Painted Lavender Birthday

 Happy Saturday, Friends!

Hope your having a great start to your weekend!
Today is my down day after yesterday's injection. I am still doing them each week and I am on week #48. Almost a year in! I have lost 86 pds to date and the best part is my blood sugars are within range!! These injections are doing their job and i'm very thankful for that! Since today I am being a slug "so to speak" I am gonna share with you a pretty card I made using the Painted Lavender DSP that is still available. This paper came out in last year's Spring Mini Catalog and has carried over. It's so pretty!

Card Details:

Stamps: So Sincere ($ Million Dollar Achiever Set)
Ink: Gorgeous Grape
Cardstock: Highland Heather, Basic White, Painted Lavender DSP
Accessories: Labels Aglow Dies, Square Layering Framelits (retired), Purple Shimmer Gems, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Later today our Baltimore Ravens are playing!
I don't envy them having to be out in this very cold weather, burrr!
We'll be watching from our warm family room!
# Go Ravens!

Flight & Airy Sympathy

 Hello & Happy Fri-YAY!!!

Hope your day is going well!
I'm alittle late to post today and I do not have any excuses other than the day got away from me. I usually do it first thing in the morning but I got up and was doing things around the house and just forgot. We are expecting some light snow this afternoon into the evening and I just hope that it doesn't get too bad as I am doing a Sam's Club trip this evening. I have been putting it off for about a week! It also got really cold out which I am not a fan of. There most likely won't be any walks for Shawn & I until it warms up some. Low 20's for our high's is a bit unbearable to be outside in.
So, I have a card to share that I made for my friend's card order last month. I loved how easy this one was because the paper does all the work. I used a retired stamp set called Inspired Thoughts for the sentiment.

Card Details:

Stamps: Inspired Thoughts (retired)
Ink: Pecan Pie
Cardstock: Pecan Pie, Basic White, Flight & Airy DSP (retired-SAB 240
Accessories: Oval Layering Framelits, Perennial Postage Dies, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Quick & easy because of the papers!
I love this pack of paper from last year's SaleABRation offerings and I must remember to use it more often.

My thoughts today...

I'm not excited about the snow today and I know they are calling for more on Sunday/Monday. I only love snow during the Christmas season because it just sets the feeling of the holidays. Today I can take it or leave it! What's your thoughts on snow?

Thanks for stopping by & enjoy the day!

He's All That HB

 Good Morning & Happy Thursday!

This morning we are back in the swing of things around the Aungst Pad. Shawn is back to work after a week off for the Christmas holiday and I need to do some cleaning around the house. I have started my 2025 calendars but still have more to do before I can photograph them and hand them out. I really need to buckle down and get them wrapped up this weekend.
Today I have a masculine card to share that I made a few weeks ago for my friend that was wanting to purchase different occasion cards to give out as gifts for Christmas. This card is made using the He's All That bundle that is retired now. I still have a good bit of it left  which I am slowly using up.

Card Details:

Stamps: Charming Sentiments (retired Million Dollar Achiever Set)
Ink: Early Espresso
Cardstock: Cajun Craze, Basic White, He's The Man DSP (retired)
Accessories: Sentiment Silhouette Dies (retired), Rustic Metallic Adhesive Dots (retired), Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

This package of DSP included a sheet of punchouts that can be used on cards or on scrapbook pages. I have noticed that Stampin Up! does this occasionally. I like that it helps us to create quicker cards!
