Hello & Happy Wednesday!
I survived my afternoon at the dentist yesterday!
Went in to get another tooth prepared for yet another crown. The office was running a bit behind but I know things happen. It just so happened to be my dentist birthday so I did not give him any grief about waiting and wished him a Happy Birthday. He said his kids baked him a cake. His kids are little and i'm sure it was the highlight of the day! So, my tooth is now fitted with a temporary crown and I will go back in a few weeks for the permanent crown. I had some discomfort once leaving the office but nothing that some Advil didn't take care of. We got home, ate and then took Bailee out for a walk before we got any rain.
This morning I was up early and got some orders placed for Stampin Up from customers then went back to bed once Shawn left for work. I must have been really tired because I did not get up until 10am! I think it's going to be a slow mode day! LOL
I do have a Thank You card to share that I made the other day using the Masterfully Made Suite that just retired yesterday. It's not one I have used much over the last year but I felt the need to pull it out and use it. I left it out on my stamp table to maybe do some more playing with it. Since I am always in need of Thank You cards and Audrey requests them quite a bit too, I thought i'd go in that direction and possibly build up my stash of Thank You cards.
Card Details:
Stamps: Gorgeously Made
Ink: Lost Lagoon
Cardstock: Lemon Lime Twist, Lost Lagoon, Fresh Freesia, Masterfully Made DSP
Accessories: Gorgeously Made Dies, Lemon Lime Twist Ribbon, Irridescent Adhesive Backed Discs, Glue Dot, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue
The Masterfully Made DSP is pretty flashy & colorful. I find it sometimes a bit hard to work with but none the less, it sure has some pretty colors in it! I will continue to play around with it while waiting on my Stampin Up order to arrive. I picked out a few things that I think would make some great cards and I always keep Audrey in mind and what she might like for cards. Right now she is hooked on the Zinnia suite of products and those bright, bold colors! She called me yesterday to order some stuff and specifically asked for more Zinnia's! LOL
I have a few more things on my table that I want to work on but will get to her card order next week.
Can you believe today is May 1st?!
Time is just flying by!

My thoughts today...
Ok, I think I have rambled on enough today! I need to get something to eat and get my day started! Thanks for stopping by & have a wonderful day!

Those florals sure do make a pretty thank-you card and I love the greenery on the side. I'm glad your dentist appointment went well and today sure makes up for any bad weather we may have had recently huh? Enjoy this gorgeous first day of May!
