Hello & Happy Wednesday!
Yesterday turned out to be a nice warm sunny day once the rain, clouds & fog moved on!
I loved having the afternoon/evening sunshine coming thru my living room windows!
I got my living room all painted now with a fresh coat of paint!
I'm not sure if today I am going to start the hallway or wait until Friday.
My hubby went to Atlanta on Monday for a Maintenance Manager's Seminar and will be flying home this afternoon. Yippeee!
He said since his plane landed in Atlanta that it has done nothing but rain & storm.
I told him NOT to bring it home with him!!! LOL
So today I have a card to share that I made recently to fill my card rack.
I sold a bunch of sympathy cards for a dog back before Christmas and I needed to make more.
I no sooner got this card made and my friend Deb needed one.
Losing a beloved pet has to be one of the worst things in life.
They love us unconditionally and even though they are no longer living in pain, the separation from them is hard. In May it will be 7 years since we lost Fluffy and not a day goes by that I do not think of her. She had a great life and gave so much love to all of us and that is what brings me comfort.
Card Details:
Stamps: DRS Designs
Ink: Bermuda Bay
Cardstock: Early Espresso, Bermuda Bay, Whisper White, Wags & Whiskers - Basic Grey
Accessories: Stitched Shapes Framelits, Circle Layering Framelits, Dog Prints EF - Darice, Dog Paw Brad, Bermuda Bay Taffeta Ribbon, Glue Dot, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue
I sure wish I could find more of this Basic Grey paper!
I'm not even sure where I picked this up at or even how long ago but it makes for great pet cards!

My thoughts today...
Thanks for stopping by & enjoy your day!

I like that this pet sympathy card has a somewhat cheerful look and feel to it, unlike the typical pet sympathy cards. Great colors and papers and I often wish I'd bought more Basic Grey papers when they were still making them, as they were some of the best papers ever made!
