St Patrick's Day Candy Purses

Hello & Happy Friday!

So happy the weekend is upon us but for the 4th Friday in a row they are calling for some wintery weather here in PA. I think it's to be a little icy here tonight then rain for tomorrow. I'm gonna try to do some work in my stamp room while the weather outside is going to be yukky! I want to do some rearranging of all my million and one stamps and need to pick up some magnetic sheets to redo my Nestibilities and Framelits.

Anyways, I have Dominic for a short time this afternoon but before I go get my day started I wanted to share with you these St Patrick's Day Candy Purses I made. I love making these now that I have done so for Christmas & Valentine's Day. I will probably do some for Easter too!

I stamped my wrapper image on Whisper White cardstock and cut each wrapper out. They are 1'X 3" and I placed a piece of Scotch Double Sided Tape on the one end and wrapped around the Hershey Nugget.

St. Patrick's Day Candy Purses:

Stamps: Lucky Shamrock (retired), It's a Wrap Holidays (retired)
Ink: Garden Green
Cardstock: Garden Green, SU Whisper White, The Paper Studio DSP
Accessories: SU Top Note Die, Circle Punches, Ribbon from my stash, Green Rhinestone, White Stitched Grosgrain from SU, Small Cell Bag (retired), Scotch Double Sided Tape, Liquid Multi Mono, Dimensionals

I love these! I'm still in the process of making a few more things for St. Patrick's Day so stay tuned.

Last week I was playing around with a jigsaw puzzle and thought i'd share it with you!
I love putting these together as a stress reliever and for something different to do. This one came from a huge box with 10 different sized puzzles in from Thomas Kincade. I have 2 more finished that I will share once I get them photographed.

Well folks, that's all for today!
Thanks for stopping by & have a wonderful day!
~Wendy

Sounds like an icy night here, also, Wendy. Stay snuggly and dry. I am thinking I might not leave my room either. Super St. Patty's treats

How Sweet! (Excuse the Pun, smile) these are really cute.
Like your puzzle, I Have a very similar one that my hubby bought me for Christmas one year, and I'm sorry to say I have never taken the pieces out of the box...one of these days...maybe one of these snowy/icy weekends I should get it out and give it a try.

These are some cute St. Patrick's good bags! They'll be lots of fun to receive. I love puzzles and used to enjoy them a lot. Maybe once the boys are bigger, I can play with them again.
