awesome
Ink: Shaded Spruce
Cardstock: Shaded Spruce, Pretty Peacock, Whisper White, Forever Greenry DSP
Accessories: Forever Flourishing Dies, Gold Laser Cut Specialty Paper, Stitched Nested Dies, Shaded Spruce/Gold Ribbon (retired), Metallic Pearls, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I will have some cards to share soon using this same suite and products.
The sentiment comes from a new set as well called Ridiculously Awesome.
Love this set as the fonts are so cool!!
It is a million dollar achiever set designed by Ronda Wade and I love the sayings in it!!
