Silhouette Masculine HB

Hello & Happy Wednesday!

Just a quick card to share today!
I used a sketch that I found online. Thankfully I saved it! LOL
I seen my blogging friend, LeAnne used it yesterday for her card as well.
Here is my card,,,

This is the sketch from Sunday Stamps.

I always love making masculine cards and since there are alot of hunter's in my neck of the woods, this card was an easy one to create!

Masculine HB Card:

Stamps: Nature's Silhouettes (retired), Teeny Tiny Wishes
Ink: Early Espresso
Cardstock: Early Espresso, Cajun Craze, Very Vanilla, Well Woren DSP (retired)
Accessories: Lil Inkers Stitched Rectangle Die, Classic Label Punch, Burlap, Linen Thread, Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

It was tough to walk away and let my card the way it is.
I kept wanting to add something...brads, buttons, rhinestones!
I'm slowly learning that less is more!

My thoughts today....

Maybe it's just me but this week seems like it's dragging...

That's all I have for now.
Thanks for stopping by & have a great day!

You nailed the masculine feel with this combination of image, burlap panel and great dsp! It's bold and simply stated - just perfect for a guy's birthday card! Well done! This week may be going slow, but with temps to hit 70 tomorrow and 75 on Friday, it can go as slow as molasses for me :) Enjoy this unusually warm and pleasant weather surprise :)

What a great masculine card, Wendy! The checked designer paper is great for a rustic look, with the burlap details. Hope your day is extra special.

I think this card is awesome just the way it is....it IS hard not to add doo-dads, but guys will love the burlap and the deer! AND...I so remember that DSP! You are so good to pull it out and put it to use in such a great way!
