Holiday Print

Hello & Happy Thursday!

I hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful weather we are having!
I keep saying I wish it would stay this way the rest of the summer!

Today I have another pack of Christmas cards to share for my Christmas in July series.
I pulled out all the oldies but goodies from way back when I started stamping.
This set uses a background stamp called Holiday Print.

It is like new since I don't think I hardly used it.....sad, I know!
I decided to do something simple with it and just allow the stamp to shine without anything being added.

I did tone on tone on these using Balmy Blue.'I added a piece of Balmy Blue Organza Ribbon from SaleABration this year and a Snowflake Trinket that was part of the Snow Is Glistening Promotion last November. I don't think nothing else is needed on them.

Card Details:

Stamps: Holiday Print (retired)
Ink: Balmy Blue
Cardstock: Thick Whisper White, Balmy Blue
Accessories: Balmy Blue Organza Ribbon (retired SaleABration 2019), Snowflake Trinket (retired) Glue Dots, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

This background stamp came out in the Stampin Up Annual Catalog in 2003-2004 issue.
I hope you like them!

My thoughts today....

Thanks for visiting & have a wonderful day!

I have recently gotten the birthday background designed like this. You have given me the courage to try it it, with this lovely card. Thanks for continuing to inspire me. So pretty!

I would never have known what to do with a stamp like this, but your cards are just lovely in that shade of blue! Love the little snowflake accent and pretty ribbon, and I'm impressed with your knowledge of these old stamps and when they were released! You go girl!
