Our Creative Corner Challenge

Hello & Happy Saturday!!

Well, I hate to brag but it's a gorgeous day here in Joplin! The temps are in the upper 80's almost 90 today with a nice breeze. Shawn & Kelsey mowed the grass while I snuck off to my stamp room to work on today's Our Creative Corner Challenge. It is themed "Tea Party" and i'll be the first to admit i'm no tea drinker but Shawn & Kelsey are! I like the Lipton tea mixes you add to a bottle of water but that's the extent! LOL I rooted out the cabinet to find some tea bags and luckily there was only 2 left. Not much of a tea party with 2 teabags but it's good enough for hubby & Kels! I put my teabags in a PTI Medium Glassine Bag and added a Wilton Doily to the top of it. I stamped my image and colored with Copics. I cut it out with my Circle Nestibilities, added some gold beads then glued it together to call it done!
Hope you like!!

Our Creative Corner Challenge~"Tea Party" Bag:

Stamps: Morning Cup
Ink: Memento Black, Copic Markers
Cardstock: Daffodill Delight, Pumpkin Pie, PTI White
Accessories: Circle & Circle Scallop Nestibilities, Wilton Lace Doily, Gold Beads, Pumpkin Pie Grosgrain, Glue Dot, Scor Tape

Quick & easy....just the way I like it! :)

That's all for me today!
Off to enjoy some of this nice weather because i'm sure it's not gonna last long!

Thanks for stopping by & have a great Saturday!
~Wendy

Wonderful tea party contribution! Love that cute tea pot and how clever to include the actual tea! Love that glassine bag and the doily makes it so special. Thanks for jumping right in with the first entry this week - sorry it's taken me so long to come over for a visit. Always a pleasure to you joining our (tea) party!
